I spent close to $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure. The chrome has already started lifting and I just got my nails done yesterday! The most annoying part is that I can't even go back to the salon to have them re-do it because I don't live close by. I have a wedding on Friday and my nails are completely ruined. The first time I got my nails done here I absolutely loved it. It was perfect. I got gel X and a pedicure. The lady didn't really wanna talk until she asked me what I do for a living then her energy changed. The entire time the lady was talking about my glasses and giving me compliments asking me where I worked. It was a little weird, but I didn't care or think anything of it. The next time I came in and got gel nails and a pedicure, I wasn't able to tip as big as I did the time before and they treated me completely different. my nails broke off the same day I got them done. I came back to get it fixed and then it broke again the next day and when I came back, they refunded me my money and didn't want to fix it. A few months later today, I came back to get my gel nails and my pedicure and they said they had somebody available. Then the lady looks at me and all the sudden nobody is available. It made me a lil sad and uncomfortable that they would treat me this way for no reason. I am a young black woman and they definitely prioritized the older non black women that come in and treated them differently until they heard I was a celebrity chef. Then everything changed. Hope you guys treat your customers better in the future. I'm very disappointed because I sent so many people to them and was excited to come back. read more

I felt bad for coming to a nail salon with such difficult nails, but I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and felt welcomed. They didn't judge me for my messed up nails and fixed it nicely. I showed her a basic blue chrome almond shaped, she said she could do it. she started doing it, it looked nothing like my picture and wasn't even same color. I said just do a french tip, at this point i just want to go home. acrylic job looks so bad, its bulky , uneven, the french tip itself looks bad. she put monomer ALL under my pinky nail and it was burning SO BAD, when i told her she just sprayed alcohol on it. All i wanted her to do was file the monomer off of my actual skin so it could stop burning. I do my nails at home, and im really good at it, i take really good care of my nails, so this was so disappointing for me. Wow! This little gem is my new go to nail salon as my previous shop had to close due to Covid :( My sister brought me and I'm so glad she did. The receptionist Teresa is super sweet, and makes you feel right at home. My nail artist Tracy took her time, and undid my crazy attempt to upkeep my own nails after months of not being able to go somewhere (LOL) I got a French gel mani, and loved it!
