I really do love the work Lina does but this place is so overpriced for no reason. Spent $130 for two structure manicures. Then we both wanted French tip on our nails. I knew it was going to be extra knowing that painting a tip takes more effort and time, but I didn't know how much (price was never discussed during the process either) nor was I expecting her charging me $30/manicure extra to paint the tip white. It cost an extra $60 just to paint French tips. This is beyond ridiculous and just pure greed. I still tipped according as it's not the nail technician's fault with the pricing, so overall I spent $236 for two French tip structure manicures. They even charged me an extra $1 to use their card system like they don't charge enough for the nails already. The nail salon's greed has lost me as a customer. read more

Today was my first time visiting this location. I have been wanting to find a new spot and I am so happy that I came. The location was clean and neat. No crazy clipped toenails on the floor or old cotton balls. I don't recall the receptionist name, but she was so sweet. She served me a cup of tea before getting started with my pedi. My pedicure was done by Holly and she was so pleasant. Very professional. She did such a great job. I am in love with the products she used for the pedicure. The scrub smelled really good and it wasn't too abrasive. Whatever the massage oil was it was so nice! I'm going to ask them if I can purchase a bottle next time. My full set was done by Ashley and I am loving her work. I've never had my nails done with forms before and she did such a good job with the shape. The color selection was awesome. The color that I picked was a pretty , soft nude color with a touch of pink. So pretty. The environment was so fun! I think Ashley and I talked about everything we could. She is so intelligent and thoughtful. Will definitely be back for my fill and pedi in two weeks. Everyone wanted to see my nails before I left. I liked that because it felt like everyone had such great energy. It's really important to me where I spend my time and my money. I've now been coming here for a while since they've opened and now I don't want to go anywhere else. Any time I've had an issue, even if it was past the 72 hours Reina is quick to help me and even once stayed after they closed. She really wants people to be happy with their work and it shows, she really cares. Even if I have to wait a little longer for good work, I will. I highly disagree with so many of the negative comments on here. Yes they ask for your CC to book, but they DON'T use it! They've started showing movies which I really enjoy, it's a nice switch from music. Please know they are a bit more pricey but they are worth it, and they are upfront with how much it is going to cost before anything is done, and the work may take longer than an average nail shop, but again they're worth it. I want to start by saying I really didn't want to be the first to post a review, because I was so excited for this nail bar to be opening in the local area, but unfortunately I was highly disappointed with the service I received. I went in on Monday afternoon at 12pm and I was immediately greeted and sat with a nail technician for a gel fill. When it took the tech an entire hour to remove the gel polish from my nails, I knew this experience wouldn't be the best. I tried to remain patient and hopefully, but it just never got any better. The tech literally cut my fingers in three places with a nail file, and tried to completely avoid acknowledging that she had cut me. I only realized it when she started dabbing cotton on the cuts to stop the bleeding. Sadly I would have been more understanding if she had just apologized, but not once did she acknowledge her mistake. I guess this technician then had to leave @ 2, because the owner had to come over and finish my nails. Again I thought that things would then get better, but that just wasn't the case. At the end of the day I left this shop at 3:25pm, with a $63, 3 hour 25min fill that looks like the pictures attached ‍ (pictures taken the day of and following day) I have to say the shop is beautiful and I was given and calmed by a Cranberry Mimosa, but I truly hope the service is improved. read more

