Drove past this place yesterday and decided to pop in since my mom needed her nails and toes done. It's literally 2 minutes from where I live. And it had good reviews. It's beautiful inside.The decor is gorgeous. And we were greeted so warmly when we first got there. Dat was our nail tech and he was fabulous. Very kind and very meticulous with his work. My mom is a very hard customer to please and she was tickled with Dat's work and kindness. There are brand new massage chairs, drinks available, and the prices are competitive. She got a gel acrylic fill with a deluxe pedicure for $150. Will definitely be back! I'm just sad it took so long for me to find this place! Check it out if you're in the area! read more

I think the importance of building a rapport with customers is important. Because had that not happened between Sophia, her husband, and I, I probably wouldn't have gave this nail shop a second thought today lol. I needed a pedicure & tried another place that was closer to me & wasn't feeling the atmosphere so I decided to come back to my old spot. They have new hichairs installed that are lovely. I was able to see Sophia & we hugged & were able to catch up. I love the pedicures here honestly. They're the only place I know that uses the foot graters. read more

Timmy was great! The salon is beautiful! I was happy up and until check out. They charged $5 to reshape, $15 to remove and $20 extra for gel on their services. I was ONLY informed about the gel up charge beforehand. I don't like not being told of extra add ons. For as much as you charge service nickel and dining is a huge turn off. Just beware here, the class pass isn't the price and they will add on without telling you. That's not the best business practice but it's a choice and I will now reconsider coming back. I loved the rest but shady practices like not informing of extra charges is just not the vibe I like. read more

I'm just confuse on how the pricing is I'm sorry, I've been going to a bunch of Nail Salons I do my basic French tip and when I say Gel Mani and Pedi I never ever have I see an additional l$20 on top of my Gel Manicure of $45 the extra French Tip I see it's usually on top of my Gel Manicure but extra $20? On top of the gel manicure I don't get it.. if someone can explain this that would be great. Cause my average Nail is not this much... im sorry. Quality was ok my French tip some of my nail was not even tip. I would probably go back to my old nail place. I literally had the bare minimum mani pedicure and the price was $200 plus tip... Came here for the first time for my manicure and Diana was great. I told her that my nails have been weak after long term powder/gel nails and I took a break and was wanting something easy to maintain and less harmful to my nails. I have a bachelorette party event coming up and wanted a Barbie theme. Diana gave me the recommendation of gel x nails which are basically a press on gel and it was super light and easy to apply. She took her time to file and shape the nails for me and the end results were amazing! Highly recommend :) The store is really big and lots of seating! Very glam inside with the chandelier and Roman style to it! Very fitting for Vegas lol I was able to come with no wait on a weekend for a manicure. They have gift certificates as well! read more

I arrived at 6 PM, about two hours before closing. Everyone was friendly, and I was seated right away. The salon was pretty empty, so two techs worked on me at the same time--one on my hands and one on my feet. I showed a picture of what I wanted, but my nails didn't end up looking similar at all. I specifically asked for a deep French tip, but was given a classic one instead, and my cuticles weren't pushed back. The whole service felt rushed, and my nail tech even mentioned he'd been working for 12 hours, which didn't make me feel great about the quality. Once I got home and looked at my nails, I noticed they really weren't done well. The sides aren't fully painted, and the French tips are messy and uneven. Overall, I'm disappointed with how they turned out. read more

I have been looking for a nail salon like this. One where I can really just go and pamper myself. This is that nail salon! Everyone in the salon is very attentive, nice and professional. The salon is very clean and has a great modern looking layout. They have so many wonderful services. When I went in, I got my eyebrows waxed, and I got the royal pedicure (and a mimosa!) I came here for a pedicure because I was meeting a friend for lunch in the area. The ambiance here is great. You feel that it's luxurious and decadent. While waiting for the manicurist I lounged back in the massage chair and chose a full back massage. All the whole my feet were soaking in warm water. The manicurist Hayley offered me soda and water. Meanwhile the massage chair continued to massage my back. It was a wonderful soothing experience. Hayley is the best manicurist. My nail tech was through and took her time taking care of my feet. I really enjoyed the experience and the manicure looked good as well. read more

This was my first time at this place mainly because my favorite nail tech, JENNY, left where I used to go and started here. I was impressed with the upbeat atmosphere, the lighting was nice, and decorations were pleasing. And the massage chairs were awesome. Pricing was competitive. But the best part is Jenny, the best pedicurist in Las Vegas. I've been going to Jenny for about 5 years and she always does a fabulous job, making sure my callouses are smoothed out, and my toes/feet/legs feel so silky and manicured to perfection. She gives a wonderful leg and foot massage, almost puts me to sleep. I highly recommend asking for Jenny on your next visit to LV Spa & Nails Rainbow!!! read more

Joy was amazing! I did an express pedicure ($40) with French tips ($7) with regular polish. She was so patient and made sure I liked it throughout. It did cost me $25 cover (wife was free). I was ok with this. i think before 9 it's free to get in. Amazing night.

I absolutely love the atmosphere from the crystal chandeliers, ceiling art, and tje vaccum on the work tables so the dust ismt floating all over the place. Everyone that works there, not that it matters, but all the nail techs there actually talk to you and have conversations with you. Not the typical stigmas we all know so well in asian nail spas. The friendly environment, offering you beverages upon arriving. Fast to attend to you and everyone speaks to eachother in English so theres none of that awkward nonsense. Huge spa like feeling with distance spacing between the clients. LOVEEE the options they offer for mani and pedi's. They use the good stuff too. My favorite nail tech is JOY. She's so funny, warm, and precise with her work. It has to be perfect for her before she moves on to the next steps. LV Spa and Nails have been taking care of my Fiance and I for over a year! We do not like going anywhere else but to LV Spa. My Fiance needs such extra care of his feet and Tina always goes above and beyond to ensure his feet are smooth when we leave (no more scratchy feet touching mine ). I always need extra care as well with a demanding job for my hands and feet. I have always been satisfied with the care and never leave unhappy. I booked a manicure and pedicure, and the same technician performed both services, even though there were other staff members available and not assisting clients. Instead of creating a more relaxing experience, the entire appointment felt hurried from start to finish. My manicurist was impatient, hurried, and gave the impression that she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. There was no warmth, no conversation, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Her movements were rough and, at times, painful. Even after I indicated that something hurt, she didn't slow down or adjust her technique. The manicure reflected the same lack of care. She didn't bother cleaning up excess polish around the edges or correcting small imperfections before finishing. I had to insist on a separate nail file from the one she had just used on my toes - I must have broken "the bank" cost-wise based on the raised eyebrows and argument I got. The little plastic container housing the files and buffer and such was dirty, y'all! The entire appointment felt like I was just another stop on a conveyor belt rather than a valued customer. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.

At checkout, a woman (possibly the owner's wife) was incredibly rude and insisted there was no discount, even saying the man didn't know what he was talking about. What made it worse was that he didn't step in or clarify anything when I mentioned what he had told me. When I politely questioned it, she accused me of already having been there before--which is completely untrue. That was honestly shocking. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit.
