Hannah did such a great job with my nails. I got gel x nails and she nailed the design I wanted. I liked how she made sure the polish wasn't thick on my sides and she cleaned up my cuticles carefully. It's been four weeks and my nails are still looking great. The vibes were calm and I felt cared for.

We had a beautiful manicure today with Henna and Mindy. They did a great job. As always, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The cost of going to a nail salon has gotten out of control and it pains me to spend my hard earned money only to end up with these results. I went in for a manicure and pedicure on Monday December 23rd. Every one was very nice, but the elderly lady who did my manicure did a horrible job. None of my nails were filed to the same shape or length, I was cut on my pinky, and the polish started to peel off just a few hours later. These photos show the quality of the work done less than 24 hrs later. My gel pedicure is in better shape, but again my nails are all uneven and the polish is lumpy( don't want to include feet pics) . I spent $80 dollars on the pedicure and $25 dollars on the manicure, plus tip on top and it was a total waste

Came in here last minute Helen was super sweet with me I will definitely be back they also have a small pedicure for little girls which is super cute and it's right next to a sushi bar and a lot of different restaurants to come spend the day

Li (or Lee, not sure how her name is spelled) did an amazing job with my gel manicure. She was very detailed and precise, and painted my nails as I asked, all the way to the cuticle. I was very pleased with her work. I was able to easily make an appointment for the same day, 45 minutes after calling, on a Saturday. And was greeted right away and attended to when I got there on time. The salon itself could use some freshening up, and a deep clean.

what is so "different" about this French tip?
    Carolyn S.

I've been coming to this place for years and I will never be back. The nail ladies are rude and they charge you for every little thing. I always get almond nails and I asked for French tip this time. Everytime I get French tip it's a $10 up charge. I go to check out and they charged $15 for the French because it was a "different French". I swear they just make things up. If you're going to charge me $15 LET ME KNOW BEFORE!! They didn't seem to care they lost a customer of over 5 years. Pretty sad.

The nail gel polish has peeled off from the middle.

I went there a few times for pedicure, and unfortunately, after 2 days, the nail polish (gel) just peeled off . I went again so they could fix it, and it's just happened again .

3 hours and a shower later, the polish on 2 of my daughters nails peeled off completely.

So disappointing. Treated my daughter to a manicure and pedicure. She sat patiently in the chair and allowed it to fully dry. 3 hours and a shower later, her paint peeled off clean from 2 nails. She didn't even get to enjoy her manicure for a full day. Not worth the time and money. The staff was wonderful and kind, but clearly the quality is questionable.

I had this Nail Tech named Kim today for a manicure. I opted for their super deluxe manicure. She was really great! I do not like the super soft massages where I don't feel anything. She really puts pressure into it, and I work with my hands a lot as a hairstylist so it was great! I was super relaxed! I really liked the fact Kim really took her time into the service, and she didn't rush. I should really come back to see her again. By the way complimentary drink with service. Also CASH ONLY tip. ASK FOR KIM!!! Love her!

They want to charge too much for a regular nail polish change just coloring my nails and take it off. It's ridiculous.

Is Paul still the owner?…read more I've had good experiences here before, but my last visit was unacceptable. I came in for a basic pedicure ($33), and the service was rushed from start to finish--even though the salon wasn't busy. The technician skipped basic steps, like filing one of my feet, which left my nails uneven. I had to ask for additional trimming, and she seemed annoyed by it. I was also pushed to upgrade to a $38 For a 6 min foot massage. 3 min on each foot. Really! I declined, and after that the service felt even more rushed and careless. This isn't about extras I just expect the basics to be done properly. If a technician doesn't want to perform a service, I'd rather be told that upfront than receive a rushed, incomplete job. Very disappointing, especially since I know they can do better. I'll give it one more try, but if this is the level of service going forward, I won't be back. Just because I'm a man & do not spend hundreds of dollars on my nails does it mean the service should be lacking. Also, the language barrier hurts since they don't speak English. It's hard to ask for what you want, but they know the word "tip" DO BETTER!

