First of all they had a band which is why we went to this place to hear the music they had an outfit that's there the second Friday of every month called the cruisers and they were good. My wife and I danced to them and they played 5060s type of music, no hard rock. The food wasn't bad. I'm gonna start off by saying that, but it wasn't to our taste when somebody cook salmon. They should take the skin off the salmon this outfit didn't do it and then they put lemon sauce on which I didn't care for the salad was terrific, not so much. It looked like it had been cooking for several days. I tasted it and it didn't have red sauce. It had an Alfredo sauce or something else was not to my taste again somebody else might love it, but I didn't care for it was decent pecan pie was wonderful, so I have to give it a three star but I will try it again and we'll go back another night from Music. It's kind of an unusual place. There's no ground floor when you walk into a vestibule. You have to take an elevator to the second floor and we watched some helicopters landing and taking off because it's part of an airport, so it's an experience to go there. I'm gonna put some pictures here. First one is the band we heard the cruisers and the next two of the restaurant.

Have been frequenting Lynnie Ques for a long time and finally remembered to review it. Very nice and friendly employees to deal with. Called up and placed the order. One item was possibly out, but they checked and still had some for my order which was ready in 10 minutes. First item was the beef brisket plate with sides of corn souffle and potato salad. The amounts served were more than ample. Second was a pulled pork sandwich which also had a good portion of pulled pork. And the pulled pork was not swimming in bbq sauce. Next was the Carolina BBQ burger which has bacon and a little spicyness to it. And to finish it all, an order of bread pudding, which was moist and warm. Beef brisket - 5 out of 5 Corn souffle - 4 out of 5 Potato salad - 3.5 out of 5 Pulled pork - 4 out of 5 Carolina BBQ burger - 3.5 out of 5 Bread pudding - 3.5 out of 5

    The wall of awesomeness!

We thought we would have to wait till we drove to Chicago for good food. This place is welcoming, charming and modern. I ordered the sea bass with vodka pasta and my husband the lamb lollipop with roasted potatos. Both were 10/10. We are very picky and self proclaimed foodies. For dessert we shared the tiramisu. It was good. 9/10 for small size and a tiny bit dry. The flavors were well balanced though. We sat on the Fiori side but had a choice of sitting on either side and can order from both menus. What a great concept.

Their standard menu does not feature their vegan options, so we had to wait for the waitress to come back around again to ask for this. Unfortunately, the Vegan Chicken Breast was crossed off, so I'm not sure if that will be coming back. I went with the Vegan Reuben, a reliable standard, but it was terribly disappointing. It prompted me to pull up my photos from our previous dining experience there, and the sandwich looks so much more unappetizing. The current sandwich is wet, pale, and oddly sweet. The color and texture are so different, so I'm not sure what they've changed from their original recipe.

They have a few parking spaces in the front of the building with a larger lot in the rear. It was not too crowded and we were seated immediately. Our server Michaela was very friendly and suggested a few food items for my wife which were GF. I started with the House Old Fashion and my wife had the Bee's Knees. Both were very good and cost 10.00 each. For lunch I tried their Pecan Whiskey BBQ wings. 5 wings cost 10.00. They were good size and very tasty but I didn't taste any of the Pecan Whiskey flavor. My wife had the Barbacoa Tacos which were filled with braised beef. She could only eat 2 of them so I had the third taco. Flavorful but I would have preferred more salsa or a dipping sauce. I wanted to try their Drop Dead Bourbon separately so I had a small tasting. I loved it so much I bought a bottle to bring home. Cost was 60.00. The history of this distillery dates back to 1857 and is one of Illinois' oldest standing distillerys and was once Al Capones largest bootlegging facility during prohibition. I would love to go back and try a few more of their hand crafted cocktails and one of their signature burgers.

The building oozes historic charm going back to 1847. Our server and hostess were friendly and helpful. There is only a few spots to park in the front but a big parking lot in the back marked with a sign. It was lunchtime so we ordered wings and beef barbacoa tacos and both were very flavorful. The server suggested the tacos as they can be made gluten free. Besides the cocktails my husband asked to taste their straight bourbon called Dead Drop. He enjoyed it and bought a bottle to take home. I could feel the ghosts of bootleggers of the past haunting the place. Worth the drive to experience it.
