I would be rating this place one star if it weren't for Sara's good service & my unwillingness to judge an entire business based on the behavior of a single uncouth employee. I brought my little sister here for her 13th birthday. I've been to this salon multiple times in the past and have always had positive experiences, which made this encounter even more disappointing. In over 15 years of getting my nails done, I have never experienced the level of disrespect that I encountered with Lorena. I showed her a Pinterest photo and simply asked if they had a similar shade of purple. She told me to look in the color book. I explained that I already had and couldn't find anything close, so I was just asking for a little guidance. She responded that it was not her responsibility to choose a color for me and told me that if I couldn't make a decision, I should just leave. Her attitude continued throughout the interaction. When I stood up to leave with my little sister because of how I was being treated, Sara stepped in and helped me find a shade that matched what I was looking for. Instead of letting the situation go, Lorena made another snarky comment, saying, "Like I said, it's in the book. Can you not see? I shouldn't have to make decisions for you." Unfortunately, Lorena's behavior completely overshadowed what was supposed to be a fun birthday outing for my little sister. I've never been treated this way by someone & I hope management addresses her behavior, or else this place will continue to lose customers. We will definitely not be returning! read more

I'm so disappointed with the pedicure I got the other day. It definitely was not worth $70. I've been getting gel pedicures, and ones with hot stones and paraffin wax many, many times. This one felt rushed, the paraffin barely cooled before coming off my feet, the hot stone massage was super quick. My big toe is cracked about halfway down, so I asked for him to fix it - again, have had this done many times - and usually they do a layer of hard gel or acrylic. I noticed he didn't do it before painting my nails, so I asked, and he said he put on "2 layers of gel". Well, I knew that wouldn't hold, and now here we are 4 days later and the crack is fully separated again. The pedicure was also so sloppy, I had to clean gel off of my skin when I got home and the edges were uneven and rough. read more

Horrible service. The manicurist was so rude and unprofessional because I asked for a sterilized nail kit. She was washing the nail clippers in the dirty water that my feet was in. I asked nicely to have another kit that wasn't used by another person because I saw her take the nail care items from a box she had just previously used and she said, "do you want a pedicure or not? I don't want any issues! This is what we have, it's clean". I'm shocked at how nail salons like this are in business and the health department hasn't shut them down. I do my nails every 2 weeks and was looking for a closer location. Will never come here again. read more

$70 for a mid-executed pedicure with an herbal ($55) upgrade was a mistake. The herbal upgrade was nice as it included polish but apparently gel polish is a $15 upgrade. The pedicure polish was not a clean finish & had cured on my cuticles. I am not expecting perfection but also am paying for cleanliness and not sloppiness. read more

My friend and I made an appointment for after work the Monday after Easter. It's a small nail salon in the target parking lot next to Ross. I'm super disappointed with the salon and the quality of nails I received. I was so excited to get my nails put back on, but that was very short-lived. After only 3 days, one nail completely popped off and another snapped right off with barely any pressure. I've only had these nails on for one week and 2 days. It really sucks I have to wait for them to grow out a bit more to get them redone from another salon. Especially with two missing. I've been getting acrylic done for years.. riding horses, barn work, etc. I've never had nails snap so easily. The quality in the acrylic is poor along with how it was applied, I've had nails much longer than these and I've never had an issue like this. Even the glue on nails held on better. On top of all of that, it was just a sloppy job. I had product all along my cuticle line for days, and I had to peel it off myself later on. As well as the product being black from the air brush on my cuticle line, wasn't very flattering against the nude and made my nails look so dirty. Which was horrible, considering I work with the public on a daily basis. read more

I have gone to many salons for manicures and pedicures but the experience I received from Linda was special! She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Very professional and pleasant. The salon itself has changed owners many times in my four years coming here and the experience has been inconsistent at best in the last six months. Scheduled appointments delayed because they took walk ins, told my tech didn't have availability (when she did), rude on the phone, etc. Pedicure chairs are newer and give a nice massage but overall the decor is outdated and the space is desolate. Holly T gets five stars, but as of July of 2025 she is no longer here (for her loyal followers - she can now be found at Lacquer Nails on Shea/101). It's worth the extra drive. read more