This past Tuesday I had an appointment with my daughter for 10:00 am. I figured, it's my birthday and how nostalgic to go back where I would take my daughter for manicures with me... we moved out of the area about 3 years ago. We arrived and the person who met us at the front was clueless about any appointments. (Kelly) Kelly helped me with a gel builder manicure and Tiffany did my daughter's gel mani while Helen started her pedicure. The vibe: Kelly would initiate conversations repeatedly in their language and would talk over the preexisting conversation my daughter and I were having. (About 3 different times) it was as if despite being the only customers in the salon, they were in a rush to finish and were trying to hurry up. At one point, I asked her to revise some bumps I noticed on my nail, her response: "it's only the first coat" and she continued. Being my birthday, I really only wanted to have an enjoyable day. So I let her carry on. The entire experience was so dull, even the "massage" it was so unbelievably uncomfortable, squirt of oil and about 2-3 taps on my hands. (Hopefully those cameras work and they can review the film) My daughter had requested a certain inspo pic that involved a chrome finish, and once she spoke up and voiced her unhappiness with the first nail, Kelly walked over and some dialogue was said, eventually they complied with her request and changed it to regular color since the look wasn't "chrome" looking after only two nails being done. And to top it off, she was cut on her finger, ouch! Once it was time to checkout, Kelly told me it would be $138, I tipped all 3 ladies in cash, interestingly, she didn't even say ty! I hand her my visa debit card and she asks if I want a receipt, I say yes pls and she hands me a receipt for $142. I ask her about the discrepancy, she says, "it's because you pay with card, next time you pay cash and I take 5% off" I explained to her that my issue with that encounter was about her telling me one amount and then charging another, without telling me about the increase. So deceitful and not good for business. I am not sure what her role is in this business, clearly she has lost touch of what a business thrives upon, customer service, honest service and satisfaction. I can tell you the $60 gel builder manicure was NOT worth it, the complete visit was so disappointing. The 3 stars are a reflection of my past experiences when Paul was there managing a great salon and not this experience from Tuesday. The vibe was unhappy people that don't like their jobs, even in the morning on a Tuesday with no other customers around! Unfortunate, really.

Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this salon. We arrived just before our 11:00 a.m…read more appointment, but no one was there when we arrived. Employees began arriving right at opening time, and at that point there were already three customers waiting with only two employees available. We asked how long the wait might be because I didn't want my husband stuck sitting around unnecessarily, but no one could give us an answer. As we were preparing to leave, another employee arrived and the focus suddenly shifted to helping us while another customer was left waiting. By that point, the relaxing experience we had hoped for was already gone. The third employee who arrived also gave me attitude when asking about the manicures we had scheduled. I mentioned we could skip them if they were short-staffed, and her response came across as, "Do you want them or not?" because they would need to call additional employees in. If appointments are scheduled in advance, it seems reasonable to expect the salon to be prepared. This was our first visit and, unfortunately, it will be our last based on the experience alone. The woman who did my nails was very kind and did a good job -- she is the main reason I gave more than one star. Another disappointment was that my husband's manicure didn't even begin until both of my services were completely finished, despite us booking appointments together. Lastly, the salon was very warm with no air conditioning running. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be during a hot summer day.

Recently, I came in with a group of four adults for the manicure pedicure combo, and it was truly one of the best salon experiences we've had. The team went above and beyond with attentive service, flawless nail care, and an incredibly relaxing massage that included head, shoulders, arms, and legs. It honestly felt like a full spa experience. After moving to this area, I can confidently say this is one of the best salons I've ever been to. Vy was exceptional from the very beginning. She helped pick a color that perfectly matched my skin tone, and the entire appointment felt relaxing and personalized. She definitely gained a regular customer in me. I also want to give a special shoutout to Brandon, Moon, and of course Vy. These three have consistently been exceptional every single time I've visited. That said, I've now had the chance to work with almost the entire staff, and everyone here has been wonderful, professional, welcoming, and talented. You can truly feel the care and effort they put into every client experience. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere!

She cut my nails without making sure the left hand finger nails matched the right hand fingernails. I really dislike it when nail artist remove the length without measuring to ensure the fingernails are the same length. I got really scared of her clippers because I felt she cut really close to my nail band. My previous nail artist in Asia always removed the gel color first in order for us to access how long my real nails were before agreeing upon a length to trim them down to. She would always measure each nail to achieve symmetry between left and right nails. However at this salon it was like "You want short ? Okay cut". I have long and natural so it's hard to see the length if you cut first and remove the gel color after. It happen so fast that I didn't even have time to react. Also the English barrier didn't help. One of my nails was cracked and I told her to be gentle but I felt like she was about to cut it quickly. I think she could slowed down and switched nail clippers, but I can't communicate with her. Im not Vietnamese and she doesn't really speak English. I felt uncomfortable the whole time because I didn't know if she was going to cut past my nail band and it made me squirm in my seat. In the midst of it all I think a male nail artist who spoke English took over it. However the entire experience freaked me out so I'm not coming back. I think I need to find a nail artist who I can communicate with it. I also need someone who is a little more detail oriented and works a little slower rather than rushing the whole process. I really miss my previous nail artist who really took her time. It's really unfortunate that I moved away from her.
