That's the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the scheduling and appointment management have become really frustrating. Almost every time I book with a specific technician, I don't actually get the person I requested. On top of that, even with an appointment, I regularly wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled time before getting started. What should be a normal appointment turns into me being there for close to 3.5 hours. I also feel bad for the technicians because they seem overbooked and overwhelmed. The salon accepts so many walk-ins that the staff barely gets a break, and it affects the overall experience for both customers and employees. I truly want to continue supporting this business because the work itself is excellent, but I hope management improves scheduling, honors technician requests, and stops overbooking appointments.

They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. The nail tech was super sweet (i think) and the place is immaculate! Super clean!!! As for the nail lady: overall she did an ok job. (I guess) let's get into it. -- sooo during the process I saw that she made two of my nails extremely crooked. The first nail, I noticed was my ring finger. I asked her if she could please file it more because it looked like it was going to too much to the right. Immediately, she said something in her own language to her friend sitting next to her I did not want to assume they were talking about me, but I had a feeling. She did file it and she asked me if it was better and I told her " almost" I requested she file it just a little bit more so it looks more straighter and she started saying something to her friend again. I went from assuming they were talking shit to they most likely were because they were talking in their own language and all of a sudden her friend said in English " she does a good job" and then continue to talk to themselves in their own language so it was very obvious, they said something about me in my request to make my nails straight. This already made me feel uncomfortable to tell her about my thumb, which was ridiculously crooked and very noticeable but I did ask that she would fix that one also and she got my thumb and filed it quickly and was like "is that better?" I just told her yeah, even though it was not better. I didn't want to make a big deal about it but inside I was super annoyed. Nails are expensive and when you go for a service you want it done correctly you don't want to come out with crooked nails. I also asked if she could do a small gel design and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was absolutely nothing like I showed her. The design she gave me look like she spilled glue on my nail and was like whatever about it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I was upset. I just didn't say anything. I'm going to post a picture of the gel design of what I wanted versus what I got. The gel design that I requested was supposed to be what looks like a swirl and thick as I mentioned above, she looks like she just rubbed a glue and the line was super squiggly . As a professional nail tech....like why???? I feel like the potential for this nail tech is absolutely there I just know that I can't ask for a design the next time I try her again. (which I will be going back to her to give her another chance.) I will share a picture of my nails. It wasn't a horrible job, it was just OK.
