I love Xi'an and have been coming here since they opened so many years ago! I am obsessed with the green tea noodles and power zone rice which are both gluten free and so delicious. Our waiter is nice and he has been here since they opened since the pandemic. Sitting outside on this beautiful Wednesday afternoon, 3/11/26

There is lots of outdoor seating on both sides of the sidewalk.

My friend and I went to Xi'an for lunch today. I had the lunch Garlic Chicken with brown rice and bowl of Hot And Sour Soup. My friend had the dinner Orange Chicken, which came with broccoli, white rice, and an order of green beans. She wanted to have things left over to take home for her dinner, which she did. We sat outside, as she always does wherever she goes, so her dog, a Lhasa Apso, can come along. He had a good time watching other dogs passing by on the sidewalk. Everything was very good.

If you are looking for authentic Chinese and especially Xi'An food, avoid this place since they are just a high end Panda Express or PF Chang tailored to Americans. The fact that I was the only Chinese in the restaurant and also they do not have chopsticks on the table tell a lot. We ordered typical Americanized "Chinese" food like the walnut shrimp, beef broccoli, Mongolian beef, hot and sour soup, Singaporean curry rice noodle and surf and turf fried rice. Everything is ok but nothing stands out. The service is ambiance on the other hand is amazing largely due to the Beverly Hills location.

Once again I had a delicious dinner delivered to my home! The food is so fresh and delicious. What a fabulous evening meal after a hot hot day! The ROASTED BBQ RIBS were amazing. I tried something new TOASTED SHRIMP & LEEK WRAPS. They aren't exactly wraps but small braised patties and they are really flavorful! And finally I ordered STEAMED SHRIMP HAR GOW. I have ordered from Xi'an Beverly Hills several times and it is consistently good quality and delicious! Try it!

We loved the decor. We were 20 and they were able to accommodate us together. The tables are not huge, so we were able to still talk to one another during the dinner, which made us feel like at home. We ordered many dishes and shared among ourselves. Everything was delicious. I particularly liked the lettuce wrap starter, spare ribs, Beef Lo Mein, Mongolian Beef, The Spa Rice, Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, Shrimp Lo Mein, and Shrimp Chow Fun. Service was fast and to the point .

Had lunch at this Chinese restaurant in Beverly Hills. It has some lunch specials going on. Xi'an is a pretty nice looking place, but it's still casual it seems. Of course prices are kind of high, but they're not crazy for the area. There's lots to choose from, whether it's meat or tofu. At lunch is when to go. It's got a little better prices at lunch. That's not saying a lot though. Kind of high but the quality is good. There's a nice variety of things. It's about $17 for a lunch special. We got a couple of the vegetarian ones of these. Has quite a few to choose from. I had the Mapu Tofu. Good one for those who like spicy items. She had the Tofu With Black Mushrooms. A little mellower in flavor. The lunch specials come with a choice of salad or a soup. Great place for not so Americanized Chinese food. It's only open for dinner on Sundays, and the rest of the week has lunch. There's plenty of healthier items, including lots of things for vegans and vegetarians.

We had the veg spring rolls which were crisp and filled with a good portion of veggie, and were not greasy. The mu shu duck was really good and came with 4 pancakes. I'd like to try their mu shu chicken next time. The fried rice with chicken and shrimp (and no pork on request) had several large shrimp and pineapple. It was not overly salty and I actually added a little soy sauce to spice it up a bit. The chicken with veg was the least favorite. This will definitely be my go to place for take out.

I quickly completed my errand at FedEx and went next door to Chef Ming's to peruse the menu. Upon walking in, I was first greeted by the smell of what promised to be a delicious meal, and the man behind the counter greeted us and motioned for us to take a seat at the counter. The restaurant was bright and clean, and as I looked over the menu, my stomach growled even louder. A friendly gentleman came in and stood near us, then began chatting with my boyfriend and me; he told us about their awesome lunch specials and said he's eaten here many times. Upon his recommendations we got one of orange chicken and one broccoli with beef - two classic Chinese dishes - can't go wrong! We ordered our food to go and the smell was driving me wild on the ride home. The orange chicken was perfect - not too sweet and the batter had the perfect crunch. My BF enjoyed the broccoli with beef and shared some with me. We were very pleased with our meals and definitely recommended Chef Ming's! Would definitely eat here again!

All their weekday lunch specials come with hot & sour soup and an egg roll. I had to get their signature spicy orange chicken which is tangy and perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's seriously such a great deal with the amount they give you. Even their dim sum items are discounted during lunch too so I got all my favorites like shumai, radish cakes, green onion pancakes, string beans, and even the rainbow xiaolongbao sampler which is basically Russian roulette for you to guess the flavor of each. But the real sleeper on the menu are the sweet & spicy corn ribs. Love the nod to the Asian taste profile, and it's sooo satisfying to eat! Thanks for reading! ^-^

I've been coming here for the past two years, and their quality is stayed consistently high, if not even improving! They also have an amazing cocktail menu (which is more unusual for dim sum spots) and weekday lunch special menu from 12-3 PM, which features select dim sum and traditional Chinese dish combos at VERY affordable prices (all under $20).
