This neighborhood has a fantastic Thai restaurant that serves authentic Thai cuisine, especially southern Thai style. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and you can easily communicate your spice preference to the server. If you're unsure about a dish, don't hesitate to ask for more information. The service here is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. If you have to wait for a table, you can leave your name and party number at the counter and hang out around. When a table becomes available, they'll call your name. There's a free parking lot, but it's a bit limited. Additionally, the restaurant only has one restroom, so be prepared for that. Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else is great.

I finally had a chance to give this spot a try on a Monday night. The place was surprisingly packed! I didn't realize until I got here that this Thai restaurant had been featured a handful of times on the Michelin guide. My group and I ordered a handful of items. The dishes included: + crab curry + pad kee mao + crispy pork + jade noodle 3 bbq The items were all delicious, but if I had a choice, my favorite item that I'd come back to is the crab curry. They take their heat seriously here, so if you order medium, it'll be spicier than your norm. My mouth was on fire with the medium spice pad kee mao. Great spot overall, just a bit pricier than other Thai spots in the neighborhood.

Went a Saturday evening and it was packed. Huge line when we got there and same when we left. However we didn't wait long. They also serve quick and responsive. The food was good but quite different, in a good way, from other Thai restaurants we've been too. We loved the curry, pad see ew and shrimp cigar. Definitely would order any of these again. We didn't like the crab pad Thai. Definitely will return to try other plates. The restaurant is on the small side so the tables are very close to one another.

Staying down the street so decided to order in DoorDash from here. Wait-delivery time was reasonable and it was delivered by the robot. Order was carefully package especially the thum/papaya container. It came enclosed in a bag in case of spillages. Papaya salad, bbq pork sticks, and sticky rice will always be one of the best combos. We ordered the papaya medium and it's pretty close to medium. Came with a lot of the small dried shrimps ans flavor was nice. Fresh, crunchy, with the little touch of sourness that you would want in your papaya salad. The bbq pork sticks were stacked with sweet umami pork slices. Sticky rice was still nice and warm when we received it. Also, Love the portion of everything. It makes it easy to share. Will definitely order from here again

When we arrived, we were seated pretty quickly and food came out quickly. The food was delicious, well seasoned, and large proportions. You definitely order a few dishes for your party and eat them as shareables. Just a fair warning, the tables are placed very close together. If there's another party sitting down, it's hard to get in out of the booth seating. I'm on the smaller size and I had a hard time getting in and out. There's decent parking in the lot but the plaza does contain a lot of shots. I would consider the chance of getting a parking spot 50/50.

Made another visit and just as delicious!! This time I went for lunch. Still busy but had the skewers this time and they lived up to the hype! The Thai sauce was delicious! Got the crab curry again and also the stir fried pumpkins which was delish. Portions are large and meant for family style!

Between 3 and 4 stars for me - I ordered the drunken noodles for delivery and they were around $18 with certain proteins (eg chicken, pork) included in the price. I ordered it "Very Spicy" which was the hottest option they had on the menu. I was overall impressed with the portion size and quality of the dish, but the spiciness was a joke - I would rate it between a mild and a medium. In my opinion, not respecting/following spice level preference when it comes to Thai food automatically docks a star regardless of anything else. A bummer because the noodles were cooked well and had a nice flavor. The menu is large and the place is reasonably priced, so I would consider ordering again with instructions to make it extremely spicy. There are just so many Thai places in this area that are rated highly so the competition is tough. Overall I Luv2eat Thai, but I'm not sure I love Luv2eat.

