My 6th time back since they've remodeled with chic and clean decor. Friendly staff and there is never a wait. My time is important so having a nail salon that is available and not over booking is great. Gel mani and gel pedi around $90 is competitive. They hook up your legs and feet with a nice oil massage and warm towel wrap which I love since I am on my feet alot. The chairs have the massage and recline option. They do a great job spoiling the customer and offer happy hour pricing before 2pm!
I had a really disappointing experience here, especially for my first visit. I made a 10am appointment and arrived on time, but was skipped while other clients (including walk-ins) were helped before me. I ended up waiting until 11am to be seen, and was sitting with my feet in the water for an hour while they kept saying the technician was late due to traffic. That has nothing to do with the customer. If you open at 10am, it's your responsibility to be on time. She also wasn't even the person I originally booked with. I had booked at 10am with Cathy, who was the first one to arrive at the salon and ended up taking a client to do her acrylics first who ALSO had an appointment with Cathy, which doesn't makes sense to me. When the technician (Tram) finally arrived, she showed no urgency and acted like she wasn't already an hour behind. If I had shown up an hour late, my appointment would have been canceled, so it's frustrating that the same consideration wasn't given. There was also poor communication about pricing. I was told I would receive 20% off my gel manicure during their happy hour, but at checkout I was told it didn't apply. Instead of resolving it professionally, Tram blamed another employee and spoke negatively about her coworker in front of me, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I brought up the wait time, my concerns were brushed off with a laugh and a simple "sorry," and I was only offered a $5 discount. Another customer who arrived around 11am was told to wait 20 minutes, but over an hour passed and she still hadn't been helped, and she was visibly upset. It really makes you question the point of having appointments here. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. I would not return and would not recommend this salon.
I needed a pedicure but wanted to try a different salon. While searching through Yelp, I found this place. What drawn me into this place was how modern and clean the place looks in the photo. I showed up on the day of my appt and was greeted by a very friendly employee. After being seated at a pedicure station, I was given a small bottle of water and a cup of fresh, organic orange juice (super sweet). The whole process was enjoyable and we made small talks during the whole process. The parking lot is quite small so parking might be an issue during certain times of the day/week.

Okay, listen. I was way too excited to get that Super Deluxe again. Like, embarrassingly excited. I almost didn't even post this because I didn't want y'all thinking I'm a paid plant--but honestly? If loving this pedicure is wrong, I don't wanna be right. First things first: that milk-and-wine foot soak? Literal magic. My feet came out glowing like they had just been kissed by the skincare gods. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, they hit me with the hot wax massage and that bougie little bag massage. Add in the classic honey sugar scrub and baby, we are in spa heaven. Now, let's talk about the cuticles. She had to go in deep--like "we might need a permit for this excavation" deep. By the time she was done, there was enough foot on the floor to build a backup pair. And that scrub? Let's just say, my feet left smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy. Massage? On point. Nails? Flawless. I stopped doing gel because I love coming every two weeks, and even with regular polish, they still look chef's kiss amazing. If you're looking for more than just a pedicure. if you want a full-on "treat yourself, I am the moment" experience--this is it. I drive in from Oakland every other week just to bask in this level of foot-focused luxury. It's not just self-care, it's self-celebration. Pure queen energy.

I usually call ahead to make an appointment since they can get a little busy during peak hours, but they've always been great about having my seat ready when I arrive.
Called ahead on a Wednesday morning to see if they could take 2 pedicures, they did! We got the Deluxe Spa Pedicure with regular polish, it was RELAXING and that hot stone massage was indeed needed! The two wonderful ladies who assisted us were kind and made occasional conversation with us when it was natural. Got some advice for foot care as well. They did not have the exact color we picked out but made an effort to get us something as close to our choices and it all worked out :) The massage chairs they had for pedicures were really comfortable, adjustable to your preference in height and distance from tub. Due to it being a grand opening we did receive a discount (as promoted on their banner) so it was a great deal! Definitely recommend you check out this nail salon :)

My review is of Kim, she's been the only person I've received nail services from but my parents also go there and are always happy. Kim does wonderful work, and is very detailed oriented. I've never left disappointed, she always does an amazing job. She asks throughout the process if I like it to make sure I am pleased. I've been coming to Luxe Salon since April and am very happy I found this place. I strongly recommend it, I always see happy customers leave while I'm there so the other ladies must be just as great!

Had a great experience here! We got the Birthday Group special offer. One of the TV monitors had "Happy Birthday" on it and various Happy Birthday songs were playing in the salon. Fun, festive atmosphere! There were four of us in our group all getting pedicures. All four nail technicians that we had were so nice, sweet, funny, friendly and did a great job on our pedicures! For me personally, my nail technician was so nice to bring the three different nail colors that I had a hard time choosing between. She helped brush a little of each on my nails so that I could see what they would look like. That helped a lot to choose which color I ultimately chose. The chairs were roomy, clean, and relaxing. At least one of my friends was using the massage function. They had many nail polishes to choose from. It was a nice touch that they gave us each bottled water. Plus, at the entrance, there were packaged Rice Krispies for us to take. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. I've been seeing their Instagram ads for weeks saying 20% off any day from 10am-3pm, but as soon as I walked in, I was told the 20% discount only applies after spending $25. Fine--it's still a discount, even if that's misleading. I had a confirmed 2pm appointment and was already there, so leaving wasn't an option. I then waited 40 minutes, only to watch them seat a walk-in immediately while I was still waiting. At that point, I had to walk out. Do not waste my time with false advertising and making someone with an appointment wait 40 minutes just to prioritize walk-ins. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Hello, I came back to get the mani I should have gotten last week. I came in on a Sunday morning and was greeted by my favorite manicurist Kim. My cuticles and nails were in bad shape, because I garden a lot and do a lot of hands on duties. Kim took great care of my hands and was very careful to give my cuticles the best attention possible. She picked out the perfect color for me too. I am excited to have this salon in my neighborhood . It is clean , new too of the line equipment and great people who are friendly and professional. Great customer service! Great price on the deluxe pedicure for mamas who don't get one often and need a good quality cleaning. Just redid their interior and the massage chairs are large and comfy. Would recommend! read more

Wow! This place was exactly what I needed. I came in looking to get a brand new full set acrylic done (because I was past due) and Kim took such good care of me, not to mention she did an AMAZING job. Everyone in this salon was so helpful and friendly, and they made you feel right at home. It is very clean, and the ambiance is a plus! I will definitely be coming back - can't wait! read more

Clean, new salon with friendly staff. They eagerly took me for a walk-in, even though I came right around closing (I didn't know). Kathy was sweet and did a great job on my gel manicure, and even gave me a complimentary hand massage with lotion and a hot towel at the end! Unbeatable deal and service for only $35 before tip. This was my first time and I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I called in for a pedicure on Sunday and they were able to see me in 30 min after I called. I had an awesome experience here! Amy was so caring and took her time with my deluxe pedicure. She made sure the French tips I got were perfect to my liking and matched my inspiration photo. The salon is newly renovated and you can tell they definitely put great thought into the new appliances chosen for the salon that makes it comfortable for both the customer and staff. The massage chairs with a warmer was a great touch especially during these colder months. I will definitely come back and recommend taking advantage of the 20% off discount they have going on right now! read more
