I always wanted to try their 3-bean dessert drink. It was good, but not great. The biggest thing was their ice. It was crushed or shaved ice, which made it more difficult to enjoy the drink. Other than that, the drink was very good. The coconut milk and beans were on point and the drink was tasty and refreshing. The service was good. The drink was fast to be made. The ambiance is nice. There's a seating area and I really enjoy how they decorated it.

If I can give this place 11/10 stars, I would. The sugarcane juices here are to die for, and the Vietnamese street food is delicious. The seating and decorations inside truly welcome you to the Vietnamese culture, and it's beautiful. This place is also super convenient after taking a shopping spree inside Ranch 99 to grab a quick bite or a refreshing and cool summer drink. Definitely coming back!!

Delicous drinks! Tried an s-7 taro coconut milk and an avocado smoothie. Both drink very delicious! Depending on the drink and how you customize it the process may go up, as I chose no ice cream+$2. Was worth it as I had a long drive home so didn't want it to get watered down. Service was ok. Nothing stood out. I did order chicken wings on the street menu and it took about 30 minutes. Wings were really dry and over cooked, not coated with anything just a plain fry, with fish sauce on it. I would pass on those, but definitely come back for the drinks. Ambiance: there is a cute spot behind adjacent to the ordering side for you to sit and eat. It's giving very Asian style small table and chair, in Asian country side aesthetic. Cute for pics, didn't get any as it was full of people and I didn't want to get anyone in my pics.

This is a Vietnamese restaurant, with a not so memorable name but certainly with a good concept. It's inside the Great Wall building that houses the Asian grocery Ranch 99 in Kent. It has a nice ordering counter with a nice, large menu board---complete with colorful pictures. Its emphasis is street food and their menu reflects that. It's a nice niche to fill, instead of the traditional pho places. Behind the counter is a nice room filled with low tables and chairs, which nicely mimics the restaurants one find in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh. The murals , green shutters and colorful hanging lamps add to the ambiance of being in Vietnam. I wish they'd clear the equipment they're storing on the side of the ordering counter. It is clearly an eyesore. We ordered the steamed Banh Beo. They were good. The Cha Giò (fried spring rolls) were great, as well. The Grilled Chicken Knees were super good, especially the sauce. But that item was clearly too expensive for serving a chicken part that is easily thrown out by a butcher! They don't give you enough. Maybe it should be put in appetizer section. Or maybe serve it needs to be served with some rice! The food is served on flat baskets and small attractive little chinaware---nice touch, very authentic looking . They also served sugar cane juice and other tropical smoothie drinks, with boba. Wished they' had the employees at least check on the diners and ask how we liked the food. Also, don't mind bussing our plates, but the station felt cramped. Again, I understand that it's not a full service restaurant, but a few extra service touches can enhance the experience for a good concept that they seem to have here. The other thing that bothered us is that there was no water coming out of the faucet in their one lone restroom. One would think that, that would be in any restaurant's checklist before they open. Big no-no. We'll be happy to try other offerings next time.

My sister and I ate at Mama Dough and needed something sweet to drink. She got the Dragonfruit Strawberry Sugar Cane and I got the Ube Matcha. The Dragonfruit one was tasty! It wasn't too sweet and was pretty refreshing. I enjoyed my Ube Matcha, it was creamy with the ube cold foam and the matcha was really good. The staff are friendly. The drinks came out fairly quickly (although it's a popular spot so I can't speak for when they are busier, usually there's a lot of people but we went mid day on a Thursday). You can also watch them juice the sugar cane right there (they go through A LOT of sugar cane). There aren't any tables or anything, just massage chairs in the common area, and a couple benches scattered around the mall. I always swing by when I'm in the area. I'm more than likely making it a tradition to get Mia after eating at Mama Dough.

My friends and I were looking for some dessert after lunch and discovered this place. They use actual sugar canes to make their drinks. However, they overload their drinks with so much sugar and caffeine. I had a matcha coffee (all their coffee drinks are 16 oz) and it was okay. The drink was just ok. It was a balance of bitter and sweet, but the hidden amount of sugar gave me a sugar rush for hours. Overall, I do not recommend. Only positive was the service was nice and got my order done in about 2 minutes.

Note: this is a Vietnamese street food style place, so there's no regular standard table and chairs. All the chairs and tables are low to the ground and there's no back to the chair. The vibe is very casual. Service was fast and efficient. I was meaning to write a review about this place. The issue is I always ordered to-go and then brought the food home to devour them without proper pictures or to forget to write reviews about this place. I believe it's very cool to have a place that resembles Vietnamese street food style on the street: uncomfortable seating style (haha). I mean.... That's how all Viet street food seatings are like. I always went here when it was on the weekends, so the place was always flooded with people with no seatings. I decided to finally pay a visit on a Monday (not busy at all - yay!) and ordered fried rice flour and sugarcane drink. Everything tasted yummy!

First time stopping by here. I ordered passion fruit cane sugar tea. They make their own cane sugar. One person pushes the sugar cane through the machine and it squeezes the juice. The sugar cane rinds goes into a big container. Pretty fun to watch it happen. The sugar cane gets added to all the drinks. They even sell Vietnamese food here. The passion fruit cane drink was cold and refreshing. Especially on a hot summer day. It's naturally sweet. I haven't seen much of any sugar cane shop. This is something to try out. It's in a mall full of good eateries. Great after lunch or afternoon snack.

