I've been looking for a good nail salon that I can commit to, and so far this one has not disappointed as much as others have. I've been here twice already, 2 pedis, 2 manís and all done by Ellie. She is great! She definitely makes you feel relaxed, and you can really enjoy the appointment. She's only there on weekends, and I have no problem with that. Overall the place is quiet, clean and relaxing. My only complaint, I don't think the nail polish lasts as long as it does at other salons. Maybe it was a one time thing, hopefully, because I really like this place. read more

I would not recommend this place to go. They are very disrespectful when you tell them that they've done something wrong with your nails they start talking in their own language. And then ignore your calls. The gentleman Brian told me today that they were ignoring my calls as a phone ringing while I'm walking in. read more

So. . .I got a pedicure about a week ago and day 6, the nail polish already started coming off. The customer service was cool, the pedicure service felt very nice but I've never had polish come off so quickly. The polish is part of the cost and service and for it to barely last 6 days is really disheartening. I will not be returning. read more

I'm so upset about my pedicure! The old man serviced me about a week ago now. There was a language barrier so I gave grace . However, once I made it home and seen the work after tipping, I notice all of my toes were different shapes and lengths. My two big toes were the most visible. Shocked. I went back in to receive better results. Once I came in the nail techs were almost nonchalant, I explained what I needed fixed and walked out SUPER DISAPPOINTED. I told her I would never come back. I'm getting them REALLY fixed today because I had to make time with home/work balance, right. I came to Sac Town nails and baby.. they listened, they judged and FIXED my toes! SUPER DUPER CUTE!!! Finally got exactly what I wanted. Highly do not recommend Lexi Nails. This is the second time the service was not good, I did see others walk out happy so maybe it was just me, twice. read more

If I could I would put 0 stars. We came here 1 week ago for pedicures and my daughter came out with a huge cut. It didn't look big at first but as time goes by we can see how deep it is. My daughter did tell the guy it hurt her and he put alcohol on it but continued. This was the first time coming here and will be the last. Way too harsh pedicure to give a big cut. I haven't been in for a while and just came for a pedi with my mother in law. They remodeled and it's so nice! They also have the option of one complimentary drink - which we took advantage of with a cute strawberry lemonade. Lillian took care of me and suggested some French tips. She did such a great job and was so friendly and funny too. I'm not a huge fan of my toes cause I danced for a long time but she made them super cute :) read more

My only complaint is this time she did cut me a few times because she was rushing a bit. I don't blame her because it was a hectic day there with walk ins but I would have preferred her not to rush the clients sitting down already. My first time here and I came to get a gel pedicure. I was able to get an appointment for same day, and Lilian did my pedicure. She did such an amazing job, I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure which included paraffin wax and hot stone massage. I always have a hard time finding a place that can treat ingrown and Lilian was so good! I enjoyed how clean the place was, the flow of traffic was nice. Whenever someone comes in, they're greeted right away. They also have a loyalty stamp card for ever $30 Spent there, you get a discount for your 5th and 10th visit. Honestly If you're looking for a place, everyone seems super nice here and they're very attentive to what you want, whether you're someone who regularly gets manis and pedis or you're new, they will go over things with you so you're comfortable with your choice. read more

Walked in on a random Saturday and surprisingly there wasn't a line! I just found this nail salon randomly through Yelp and desperately needed a pedicure. Because I've never been here before, I went with the basic pedicure "spa pedicure" for $32 and got my cousin the kids pedicure for $20! Prices are great for the service!! I'm used to paying at least $50 for a pedicure so I thought this was a steal. Overall, it was quiet (since my cousin and I were the only ones inside) but I enjoyed our services we got. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. I went in only to take off my nails and the lady is trying to rip them off my fingers using one of those plastic acrylic nails!!!!!! Are you serious right now??! I can rip them off myself but didn't want to damage my nails. Imagine if I were to have gotten my nails done by them!!!! Would've been horrible. Funny part is there was only one other person in there. The store was also very dirty and messy. Never coming back. Save yourself the pain and money. No she did not "gently" try to remove them. She tried ripping them off by sliding another plastic acrylic nail underneath it. I didn't come in to get my acrylic nails ripped off. When I came in, I asked how much was it to get them removed but no one specified the difference. Plus, she still didn't remove them all the way bc I still have acrylic pieces on my nails so now I'll have to go to else where to get them removed properly. read more

Beautiful shop, reasonable prices, friendly personal, love the nails. Happy too about the pricing. 08.08.2023 Another excellent experience with Anna at Lexi nails. Amazing relaxing pedicure with gel polish, wow so good. Anna was thorough, gentle and provide a great massage too. 06/01/25 Service was fast. I called and booked an appointment for 3 acrylics and 1 pedicure. Pedicure was okay. 7/10. Acrylic nails?? These people know what they're doing. I was impressed with Helen. She was amazing!!! I showed her a picture and she gave me better than the picture. Great job girlfriend!! 10/10!!!! My pedicure didn't look as shiny as I wanted it too but that's okay. I tried this place for the first time on a Tuesday morning. It started out good, I had an ok pedicure although it felt a little rushed. My big disappointment is with the dip manicure. The girl, I didn't get her name, was very aggressive. I said "ouch" a few times and she kept pulling and asked if I was ok. Obviously NOT ok. Ultimately, she cut me a few times. I will never go back. I called an hour before they were going to close, I asked what time they closed and how much a pedicure was. The lady called me right back after I hung because I didn't want to come in when they were about to close. The lady said they had time for me to come in and get a pedicure. I thought that meant they actually had time, but of course they rushed the work, she rushed painting my nails before I could say anything. I pointed things out and of course they were talking about me because the other workers had input on me saying something. I even asked to clean the sides because there was nail polish, but she put my slippers on and kept right to pushing. I only tried another place because my regular nail lady is gone for a couple months. I won't be coming back again. read more

The lady who did my pedicure, Linda, was very nice and sweet, but I was disappointed with the service, especially for a $77 pedicure. She completely skipped the massage on my right leg, barely scrubbed my feet for a couple of minutes, and didn't really push back or clean up my cuticles. My feet still felt rough afterward, and the polish was left far from my cuticles. They honestly looked like they had been done weeks ago, even though the picture was taken the same day. The steamer was also mostly pointed away from my legs or toward her, so I barely felt it. The guy who did my nails, Liam, actually did a pretty good job. He took his time and was very thorough, so I was happy with my nails. Unfortunately, my daughter's experience was not as good. The design and color were not what she asked for. She wanted black, but they came out looking brown because only one coat was applied over a brown color. She was also talked into getting Gel X when a powder ombré would have been closer to what she originally wanted. Overall, I think there are some good technicians here, but it really depends on who you get. For what we paid, I expected a much better overall experience, so we'll probably be trying some other nail shops next time.

I started coming here about 2024/2025 and have chose this as my go to ever since. Not only is it super convenient being so close to home, but I am always pleased with their work. Initially I was seeing Brian for nails and went to him and his work was exactly like the picture, if not better. I also go to Lillian for my pedicures and omgg I love her!! She has such an amazing attitude with a beautiful smile on her face in addition to her getting my toes looking right EVERY TIME !! The atmosphere is nice and they have good pricing as well.