The owner Reina, is a well know influencer in Nail Art, so the salon is ahead of the curve on the newest nail trends and techniques, and uses high quality products. I had a chance to do a girls day, at Luxe Nailscape, with my my family last month. We all got the Royal Pedi (you need this in your life!) and different types of manis. The prices for regular services like mani/pedi are comparable to other salons in the area. Make note: nail art, higher end pedis, and other add on services have a premium, but the staff here does a fabulous job, and it's well worth it! The salon is clean and modern. Each nail tech here was super friendly, personable, and talented! We were served mimosas, watched music videos, and felt like we were hanging out with friend and fam. I got a gel mani with nail art. I asked Reina to freestyle, and I am so in love with how it turned out. I don't live in Fairfield, and I was heartbroken to have to get it removed after 3 weeks- even though they were still super shiny, no chipped paint, no lift, no broken nails- just growth. I came here for the first time last month for my birthday. I got a dipped mani and regular pedi. Both my nail tech and pedi tech were very sweet. The salon itself was beautiful. I read the reviews so I planned to be there a couple of hours. I like that they take their time with your nails and feet. The owner seemed very sweet and seems to still be educating the staff on certain things like offer everyone a drink (water, mimosa) etc. I like that the owner is very involved in trying to build her brand and her business. I don't get my nails done often I am more of a pedicure person. Because the chairs are not the comfy massage pedi chairs it gets kinda hard to sit straight up for an hour or so. French tip pedi cost $20 extra which I agreed to assuming it was so costly because it would be flawless but sadly I was disappointed that I had to tell the tech to re do the line a few times. She was so sweet so I felt bad that I had to have her re do it but for $20 extra I want it perfect. Still wasn't to perfection but she worked so hard on it so I really appreciated that. My only complaints are that I wish they had more dipped manicure colors , I wish they had regular pedicure chairs, and I wish it wasn't $20 extra charge for french tip on pedicure. I was able to get an appointment with Reina and was welcomed warmly and given a Mimosa. I did the Gel-X extensions that I've never tried before and I absolutely cannot stop adoring my nails. They are higher end nails and they are worth it. I gave her a color palette that I wanted, and gave her free reign as an artist with what to do with the color scheme and I couldn't be happier. I came back the next day with a few of my daughters to get pedicures. Courtney and the other girls were a pleasure to be around and have a conversation with. Definitely a fan of this place and will be a patron for years to support its success. Good people and really want you to be happy with what you're getting. The ambiance is on point and the staff is funny and friendly. Consider this when you book at this salon: You are paying for an artist & not just a technician. They are skilled with their craft. I had an appointment for mani and pedi and the lady started my pedi, she was very nice and friendly but then I got a call from my son' s daycare that I needed to pick him up so I couldn't do my mani. Yet they charged me the $25 fee for missing the appointment even though I was there already and I had to cancel the mani. When I got home I realized the bad job she made with my pedi, so I paid $55 total $30 from the bad pedi and $25 for cancellation. Their lack of empathy and overall experience was bad. So I was actually anticipating the opening of this salon for about two months. I learned of this location after visiting Laque in Los Angeles. Overall I'm happy with my nails. I would admit I had quite a bit of sticker shock but this location is trying to be one of the more upscale Nail spas you see in SoCal. The service was great it wasn't super busy I was served tea and champagne. My 7 year old sat with me they offered her juice. At the end of the service the owner asked my daughter if they should offer a kids corner and have iPads for then to use. If this is something they do I think that would win over a lot of Moms. The tech who did my nails was very friendly my service took about 4 hours and that included the removal of my nails via soak off and minimal filling. Not the yanking off I'm normally accustomed to. The technique for my nail extensions I opted for was hard gel sculpted and used the forms not tips. I have used forms in the past however never hard gel. The process was a bit tedious having to cure each layer in between but it makes for a more natural look. I would say the time flew by since we were chatting however I didn't expect to be there more than two hours. Lastly the pricing I feel like this is always a mystery and it's never comfortable for me to constantly ask how much something will be. The first time I went to laque I really liked that the tech gave me a price breakdown before performing any service. I feel this should be customary so you aren't shocked at the end, it ruins the experience. Personally I'm not accustomed to spending $100+for my full set I definitely would have opted for less options for the sake of spending less. They also take care to make sure they are not damaging your nails huge plus in my book. Overall I enjoyed my visit the drinks and the throwback music videos on the TV create an enjoyable atmosphere but due to it being a bit cost prohibitive this would be a "treat" not my go to salon. I may come back just for a fill but just do color no design I believe for the gel before tip that would be $50. My advice be more transparent about pricing I'm still not clear on how a $60 full set jumped to $129. If you have money to burn I recommend trying at least once read more

I feel bad leaving this review because this salon has so much potential and I was excited to support local. However, I am really disappointed. My first appointment took me 3 attempts to book between issues with the online app and calling. First set was expensive and took me 2.5 hours but brought me back to life. But after the 10 days the middle fingers on each hand (With same glitter product) were lifting and I still had several days till my fill. My fill was July 6th, 2 hours later ... I paid $10 to have my 2 fingers removed and replaced, not because they broke or I damaged them but because they were lifting. Then $28 for the fill ... no biggie, then an additional $20 because I got gel polish, 1 single color no bling no design ... no nada! So my total was $58 for a fill. I'm still ok with this because you get what you pay for, right? 48 hours later my left pointer is lifting and now exactly a week later I have 2 nails lifting completely off the nail bed. For $58 and a 2 hour fill I think it's fair to expect more. I hope they grow and learn and I can return in the future for a better experience. read more

For my first time going here I wasn't very impressed. I looked up a bunch of pictures and was excited about trying a new place, but the outcome wasn't that great. My nails are SUPER thick and some are kinda crooked even after telling the nail tech I thought it was crooked. I felt like the lady doing my nails wasn't very experienced. For starters I want to say the staff is very nice and pleasant however, that does not make up for a 71 dollar pedi. My friend and I decided to try this shop. We entered and was told to pick out colors. I picked white. We were then told to take our shoes off and sit in the chair. Heres where the service went downhill. How in the heck do you not have massage chairs in a nail shop. That's one of the major parts of the whole experience. Sitting back enjoying a nice back massage. I was asked to pick a service and I picked the $55 dollar spa pedi. I asked the employee does that include gel and she said yes. Well that wasn't true. When I got to the counter my total was 71 dollars. I guess the lady that did my pedi was new. I think staff should be knowledgeable of the service and what's included. Then here's what made the experience worse. I tipped the young lady $10. Took off my socks at home and it looked like a kid painted my toes. $81 bucks for mediocre paint.
