Came here for a pedicure. I was seated right away. I had the sweetest lady. Not sure what her name was. I picked the most expensive pedicure package of 75$ as I haven't gotten a pedicure in about 6 months I I deserved one. She truly took her time. Did not rush at all. I got asked if I wanted anything to drink twice. So the customer service and hospitality were amazing. The massage itself felt amazing. No complaints at all. Called in yesterday to see if they could fit me in for a fill and pedi before my baby shower tomorrow. I specifically asked for Kelly since she comes so highly recommended. They were able to accommodate me today and I'm so pleased with the outcome! Pedicure was relaxing and I love how my toes look. As for my fill... Kelly talked me out of it and I'm so glad! She recommended I remove the acrylics and go for a dip mani instead. I told her that I always wanted to try a dip and so we did. It's been a while since I've been here and the salon is under new ownership (based on a Yelp review). I called for a pedicure appointment the morning of and I was able to get an appointment within the hour. When I came in, it wasn't Don or Kelly who greeted me, it was a different female staff. The salon looked the same but the menu has changed. There are more pedicure options and the prices were higher than Elk Grove salons. The prices were almost as high as the salons I go to in San Jose for gel pedicures. I chose the Elite Pedicure, $50, plus gel $10. Kimmy did my pedicure and she did a great job. She was meticulous and clean. The massage chairs were great and stone massage almost made me fall asleep. I'm not sure if the standard scrub option was lavender but I wasn't given the option to choose. The other customer next to me got to choose from lavender, jasmine and lemon. She chose jasmine and it smelled so good. I like that it wasn't loud in the salon, it was a peaceful setting. read more

I've been going to this place pre covid, and decided to go back since they finally opened! Glad I did! A little taste of normalcy, and having my nail lady back was great. Covid precautions-they take your temp at the door and do a questionnaire with you prior to working with you. Don't forget to leave your mask on! Once you are cleared, they bring you to your designated station. For your pedicures, they have extra shields that block you and the worker. Same goes for getting manicures. I did see them wipe down areas after use. My go to lady is EVA. She is great! Whenever I wanted to try a new design or try a certain color--she knew how to do it. Very professional. I am in awe! Kelly is a beautiful savage... she changed my POV regarding dip powder. Prior to coming here, I had a bad experience with dip powder, so I stuck to UV gel manis. She encouraged me to try it once and i have been hooked ever since. She said "I'll take care of you!"It'll almost be a year since I have been going to her regularly for my dip powder mani's, and this is by far the best thing I have done for my natural nails. They have been able to grow with minimal to no chipping. There is no discoloration as well, like you see with some gel colors. They have a phenomenal selection of dip colors also. I wish I can give them an additional 5 stars for their service - they are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. It is very apparent they have a lot of regulars. I was browsing for a manicure place because I needed to get my nails done on a really short notice. I normally have a usual but I like to try new places when I can. I've heard some mixed reviews about this place so I decided to try it out. Also, finding a nail salon that specializes in dip powder is a bit more difficult than I thought in the Elk Grove area. I called ahead and asked prior to showing up and they said they do dip powder so I scheduled a same day appointment. The space is very clean and well kept. There is an ATM located in the front by the counter/door. There's a sign on it that says the fee is $0.50 but also keep in mind that depending on your bank, they may also charge you for using an ATM on top of the ATM fee. The salon accepts all major credit/debit cards. If you would like to tip your manicurist, they would prefer cash. I didn't have cash so as an alternative, I paid with my card, walked to Smart & Final and got cash back after purchasing some groceries, walked back to Safety and gave my manicurist her tip in cash. My manicurist was Helen and she was very nice and did a fine job. The only thing that I was concerned with while she was working on my nails is that she would overfill my nails with the polish so the powder would get on my skin a bit. In the end, she would file my nails and clean up the sides and essentially clean up the dip that ended up on my skin. She did that as opposed to being more careful in not getting the polish on my skin and then the dip powder also getting on my skin. She wouldn't have had to go back and do extra work to clean each nail around the sides. This might just be a personal matter for me because I look at my nails a lot but other than that, she did a fine job. read more

Immediately entering, I was asked to sanitize my hands and even fill out a form to make sure I didn't have any covid symptoms. I tried one other place that is a stones throw from my house but wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness of the salon. The OWNERS are really cool and friendly. For pedicures I go to Nina and Julie. Don is the only one who touches my hands. I haven't seen anyone else's work on manicures but he's just lovely he's very knowledgeable and hard working. I've heard great things about his wife Kelly doing Manicures. They treat me like a queen every time I'm here. This is the only place I'll go. They have conversations in there language but they don't make you feel uncomfortable. They will engage with you. I love everything about this nail salon! Friendly staffing from owners (husband and wife), nail techs, during phone calls, greeted immediately when I walked in and assisted within 5 minutes. Customer service is essential to me. From the time I made my appointment and until services were completed, the customer service was excellent and I felt everyone wanted to help me. The salon is modern looking, CLEAN and products, bins, supplies, etc are clearly marked. The pedicures are all the same price. They offer all the upgrades in a flat rate pedicure. You get to pick the "flavor" of your products: chocolate, lavender, etc. Pedicures come with soak, scrub, massage, hot wax, callous removal, etc. Katy did my pedi and she's was fabulous. There are complimentary beverages from water, soda pops, and adult beverages. I had an overlay fill followed by a gel manicure. Mandy did this and she was wonderful! As with the pedicure, I'm so pleased. The owner came over and introduced herself, shook my hand, and told me a bit about her products and services, that they have nothing to hide so many things are in the open and clearly marked. When the owner couple didn't have appointments they were cleaning, greeting clientele and making sure customers were taken care of and technicians were doing their jobs. I am so pleased! read more

The salon is nice inside. They take your temperature and ask you so questions -- that made it very comforting! I got a dipped manicure and regular pedicure. It came out to $90 I thought that was okay since I'm from the city.. however it's been two days.. and my finger nails are chipping!! I think that's unacceptable for paying $55 for dip. My toes look better than my hands. The manicurist never cleaned my cuticles or under my nails either. Will not be back. UPDATE: Salon called and said they would fix my chip no problem or give money back. However I live almost 2 hours away. The woman on the phone blamed me for a "complicated design which resulted in the chip". No thanks. read more
