I hate to take back a good review but my two experiences here have been far from good. Sure the first time I did my eyelashes here it was quick and cheap, but I did have to go back twice to fix some wonky eyelashes and then fix my right eye bc it was way less full than the left. I left a good review bc they fixed them for free and I had a Groupon so it was way less expensive than places I originally go to. So I guess you get what u pay for. I don't know if it's bc it's so cheap that they use shitty glue but if u don't want ur eyelashes to fall in a matter of days don't come here. I went to get a fill following my previous experience just because I wanted to give them another chance, maybe my technician wasn't good the first time I did it, but I had a diff technician the second time around and the same problem my lashes looked empty in a matter of 2 days. I would go on my days with chunks of eyelashes falling at every minute. This time no Groupon was use and my experience was still just as bad. Something seems fishy about them doing my eyelashes in less than hour even for a full set and a fill. When I go to other places it takes around 2 hours and stays on for a month or even more sometimes..don't have the same experience I had. read more

I found this spot on Groupon and while I don't hate my lashes, it wasn't exactly what was advertised. I got the "Super Luxe Mink" full set done by Dagi, which is supposed to be 200 pieces. Prior to booking the appointment I asked if the lashes were going to be individual lashes vs volume, which is what I prefer. They said yes. Okay, so I'm thinking 100 lashes per eye? Makes sense, right? I've gotten my lashes done a ton of times before so I know how long a classic full set can take (typically 1.5-2hrs). So 30 minutes into my full set, she's done?! Wtf lol. While I appreciate the quickness.. a classic full set done right is never that quick. I look in the mirror and the lashes look good, BUT there's not a single individual lash, it's ALL volume fans! There's probably no more than 30-40 fans per eye, hence why it was so quick, but not even a volume set should be that fast. I don't hate the lashes, but it definitely wasn't what was advertised. My lashes are naturally thin which is why I prefer classic individual lashes. These volume fans are mixed with thin/thicker lashes which look extremely heavy. It almost seems like they're trying to save time to make the lashes look like a hybrid set (mix of volume and individual lash extensions) by making fans with different lash thicknesses. I'm just afraid that these volume fans are too heavy and will damage my natural lashes. It's been a few days with them on and they are pretty uncomfortable and are poking my eyes. If lash extensions are applied correctly, it shouldn't feel like anything is there. I can only recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere affordable to go to. If you want quality lash extensions, find somewhere else. read more

I was very skeptical going into this place, because I had just had my lashes done a week prior somewhere else and it was not a very pleasant experience. Luxurious Lashes completely turned it around for me. They ambience is extremely relaxing. The actual process was completely painless and not once did any glue get in my eyes or was I poked or pinched. The results were beautiful. They had to fill in the missing lashes from the last place I had gone where almost all of them fell out. They were so easy about redoing outside work. The lady did a really good job on my eyelashes. They came out looking beautiful. However, the very next day my eyelashes was already falling off. I got them done Friday at 7:00 pm and by Saturday 8am some of my lashes were gone. She let me come back to get them fix that Monday no cost. Today makes two weeks and more than half of my lashes are gone. Usually my individuals last me 1 month and here didn't even last 1 week and a half. I love this business. They do an excellent job on my lashes, every time. It is so relaxing I have fallen asleep while getting them done. The price is very reasonable for the quality of work and they even have a punch card to receive discounts the 5th and 10th time. I only need to visit about once a month. The parking situation is decent, usually there are spots available in the parking lot. This place deserves a 5-star Yelp review. Everything they've done so far is done right for the customer and you definitely get your money's worth. I started to get my lashes less than a year ago, and it's been hard for me to go to the same one every 3-4 weeks due to my extensive traveling. So I must say that I got my lashes done in New York, Beverly Hills, London, and Canada. Out of all the places I went to, Luxurious Lashes are now where I can call my number one place to go to. They understand and work around my schedule without any victim blaming as I had with the lash stylist I went to before in LA, and do an excellent job for refills that I've been getting every 4 weeks here (I try to do 3 if I'm home). Not only that, I found out about them through Groupon and also their website. Many companies use Groupon as a way to give the customer a cheaper service than marketed in their ad, as a way to gain that customer for more services in the future while that company not losing out financially entirely on the first visit. With Luxurious Lashes, they did not do any shortcuts with their services! They gained my loyalty without pressuring any additional services on me and giving me full lashes that when I went back to my old lash stylist (who did my brows as I had to go for a brow touchup), she said the lashes looked amazing! (Her lashes by the way cost $250 when I paid less than half for them at Luxurious Lashes). What I like with this company is that they are there to make sure customer satisfaction is number one, and they listen to all your needs and explain all the different eye lash sizes and curls (never knew there were so many types out there!). They are very loyal, they do not rip you off, both monetary and services requested, and I truly believe they understand that beauty is expensive to keep up which is why they are very reasonable with their pricing, especially for returning customers. They understand lashes is a monthly ritual and can add up big time. Many girls want lovely lashes, but can't afford $150-$200 each month for them. I am so glad I found this place on Groupon because this is a perfect example on how a company should be when trying to get new clientele through that site, and not just new clients, but making them become ongoing, loyal clients. I've came three times already and will be making another appointment in the next week or so when I get back home. By the way, Emma is who I go to and she is wonderful!! She is very organized with her busy schedule, very humble, and listens to nice relaxing music during the session. The lighting is also bright so they can see what they are doing, and she really focuses on the lashes without talking to you the entire time, which is the way I prefer as I feel the job is done better. I highly reccomend this place and so glad to find a lash place that I can now call my go-to place! (I also forgot to add that yes, parking is very limited, but there is ample residential street parking behind or parking meters out front. They also never lasted longer than 1 1/2 weeks & usually my lashes last 2 1/2 -3 weeks from other places. I've had my lashes done by all the ladies that work here (mostly hana and dagi), and they are ALL fab! You will NOT find any of that "clumpy glue onto multiple lashes" kind of job here. The more I go back to this place, the more I'm loving it. I found this place at Groupon for my first full set of Lashes. I got so tired of having those "panda-eyes" look from most of the mascara's I've used. So to cut story short, I landed here to get my first ever eyelash extensions, It's Bunny that did mine, her hands is so gentle and she has the most relaxing voice ever. Then as I go back for my fill ins, setting my appointments got harder and harder for they're becoming popular. This is my second time coming here and I feel like I finally found and eyelash location that I'm very happy with the results. After 3 weeks my eyelashes still looked great and barely any had fallen off. The place is so relaxing, soothing music and calm environment not like other salons that I've been to that feel rushed. Normally, I've been in and out for atleast and hour. The ladies here take their time on your eyes,listen to your wants and needs and while they're working they are very gentle with your eye area. I love it here not only do I actually get to relax but I love how natural my eyelashes look (that's what I specifically asked for) and my pocket loves that my eyelashes last long. I honestly could of waited another week for a fill. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star review was for parking (next to a laundry place that's normally busy) but it's not the technicians fault. I normally park up the hill on following street. This place is one of the most affordable eye lash salon and many of staff are nice and skillful BUT the lashes don't last at all. I think it's the glue they use. I almost had to go back every 2 weeks even though I don't wear/wash make-ups so it's no longer a good deal. Good places easily last 4-5 weeks. They're all very kind and they have always tried their best to accommodate my day-of/last minute requests.
