    Steamed Vegan Dumplings
    Jun P.

Had a great experience at Luscious Dumplings. Everything we ordered felt fresh and well prepared. The Braised Angus Beef Noodle was my favorite -- the beef was tender and the broth was rich and flavorful. The handmade dumplings were also excellent, especially the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings with their crispy exterior and juicy filling. I also really enjoyed the Broccoli with Creamy Sauce, which was surprisingly memorable and paired well with the rest of the meal. Friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere made the experience even better. Would definitely come back to try more dishes.

Stopped by this spot while in Beverly Hills for a business trip and ended up having one of the best lunch breaks of the week. The dumplings were fresh, soft, and packed with flavor. I especially loved the spicy wontons -- the sauce had the perfect balance of heat and savory flavor. The steamed dumplings were also super juicy and delicious. The restaurant itself was clean, cozy, and had a nice modern vibe. Service was quick and friendly, which was perfect since I was on a tight schedule between meetings. Definitely a hidden gem if you're in the Beverly Hills area and craving comforting dumplings. I'll absolutely be coming back next time I'm in town!

Excited to have more Chinese food options on the westside! I had to try the pork dumplings, soup dumplings, and scallion pancake. The pan fried pork dumplings were juicy. The scallion pancake was perfectly crisp and layered. The woodear mushroom salad was the right complement to the other fried and pork dishes. The vegan dumplings had a good filling with mushrooms, bean curd, cabbage, carrots, and glass noodles, but the skin was a thick, I prefer Din Tai Fung's vegan steamed dumplings with thinner skin over these. The soup dumplings were juicy and big but the skin was a bit thick too. I do want to come back and try the wonton soup, boiled dumplings, and noodle dishes. There are a few parking structures nearby and hey tea is on the next block so I'll definitely be back.

I tried the spicy wontons and pan-fried dumplings, and both were really solid choices. Overall, a comforting and satisfying meal. I'd definitely order both again, especially together--they complement each other really well. One of the better Chinese food options in the Beverly Hills area.

Gross. Over steamed. Mealy. Not worth it. Pass... they will be gone soon. The person who I told merely picked up the 7/8 uneaten dumplings and walked away. No apology. Nice.

The food was really good. All the dumplings were juicy and delicious. The staff were friendly. The only complaint would be the soup spoons very very small to eat soup with.

The food is absolutely delicious!! The best scallion pancake I have ever had, a must try!!! The broccoli is out of this world and also a must have! We have been back several times and the food is great each time! Staff is wonderful and the restaurant is clean!

My family and I have been dining at Luscious Dumplings since its first location in the SGV, and this brand new location is absolutely worth the hype! The dumplings are all handmade, and you can taste the freshness and attention to detail with every bite. My personal favorite is the pan fried pork dumplings, because the juicy pork filling juxtaposes with the crispy wrapping for a palette of gastronomical delight. The filling is generously sized, the wrapping not too thick, and there's some soup inside too, which makes it the perfect candidate to be devoured hot! Another classic is the shrimp, pork, and chives dumplings. Execution was on point, and the crispy shrimp complemented the pork and chives. A bold, flavorful filling that is best enjoyed boiled. We paired the dumplings with the mushroom meat sauce noodle--another Luscious classic. Note that this location (as of the second day of the soft opening) pairs the noods with pickled cabbage rather than fresh cabbage. The angus stewed beef noodle soup was another standout. The broth was flavorful, and the noodles were properly timed for that al dente "QQ" texture. The ambiance is fast casual; definitely more polished than the Monrovia location. The diningware is upgraded, and the Jeanneret chairs add that touch of BH luxe. Drinks and sauces are self-service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, this Luscious Dumplings Beverly Hills location offers a much-needed fast casual dumpling house in the Westside. It presents excellent value, so my family will definitely be back!

Menu that was given to me and everyone there, these are the wrong prices but yet they keep giving these menus to customers.

The music was set at the perfect volume--just enough to have us humming along while we made our way through four incredible dishes and a few glasses of wine. We started with the "skinny egg rolls," dubbed so as they are long and skinny. They arw perfectly crisp and light, giving lumpia vibes without feeling heavy or oily. Next were the wontons--I could smell the ginger before they even reached the table, and they absolutely delivered. Adding a spoonful of the homemade chili oil, packed with herbs and spices, took them to another level. Then came the noodles: thin, delicate, and full of flavor, topped with beautifully seasoned beef that tasted as though it had just come off the grill. At that point, we could have happily stopped--but the team highly recommended the pork entrée, and I'm so glad we trusted them. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a beautifully seasoned crust, served with just the right touch of mustard to bring everything together. We cleaned the plate without hesitation. To finish, we shared the mango dessert, and it was the perfect ending. Sweet without being overpowering, every element--from the mango to the coconut and cream--shone through, with a subtle savory note that balanced it all beautifully. What truly made the evening unforgettable was the service. The staff were attentive without ever hovering, checking in at just the right moments, and the managers' thoughtful table touches made us feel cared for. Thank you, 88 Club, for one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. We're already looking forward to coming back!

The restaurant was bright and clean, and as I looked over the menu, my stomach growled even louder. A friendly gentleman came in and stood near us, then began chatting with my boyfriend and me; he told us about their awesome lunch specials and said he's eaten here many times. Upon his recommendations we got one of orange chicken and one broccoli with beef - two classic Chinese dishes - can't go wrong! We ordered our food to go and the smell was driving me wild on the ride home. The orange chicken was perfect - not too sweet and the batter had the perfect crunch. My BF enjoyed the broccoli with beef and shared some with me. We were very pleased with our meals and definitely recommended Chef Ming's! Would definitely eat here again!

Customer Service: (5/5) The waiter was very nice throughout. She was very endearing as she talked to my girlfriend in chinese and also kind to me when speaking in english. The food came out within 10 minutes and the portions, as I saw on previous reviews, were generous enough for us to share and be full. The Mapo Tofu came out on a hot ceramic bowl. It wasn't as spicy as I thought, not overly spicy but just enough where you get that numbing kind of sensation in your mouth that leaves you wanting more. The beef wasn't like the ground beef you see in other mapo tofu, but more of chunkier pieces which I wasn't a big fan of as it didn't seem spread evenly. The Meizhou Special Fried Rice with chicken was probably one of the best fried rice dishes I've ever had. You can tell it was made from a wok and the flavors were just incredible. The chicken seemed to have been friend separately and added on top afterwards but the saltiness of the chicken didn't take away from the fried rice at all.
