I came in for a basic pedicure ($33), and the service was rushed from start to finish--even though the salon wasn't busy. The technician skipped basic steps, like filing one of my feet, which left my nails uneven. I had to ask for additional trimming, and she seemed annoyed by it. I was also pushed to upgrade to a $38 For a 6 min foot massage. 3 min on each foot. Really! I declined, and after that the service felt even more rushed and careless. This isn't about extras I just expect the basics to be done properly. If a technician doesn't want to perform a service, I'd rather be told that upfront than receive a rushed, incomplete job. Very disappointing, especially since I know they can do better. I'll give it one more try, but if this is the level of service going forward, I won't be back. Just because I'm a man & do not spend hundreds of dollars on my nails does it mean the service should be lacking. Also, the language barrier hurts since they don't speak English.
