    I've always lived this store. Bath bombs, Soaps, lotions etc! They have so many fun and creative ones you can give as gifts. Staff very friendly and too helpful. I wish we could all be in the same bath. Thank you.

    I love coming to this location ! All the employees are always super helpful but I've been lucky to have Maria help me multiple times with recommending good gifts and choosing products for myself. Loveeee the Ro's Argan soap and Super Milk conditioner!! And Ivan was sweet for answering all my questions about massage bars thank you !

    i want to give a huge shoutout to TAYLOR! she is such a sweetheart, i absolutely adored her & her kindness. she instantly approached me and complimented my nails! i luuved that so much! such a girls, girls and made me feel so welcomed! im so happy i was able to have taylor assists me because it was my first visiting lush & i would have been so lost. Taylor asked me what i was looking for & she got right too, she is very attentive! i have been hearing about how good the lush body sprays are and Taylor showed me the their racks of body spray with amazing scents! she asked me what scents i am interested in and showed which ones i would luuv! my favorite body sprays was the strawberry feels forever & rose jam. strawberries are my favorite fruit and roses are one of my favorite scents, it is so divine! so these two were absolutely perfect! taylor also introduced me to their new pumpkin face mask collection and im really happy she did because once she applied it on my hand the texture of mask was so nice & when removed with water my hand was soo soft! i don't want to forget that she also hooked me up with a free sample i can take home with me. she truly took care of me and i appreciate her so much! Taylor made my first time lush experience soo fun and wanting me to come back for more! taylor will always be my go to girl at lush!

    I had a really disappointing experience at this location. This was my first time ever visiting this store, yet one of the workers (Taylor) claimed she had seen us "many times" and accused us of frequently coming in to make returns. This was completely false and a baseless accusation, considering we had not once set foot into this location prior. She kept telling the other worker that we need our IDs verified in order to make a return.. something NOT ON THE WEBSITE nor something any other Lush store has asked for. She then proceeded to incorrectly tell me that sale items can't be returned--even though Lush's corporate policy and website clearly state that sale items are subject to the same return/exchange policy. She was refusing to acknowledge the correct information. What made the experience even worse was how she immediately went over to the other employees and began loudly gossiping about us, which was unprofessional and embarrassing. At some point, they "forgot" to give us our change at the end of the transaction, which just added to the frustration. On top of everything, her tone + made up new rules she was giving my Middle Eastern partner was unnecessarily passive aggressive and came off as racially biased, making the whole interaction even more upsetting. I've always loved Lush for its inclusivity and great customer service, but this experience was the complete opposite. I have NEVER encountered this at any other Lush location. The staff here needs to be retrained on both the return policy and how to treat customers with respect. I would not recommend this location until serious changes are made.

    So unwelcoming! Horrible customer service. I love lush but this has to be the worst lush I've been to due to the customer service.

The next morning I colored my hair for an event and when I opened the box for 7-00, it was half a tube of 6-00.Easy mistake. They have a hair salon next-door could've happened. I can see how it can happen. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is how Michelle, the buyer/manager treated me. When I first called her up, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not in and that she's the buyer she could help me. I told her the story, she said, you cannot return used hair color. I said, it's not a color I used. It's an incorrect color in the tube that I purchased. She said bring it in. I'll match the number with my inventory number and if it's there, I'll take care of you. I was a little frustrated and annoyed at that but I'm like OK. I couldn't go in until Tuesday. And she was not in. The person behind the counter (very nice ) took a picture of the product and my receipt and said she was sending the picture right then and a message. So I left. ***note*** it was at this time that I asked the person behind the counter if Michelle, was the buyer and the manager, and she said yes. *** I come back the next day, Thursday. So I call before heading in. Once again, I asked to speak to the manager and she wants to know who's calling. So, I asked to speak to the buyer, and she's ready to talk. Then, I tell her I'm the one who her associate sent the hair color box and my receipt. And it's frustrating because she acts like she has zero idea what this is about but then immediately says it did not match my inventory number. So that upset me. And I tell her, " that's not true" and she says well you only bought 800. And I said no, if you look at my receipt, it shows I bought two colors!! Now,I'm very frustrated because the finger is being pointed at me and I'm the customer!! I have been calling now three times to resolve this issue. And in her tone, she says how she's not trying to give me a hard time, and I said it seems like you are. And then she says come into the store. We're open from whatever to whatever and hangs up. I get to the store and she is there. I say are you Michelle the buyer, and she says yes. I said I'm the one who's trying to return the color. And she acts like she has no idea, again, about what I'm talking about. So, one more time I have to tell her the entire story. And she knows it. I know she knows. She's not dumb. She is the manager and the buyer. She's capable. She's just playing some kind of terrible game with a customer who's trying to resolve a $13 issue. And that is how I feel. And this is why I won't be returning to the store again and why I had her remove my points that I had and the ability to earn points. I deleted the app. I will never go to the store again because of her, Michelle, the manager, that she does not want to admit that she is. And the buyer She could not have been more rude to me if she tried! Her whole tone, her demeanor, her handling of the products, her body language, her look at me. It was just not a good thing to happen for a $13 product. Of which I had the box and the receipt for. And I brought in the other box that I purchased. And before I left, I raised my voice and I said you are so rude. You're not a nice person and she said I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry she kept saying that. I'm like you're not sorry, you could've handled this differently. You're rude. Your customer service is terrible. the whole time she kept saying, I'm sorry. And I left. As I was walking out, she yells FORGIVE AND FORGET. And I replied, I will forgive, but I'm never gonna forget. And sadly, I won't. And I liked the store. They had great product. There is another lady that was there, that was always very nice. But if a little mistake happens, their buyer/ manager is not the person to resolve that issue. She is horrible. I cannot say that enough.

Found a hair product that is NEVER sold at CVS and now that Rite Aid is closing down, they hardly have any products at all!! This hair product is good for adding color and more substance to an area of your head that you feel needs some help. There are different shades which is great. The price is reasonable and lasts quite a while. I walked around a little, and looked at similar products, but the price was higher. Since I had some time, I explored the store and found many beauty products. the prices seem reasonable. Some of the stuff looked a little old so I would recommend checking for the expiration date. Plenty of free parking in a large shared lot.

The environment is really calm and comfortable, which makes every visit such a pleasant experience. Dr. Vainder is incredible. He's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. As soon as I explained what was going on, he understood right away and gave me a new cream to try. I truly feel like he cares about what his patients are going through. The staff is amazing too. All the girls in the office are so sweet and friendly. I genuinely look forward to seeing them every time I come in. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Another thing I love is how efficient the office is. You're in and out quickly, but you never feel rushed. At my appointment today, I was there for about 15 minutes and got all my concerns addressed. Parking is easy, the location is convenient, and the whole experience is just great from start to finish. This was only my second appointment here, but I already know I'm not going to any other location. This one is absolutely superior. I assume she mutes the line while talking is going on because it's dead silence on the line and you're not sure if you're actually communicating.- While getting my nails done ( which I do regularly) my manicurist notice a little water under my hard gel nails, which created a tiny fungus spot. Gross! Leaving for vacation tomorrow of course with a kindergarten graduation a begged Kate for a late afternoon same day appt or early morning appt. She declined. She declined without faking feeling bad, trying to squeeze me or any other empathetic human emotion. I still begged, joked even, hoping to get at least a I feel bad but I still can't. I explained to her I didn't want to go to urgent care just to get a few drops with my 3 kids in tow and she flatly said no. It's not the no that bitters me, it's the lack of personality, customer service ect. They don't need your business.. they have too many clients- you are not important here.
