Orange spray tan? Not from Shaded! Gone are the days are worrying about coming out like a fruit…read morefrom getting a spray tan, at least with Kira. Kira offers a spray tanning and teeth whitening. I haven't yet had my teeth whitened professionally, so I will update my review in the future if that's a bridge I'll cross, so this will focus on the spray tan facet. 1-Booking: Booking is super easy! On her website you have a multitude of options to choose from: In studio tan (you go to her), Mobile tan (she comes to you) and then package options: buy more than one tan to use in a certain time frame. (you can also buy Teeth+Tan packages). Then you pick the date and time you want and then you're booked. 2-Prep instructions: Kira reaches out and tells you how to prepare for your spray tan session: exfoliation and shaving and even the type of clothes to wear: loose dark clothing ;) 3-What to wear or not: You wanna wear a bikini/bra and panties and not be fully nude? Great! Wanna be in the buff? Great! Kira makes you feel amazing whether or not you're fully nude or have panties on or panties and bra. 4-The Tan: The tan will last about 7 days, depending on how well you keep up with the aftercare. I once stretched a tan to about 10 days. 5-Do I recommend? Absolutely. As more research comes out, we obviously know that tans from the Sun or Tanning beds are bad news bears and increase cancer risk. Having a spray tan is a great way to have instant color, no sweating in the sun or stinky sunscreen necessary. Having a spray tan instantly boosts my confidence. How? I have no idea, it's just facts. And tans are not just for 'sunny' months. Cold weather tans are a great way to combat the Wintertime blues. 6-Extra: Kira said she's working on wedding packages, so I will definitely be using her when I get married in the future.

BEST dental experience, bar none. A friend of mine had recommended them after the decision to leave…read moreour prior dentistry practice. First can we just talk about how great this location is, close to midtown, middle of everything, still ample parking. Looked to be a former residential residence, the building has so much character. Upon arrival I was greeted and not too long after they sat me down and started the process. They offered a neck pillow for comfort, tv overhead with earphones if you'd like. Incredibly friendly and helpful throughout without the awkward chatter many of us are accustom too in the chair- you know the continuation of questions while they are taking care of your visit for an in and out, in and out (the instruments) type of experience. The hygienist was fantastic and walked me through some things prior to the dentist arrival. Post this, the visit was great, I shared what I hoped to accomplish in upcoming visits, etc and they were not only incredible professionally but so personable and helpful! They laid out a plan and pricing up front, no hidden costs and were helpful with the scheduling even with it being so close to the holidays! Actually looking forward to coming in for further visits and absolutely recommend for your general dentist needs to cosmetic and beyond!

And what I'm very disappointed in is the billing. They stopped taking my insurance and I have a secondary insurance to cover costs. They told me that they could bill the secondary after the primary insurance decided what they would cover. The office manager never billed my secondary, she would constantly call and text to get me to pay the difference. After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

The recent process of dental work that I have had recently has left me looking for another dental office. During my visit in September 2025, I was informed that my bridge was 'failing' and in addition I had a cavity underneath a crown, and in addition to that, an adjacent tooth had to be removed. To me, as a lay person, this sounded like a tremendous amount of work and cost. I felt the office manager or Cercek should have sat down with me and gone over various options. However, I was only given a referral to an oral surgeon for implants. Implants did not seem to be a good option for me after having an appointment with the referral dentist. Aside from the exorbitant cost, the x-ray showed that I would need a 'sinus uplift'. The oral surgeon did not even bother to discuss the fact that I have periodontal disease and how that can sometimes complicate issues and even having the implants 'fail'! On my own, I researched other options such as a partial denture. I was very disappointed that no information or options were given to me by the office. I, again, had to research on my own what would potentially be my reimbursement from the insurance company because Cercek is out of network. I only had $825 left for 2025. In 2026, the maximum reimbursement would be $1,500. Because I did the research, I decided to split the dental work that needed to be done over December 2025 and January 2026. I made an appointment for December 17, 2025 and another for the partial on January 14, 2026 shortly after the September visit. I later found out (at the 17th appointment) that a minimum of 6 weeks is required for healing. From the 17th of 2025 to the 14th 2026 is only 4 weeks! My appointment was moved up one week to the 10th of December, but even still that is not 6 weeks! From my researching, yet again, I found out that healing can take up to 3 months. The fact that the office didn't take the time to help me in scheduling is a gross neglect! Back in 2011 I had the adjacent tooth pulled, the oral surgeon packed the gum with cadaver bone and put in a couple of stiches. The tooth that Cercek pulled had bone loss, and I even asked if there would be bone filled in, and the answer was no with no explanation. No stiches either. Why would I go in for a measurement for a partial denture when my gums/mouth are not completely healed. That makes no sense. So, I called to cancel my appointment for the 14th and to relay these complaints to your office manager. I was told she was in a meeting. Did not receive a call back, so called again and was asked if I could be put on a 'brief hold', which I did. 10 minutes after being on hold, I hung up. Called back yet again and was asked 'what is a good time that the office manager could call you back.' Very, very poor customer service. And this is not even the whole story, but that would require a very very lengthy review.