Finally stopped by Luv2Eat Thai bistro for dinner after hearing so much about it. The restaurant is located in a strip mall in Hollywood and was extremely busy when we arrived, though the wait wasn't too bad. We ended up sitting outside, which wasn't ideal since there were quite a few homeless people lingering nearby. What we ordered: -Blue crab curry (7/10): good curry flavor, but barely any crab meat. Comes with noodles and other fixings on the side. -Hat Yai fried chicken (6/10): flavorful chicken, way too many dried garlic bits on top. Didn't enjoy the sticky rice. -Drunken noodles (5/10): unfortunately pretty bland and not something I'd order again. -Thai tea (9/10): Highlight of the meal. Service was excellent and the staff were attentive throughout. Unfortunately the food didn't quite live up to the hype for me.

This is authentic Thai! The Pad Thai really stood out - the noodles had a very unique sweet texture and it was by far my favorite dish. Staff were friendly and I loved the LA crowd that was there. Crowded and noisy but fun.

You HAVE TO get the MooPing!!! The skewers were huge, meat was sooo juicy and full of flavor. Would definitely come back just to get it. My table also ordered: - Crab curry - Jade noodles (mid, not much flavor) - Pad thai (noodles perfectly chewy, just a little too sweet) - Pineapple fried rice - Papaya Salad (spicy!) For a 5 time recommended Michelin restaurant I wouldn't say its THAT good, but I loved the skewers. Service was alright, interior was pretty clean and OK.

Among some of the best Thai restaurants I've tried in LA! My friend, her boyfriend and I visited on a late Saturday afternoon and our experience here was great! We split the following dishes: - Papaya Salad: Crisp and crunchy. Full of fresh papaya and veggies. I also liked the little shrimps in it. Paired well with all of our heavier dishes. - Crab Curry: Creamy and flavorful grab curry. Also a good amount of crab meat. I liked how the shell was soft so it was easy to break and suck out the meat. It came with rice noodles and veggies which was interesting. However, I liked it better eating it with rice. - Moo Ping: The largest and meatiest meat skewers I've ever had. Super meaty, juicy, and flavorful. It gives Filipino BBQ a run for its money haha. Great pricing for such large chunks of meat. Only delta was there was a lot of fat chunks which wasn't my most favorite. This place is popular so it gets pretty full, so I would plan ahead to include some wait time. There's a parking lot in front, but it can get filled. The service was also pretty good. Overall, a great Thai spot and I would come back and bring visitors here. Definitely deserving the Michelin recognition.

Outside. Too cold to eat out, and too tight and stuffy inside. Take out is the plan ;)

Established and well known restaurants may not need an additional review, but, if feedback is considered, then that is the purpose of this platform. I state the following with an intent to offer constructive feedback: 1. I've been to Luv2eat three times with a great appreciation for the chef specials -- truly delicious dishes! Thank you. 2. Each time has only been for take out. I'd love to dine in but two things keep me away -- the clutter (visible overstocked containers; cleaning supplies e.g. mop, etc) on the floor of the restaurant). The other is the space not only is it cramped but the air doesn't circulate very well. I don't believe that a 2 or 3 star review merits Luv2 eat's food prep. It's recognized by the Michelin review for quality. But I'd happily give 5 stars for the full inclusive experience.

Also definitely recommend the original marinade or even plain (anything but boring). Seating is plentiful. Lunchtime is never too busy, which really surprised me. I love that they give us gloves. I've eaten from there before. It's well cooked, juicy, with a good crunch, and light flavor. If you're gluten-free, like myself, you can only have two different sauces, and of course you have to pay for those separate. Not a fault, just an observation. Having any Sauce at all, is awesome... My complaint and withholding of a star is that The Only individual sized portions you can get is a chicken sandwich (I'm one of those dreaded * duh..duh..dunnnnn,* "Gluten-Free" peeps. After that the next size is half a chicken (to much for me to eat in a sitting.) and it Doesn't come with any sauces or sides. I'm not saying that's it's a bad price, for the amount and quality... It's absolutely fair. But an individual option, be it wings, tenders, something easy like that. Something comparable to the chicken sandwich, would be really appreciated. That's Star worthy to me. To add insult to a sour moment, I had to pay for parking... for only 3 to 4 minutes. While not truly a fault of the restaurant, it is a part of the experience, and should be noted. Lest others find themselves in a similar situation. And a final note. The manager was never anything but courteous and professional. He put up with my braty hangry behavior like a champ.

