I purchased a Groupon for Luxurious Lashes, scheduled my appt & went in Sept 7th. My purchase covered $98 worth of services and I selected the PREMIUM SET (120 pieces) I had yelped them prior to purchasing their Groupon and was really excited because they had amazing reviews. I was quite disappointed since it was my first time getting my lashes done and I was looking forward to them lasting at the very least 2 weeks. They lasted about 10 days :( I made sure to be very careful with the care of my lashes & I also refrained from any makeup whatsoever besides my Lip Gloss. I'm happy that I didn't pay full price since they did not last long at all. However, I will give them 3 stars because Hannah did do an amazing job and for the short duration that they did last they were beautiful and very natural. They respond very quickly to your appointment request via yelp and the ambiance was so relaxing. Very clean and peaceful accommodations. I just wish they would have lasted longer. read more

I've been wanting to get lash extensions for awhile. I honestly went here because not that many places offer a 30% new client special + $5 off if paying in cash + have good reviews. With the new client special: $68 (natural) $77 (medium) and $89 (dramatic). Booking an appointment was easy. Location is a small plaza with limited parking. My appointment was at 11am on a weekday so I got lucky. I have to admit, I think I may have fallen asleep because it was very quiet and relaxing, almost as if you were in a spa. I don't really write lots of reviews or any lengthy ones for that matter. However Emma deserves this review. She has done my eyelashes at least five times, most recently last week. She is very warm and professional and takes her time. Her eyelash quality and products are second to none; and they stay in place looking fab a very long time. I've had my eyelashes done in NYC (where I'm from) and in a few other major cities. However, none has come close to Emma's work. She is a perfectionist and knows the perfect eyelash set for every eye shape. Although you can totally choose your eyelash fancy! She placed them with care and amazing expert hands. I recently had the Luxe Mink set (last week) and it's so beautiful, looks like it was done today. All my coworkers have complimented me and they can't wait to try Emma. She is very meticulous and kind. Her prices are very affordable and her place is tucked away quietly inside a massage spa, in strip mall. Parking can be found if spot available in Strip mall or street parking. Luxurious Lashes is an inviting, clean and relaxing place where one gets beautiful lashes. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. I have been to EIGHT different lash salons in the past year in search of the perfect lash artist. I have paid up to $500 a pop. I pretty much had given up until I met Emma.....absolutely no one is as talented and dedicated as Emma. Other places would give me "volume" lashes that were always too sparse to begin with and on top of it I would lose 10 + lashes within the first couple of days. I would show the technician a picture, would be assured that I would get the same results- and two hours later, not even close!! With Emma I learned the secret, true Russian volume lashes take 3 hrs of work. Other salons only give you 2 hours, some maybe 2.5 hrs, but you're looking at a $450 price tag. For Emma it's not even about the time, she will work as long as it takes to give you the thickest most lucious lashes you will ever seen (always making sure that the health of your lashes are never at stake). Already too good to be true right? It gets better.....It's been over a week and I've lost maybe two lashes. Even better news... hers prices are amazing. PLEASE listen to me, someone who's been to the fanciest of salons, Emma is the BEST of the best. Yes she works out of a Thai massage salon, not some trendy spot in Beverly Hills, but who cares!!!! Her suite is super clean, relaxing and comfortable, you get a fuzzy blanket, AND you leave transformed into a lash princess!! Ultimately two things matter, 1. incredible lashes 2. Health of your lashes, and with Emma you are in godly hands, she's totally my new very own lash fairy godmother! I'm hooked, and I'm never ever going anywhere else, EVER. I really hate that my experience here was subpar because they seem to do amazing work. When I arrived I had on strip lashes that easily come off; however, I was informed right away that the adhesive wouldn't work with their process. They told me it would take 3 days to remove the glue from my lashes and I needed to reschedule, otherwise their lashes would come off in 2-3 days. I understood this, but I was completely frustrated (after driving an hour to get there) that I wasn't informed of this prior to my appointment, especially as a first time client. Furthermore, they were insensitive and unapologetic as they informed me that it wouldn't work. I received multiple texts prior to my appointment to confirm, provide the address, inform me of their cancellation policy, etc. but not ONCE was this mentioned. After leaving, I received multiple apology texts for their mistake, but at the shop I was only asked to reschedule -- no apology. I was completely disappointed and won't be returning. Good customer service is more important to me than luxurious lashes (pun intended). read more

I occasionally get my eye lashes done when I know I'm going to an event or when I get bored AND I used to go get them done at nail salons that seem to offer this service in the secrets rooms in the back. BUT THOSE DAYS ARE OVER. I have found Bunny. I have never been so impressed until she did my eyelashes. Those secret back room services at the nail salons would 1. Only last me about 2 weeks and 2. my real eyelashes would fall out as well. When I came to Bunny, she was so gentle and really detailed. GENIUS. I was impressed at how long her prep time takes. Prepping the eyelids is half the battle! All in all it took about an hour and wow, I couldn't believe how beautiful my eyelashes looked. Here's the awesome part: those lashes lasted my a whole month and none of my true eyelashes fell with the extensions. Since then, I've been back for a touch up and once again, Bunny did not disappoint. Sigh, I should've found this place a long time ago. This is the first lash place in LA ive been pleased with the results! The lashes always stay on for a few weeks and look very plush and soft. The only problem i do have is that every time i come here the extensions burn my eyes. I've been to so many lash places and talked to so many people and they aren't supposed to hurt AT ALL!!!
