I went here because of the amazing reviews... sadly it's only because they ask you to leave them a good review and put pressure on you at the end of service to do so... pedicure was good, but a little overpriced. I had a fill and three nails that were broken that I needed new nails. All three nails that they put on was done wrong and the very long compared to my other nails. They all had huge gaps between my nail and the fake nail. I asked them to at least put some glue between the nails cause I wasn't about to sit there for another two hours to get three nails fixed. Sadly, I'll have to get three new nails somewhere else that can properly install them because I don't want mold or an infection between my nail and the fake nail because of the huge gaps. Still got charged for all the 3 new nails even though they were done badly. Sadly, I see why this place has good reviews because they really ask for the reviews at the end of the service. They didn't speak to me or talk to me or weren't very friendly until the end when they got their tip and they then they ask for the good review.... Won't be back. read more

After a second visit I have decided that this is not the salon for me. They have very good customer service and the nail techs are super sweet but their quality of products is not great. I had gel x nails on for 2 days and had a nails pop off. I went back the next days and they fix it but the next morning 2 more nails popped off. I was really hopefully and liked the convenience of this salon but I do not believe it is worth having to continue going in to get nails fixed. read more

We originally were just doing 4 pedicures and ended doing acrylic manicures as well. Even after hours all nail ladies (Michelle, Mai, and Katy) took their time and did not rush. I've taken my 8 yr old daughter here a few times to get pedicures and manicures, and we've always loved the service and quality of work done. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for us today when we came in to celebrate a pre-Mother's Day pampering. The lady that did my daughter's nails did a great job, but the one who did mine gave me the worst pedicure I've ever had. Cuticle cutting was rough, rushed, and hurt. Massage was mediocre, though I tried to enjoy it. I asked the lady to do white on my toes instead of another color I chose originally and I don't know if that's where I went wrong, but then again, she didn't even cut my nails straight. There is a problem with every single toe, whether it's the nail being crooked, polish not completely covering the nail, nail polish clumps on my skin/cuticles, or all of the above. I could have said something but didn't notice until I hit in the car how bad they were. Overall, I'm very disappointed, especially after $55 spent. I'll be removing the polish and reshaping them myself at home. The only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars is because my daughter's toes look great. read more

I have had manicures and pedicures sporadically, but never tried anything else. I had acrylic nails YEARS ago and didn't like them. Angie explained that gel builder could give my nails the durability they needed to grow. She started with gel builder a few months before my son's September wedding and I loved my nails for the wedding!!