We arrived midday on a Sunday and we're promptly sat, having been given the option for patio or indoor. We chose the patio, and between the clematis, lantana, and olive trees it is a very lovely setting in which to enjoy a meal. We were promptly brought a bottle of cold water and glasses, and our beverage orders were taken. I had a honey lavender latte with oat milk, and my husband had Lebanese coffee (no milk no sugar.) my latte was fragrant, the perfect temperature, and just the right amount of sweet. The Lebanese coffee was smooth, floral without being perfume, and excellent. We started with the falafel and the batata harra. Both absolutely excellent. For our entrees we selected the shakshuka and the Lebanese egg pie. Both were also excellent. Everything was well cooked, well presented, flavorful without being overwhelmed by any component. We took home a baklava tart, because we simply did not have the ability to eat more at the table. It was tender, moist, not too sweet, the pistachio flavor coming through as nutty and grassy, seriously so good! And it's worth noting, this whole restaurant is gluten free. I would not have realised if I had not known ahead of time. The texture of the pita with the shakshuka was exactly what one would expect, as was the bread of the egg pie. The pastry of the tart was flakey and delicious. And having said all of that, the service is what puts it above and beyond. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The Lebanese egg pie was packed with flavor. The shakshuka was rich, bright, and perfectly balanced, and the falafel was some of the best I've had. We had a Lebanese coffee and a honey lavender latte, and both were excellent. The coffee had that deep, traditional richness, while the latte was floral without crossing into overly sweet territory. One thing that's genuinely impressive is that the entire restaurant and bakery is dedicated gluten-free. We don't eat gluten-free ourselves, and if nobody had mentioned it, I never would have guessed. Nothing felt like a compromise, everything was just delicious. It's also pretty cool that people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities have a place where they can order anything on the menu without having to think twice, while everyone else still gets an exceptional meal. That's a win for everyone.

I have no idea how much valet parking is here. We were a small party of two. Upon arrival, we were notified they were out of RICE. Um..what?? That's a good problem (for them to have) but not for consumers. I feel this really limited our options to just soup. I honestly didn't want soup but there wasn't much else we could order. The bowls were large and came out piping hot. It was a satisfying meal and not too heavy. The price point was on the pricey side. Our waiter told us business has not been the same post covid. Great teas and little finger sandwiches and pastries all at an affordable price of $30-50ish per person (vs. some other places which may go upwards of like $60-100 per person). The whole decor is cute with pink and white being the main motif of the tea room which is a stark difference from the plaza just outside. The dishware and tea sets are all so cute and the teas? Plenty of options. My wife and I tried out the pear and hibiscus teas respectively and they were just right: not too sweet. The sandwiches were great with slight asian influences to them. The pastries were my favorite though, nothing like a scone with butter and jam to go with your tea. Anyway, great teas, great food, great vibes, and great prices. What more do you need? A reservation? Yeah I suppose that helps too hah!

We enjoyed the Large Beef Combo. There were 5 of us, but my grandaughter is a vegetarian. The meat, all the sides, the service, the atmosphere, everything was perfect. As for my grandaughter, she found plenty to eat that allowed her to enjoy the experience as well. I would recommend Ahgassi Gopchang to everyone. At least try it once. You will keep coming back.

The service, however, was outstanding and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. If it's your first time visiting, finding the entrance can be a little confusing. We parked on the street and spent a few minutes trying to figure out where to go. For anyone visiting, it's much easier to enter through the parking lot, where the restaurant entrance is located. The banchan (side dishes) were quite good, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere inside. The decor was fun and unique, making the dining experience feel more special. Overall, the food was good, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was enjoyable. I'd come back, especially for the service and the overall experience.