My mom and I always stop by for sugarcane juice after we do grocery shopping at 99 Ranch. It's our little treat to ourselves! I recently tried their street food and it was pretty good! Chili Garlic Chicken Wings: not spicy at all, so don't let that deter you if you don't normally eat spicy foods. Really good flavor and crispy crunchy when you bite into it! Spring Rolls: these rolls are plump! Great ratio of veggies to noodles, and the dipping sauce is great! Tofu and Pork Tray: LOVED this one! You get fried tofu, fried fish cake, pork belly, rice cake cubes and a bunch of veggies! Dip everything into the fermented shrimp paste sauce for some extra flavor! The sugarcane juices we got were the passion fruit, dragon fruit & strawberry, and pineapple sugarcane juices. Did not disappoint!

Our go to place for sugarcane drinks! I've had sugarcane from other locations but always find myself frequenting this place. We also enjoy their Vietnamese street food selections- their bot chien is our favorite here. Highly recommend!

My go to for Vietnamese street food! The bun dau toppings are always on point, even though the mam tom is not very close to Mam Tom Bac, tastes more like mam ruoc to me, but overall is still very decent!! Everything else is okay for me, at least can satisfy my craving for snacks. Nuoc mia is always good, and it is what is known for here, do I even need to say anything else? Hope you guys will expand the palette with more selection for street food, it would be awesome!

Mia and More Sugarcane Juice and Street Foods is such a fun spot for traditional Vietnamese drinks and street food, tucked inside the Great Wall Shopping Mall. We stopped in around noon and were the first to order - perfect timing, because right after that it got busy. The seating and overall vibe are so fun and honestly made me feel like I was back in Vietnam. We ordered a few drinks: the egg cream coffee was strong but really well-balanced, the kumquat sugarcane juice was super refreshing, and the avocado smoothie was incredibly creamy. For food, everything hit. The wings were packed with flavor and came with six per order. The bánh khọt were cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside but still tender, and they definitely don't skimp on the veggies. The spring rolls were wrapped beautifully and super fresh - you really can't go wrong there. The peanut sauce was top tier too. Pro tip: add a little Chin-Su to the sauce for an extra kick. The staff were also super kind, answered all my questions, and gave really thoughtful recommendations. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're craving Vietnamese street food!

They changed the menu! Not only did they add some new items, they changed some old ones. The spring rolls used to come in 4 but now only 2. Not too sure about the other foods but this was my go-to for an easy snack, and thankfully it tastes the same. Unfortunate that they changed the portion but seems like prices also went up with these changes. Got a kumquat cane juice as well and it was yum. Excited to come back to try some of their new menu items!

Vermicelli was a 3.5 as it was fresh and a good serving (4) but the grilled pork was on the cooler side and didn't taste as crisp and fresh off the grill as you'd expect (3). Best part of the pho was the broth as it wasn't too salty like it can be sometimes elsewhere (4). Veggies were super fresh. Sliced beef was previously sliced and the whole chunk was placed in so you had to tease apart the slices from each other which was a little different than my experiences elsewhere. SKIP THE SPRING ROLLS. Picture had three shrimps/roll. Ours had 1/roll on one side with a slice of pork (I think) on the other. Seemed pretty skimpy if you ask me (2.5 at best). Service was good (4). Location was in a small strip mall with a Mexican and Indian place next door. The bars over nearly the entire front storefront were definitely interesting. For an out-of-towner, this part of Kent seems like a Santa Ana/Westminister/Garden Grove of OC, CA kind of an area with different ethnic offerings up and down the street.

My issue was the sanitary aspect or shall I say the lack there of. I mean it's one thing to see a couple hairs on the floor ya know but wow the amount of hair and debris in the floor looked like they hadn't cleaned in weeks. There was a a whole clump of hair under our table and hair hanging from the chairs. I dropped my daughter's blanket on the floor and my husband picked it up and he it had a pubic hair on it. The tables were not wiped off and the bathroom was a disaster zone. I mean if this is what they think their customers should deal with can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. The food was ok but I'm gonna be honest it's not something I would pay for again when there are other options that at least care enough about their customers that they actually keep the place clean and sanitize. Luckily I saw Pho T & L was open and I've had this place saved for a while so this was the best timing to try them out. We arrived and it was pretty busy and we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone else seats us as it took a few minutes for us to get noticed. After a little of standing awkwardly near the entrance, someone noticed us and motioned us to sit near the check out area which you do need to go up and pay rather than wait for someone to drop off a check. We were given waters and menus and given a decent amount of time to decide what we wanted. My friends got a lemonade with tea, Thai tea, shaking beef and combo vermicelli while my boyfriend got the shaking beef and egg rolls and I got the Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. My boyfriend got his egg rolls and I didn't get my spring rolls until after everyone's' order came in so I have a feeling that the employee who took our order forgot or the kitchen forgot. There was no apology or anything for it either. I got my food first, after several minutes the shaking beef came out and after another a while my friend got his vermicelli bowl. Luckily we weren't pressed for time but it made it awkward as we didn't get our food at the same time and it took a bit to get them. I am a slow eater so I guess it worked out that I got mine first but I also didn't receive my spring rolls until I brought it up once we received everything else. The food was phenomenal and our friends said their drinks were perfect too. I did enjoy my Bun Bo Hue, though I did make it a bit more spicier with their chili oil. They have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all party sizes. They do have a bathroom but you have to go through a long, scary hallway to get to it. The tables have probably the cutest container for their chili oil but I appreciate that they have napkins, sriracha, hoisin, and utensils on the table. The employees don't really check in often and they didn't really come by to fill our waters until we were down with our meal. The service was also pretty much non-existent, it wasn't rude but just felt rushed and cold.