Came in shortly after opening on Sunday and was able to get in without a wait for a pedicure. I was told it would be no problem & it wasn't. I was given a seat, water ran, & someone would be with me in 5 mins. Other than being asked gel or regular polish, no other questions were asked. Because it's been sometime since I've had a pedicure & I'm on a staycation due to plans falling through, I would treat myself, & get the jelly pedi. When the lady appeared, i asked her about the jelly, she explained a bit of what is & then went to the cabinet to retrieve the packet. Luckily she selected lavender as that's what i wanted but she didn't ask. She did return with a tray of the opened packets, orange gel/good, & slices of fresh grapefruit. Word of advice, if you want the jelly, say that up front. She had to drain some of the water to accommodate the jelly. The jelly was a little odd feeling but so moisturizing, relaxing, & exactly what I needed. The whole experience was so relaxing. The space was beautiful & relaxing. Pricey but i believe worth it. Will I do the & Jelly pedi again? Yes, but likely not that often. I would also ask for no citrus due to the citrus triggering migraines. Would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely. Overall, super happy & most importantly super relaxed. read more

I have large feet for a female and both times she made me feel very uncomfortable almost to tears by pointing out my feet loudly enough for other customers could hear. After leaving a terrible experience at Trendy Nail we came here to Villagio Nail Spa. They were able to get us right in. Greeted us the minute we walked in the door and gave us such wonderful customer service. This place has such a fun vibe with fun music playing, everyone smiling and being kind. When I pointed it out, I was told it was fine. The proof is in the photos... I would not call this a professional job. The polish did not last more than 1 1/2 days before they literally peeled off. I have come to this salon for a gel manicure and pedicure at least every 3 weeks for the past 4 years. It was recently purchased and is under new management. Since then the service, the skills of the techs, and customer service has taken a nose dive. Do not waste your money. The last 4 times I have gone I left with my nails not filed and the top coat rippled. After just 24 hours, the gel polish was cracking and it began to flake off or chip within days. Before the new owners took it over, my gel manicure lasted THREE weeks. I informed the owners of the issues I was having all of the sudden and they didn't seem to care. I gave them 4 opportunities to complete at least one acceptable manicure for me and was disappointed each time. So after 4 years as a client, I will not be returning. read more

I walked in to a male employee screaming at a customer. I'm not exaggerating. Unfortunately, he was the person to give me my gel manicure. He vented almost the entire time about why he was yelling at the customer, which was unpleasant for me. He did such a terrible job. He clipped my cuticles so deep, they were bleeding, and it hurt so bad. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. I'm so disappointed. I don't get my nails done much so I was hoping I'd have a nice experience. I was even a little frightened to say much because I didn't want to get yelled at. I went back in 2 days later when all of my gel started peeling off because he had done so many layers. They fixed my nails for free. Tammy did such an incredible job fixing what she could. I've been a regular customer here for over a decade now. WOW! Haha. It's been through several different management changes, but I've NEVER had a bad experience! I always get one of the deluxe or best pedicures. The staff is so friendly and make you feel appreciated! Came here for a basic manicure, was not greeted at all and wasn't given time to really pick out the color I wanted. I felt very rushed. Was walked back and Rita was the tech doing my nails. She didn't greet me, she filed my nails without asking how I wanted my nails to be filed and she even filed my nails without looking at them. It looked liked she had a bad day and did not want to be there. I told her that I wanted the $14 manicure and she obviously didn't listen because she started to give me a 30 second hand massage and then told me I owed $16. I was so irritated and done with this place. I told her I wasn't going to pay the $2 and was going to pay for what I asked for from the get-go. Needless to say, I didn't leave her a tip. My nails were awful, customer service is terrible and I will NEVER go back here again. With so many places to go, go somewhere else, otherwise they treat you like cattle, get you in and out. I came here for the first time with my sister-in-law because she regularly frequents here. I've had some really bad nail experiences over the years, and I was pleased here! I was on the fence about doing a pedicure, but ended up getting one. They have a chart of different pedicures, and I chose the cheapest one. My only complaint about this place is that their cheapest pedicure shouldn't even qualify as a pedicure. It doesn't include callous removal on your heels, which typically is my main reason for getting a pedicure. The massage on my legs and the polish application were great, but my feet are not in better shape than when I went in. I've never actually been to a place where the lowest level pedicure doesn't include callous removal, so I was surprised! Move onto the dip manicure-I was SO impressed. I had a glitter dip on my nails that needed removed, and the guy as so diligent about getting every last bit of it off. I was also super impressed with his perfectionist ways of putting the new polish on. At the end of the manicure, there were a few nails that were a bit wonky and he went back and redid them without me asking. That doesn't happen very often! My only complaint about the manicure is that he never lotioned or massaged my hands, which I think is included. He likely ran out of time. Overall, the nail quality is more important to me than the massage, so I was very happy! read more
