They have a huge menu offering a wide assortment of drinks and savory bites, though I've only had their drinks. Their most popular ingredient by far is the sugar cane, and it's the base of a lot of their drinks. They also have a ton of durian options for those who are fans! I was shopping at 99 Ranch and was feeling thirsty afterwards, so I decided to give this place a try. The place was brightly lit with ample amount of seatings inside. The menu was very extensive filled with drinks, desserts and street foods. I decided to try their sugarcane juice since I've never had one before. I ordered both the dragonfruit and strawberry cane juice to try for comparison. Both drinks were sweet and very refreshing. I liked the dragonfruit one better imo. It's neat to watch the worker load sugar cane sticks into a machine to squeeze the juice out. I will for sure come back whenever I'm in the mood for fresh squeeze sugar cane juice. Just had lunch, so wanted to get a drink. I wanted a fruit tea bubble tea, but don't think I saw any on the menu. I was hesitant to try the cane sugar drink because I don't like drinks that are too sweet, so I went for one of the coconut drinks, the Dragon Fruit Coco, and added lychee jelly. It was light and refreshing, not too sweet. My friend got the Traditional Cane Juice and the Ice Cream Chocolate Oreo Smoothie for her son. She thought the her cane juice was a little sweet, but I tried it, and it wasn't too bad, not as sweet as I thought the cane juice would be. TL;DR: The drinks are solid - every variety we tried. The food is hit and miss. Recommend sticking with the "normal" items. The drinks we tried: Dragonfruit Strawberry Cane, $5.95 (I think) - 5 Stars This is the bomb! Highly recommend. Very flavorful and pretty, too. Ice Vietnamese Coffee, $5.25 - 5 Stars Very delicious and spot on Viet coffee Passionfruit Cane, $5.55 - 5 Stars Passionfruit has a touch of sour and tang to it. The combination with the sweet sugar can is superb. The Food: V7 - Crispy Mini Egg Rolls, $8.75 - 5 Stars I first starting eating Vietnamese fried egg rolls back when they are called imperial rolls - chubby, well stuffed with meats, vermicelli glass noodles, veggies, and shrimp. They seem to have all but disappeared and became smaller and slimmer. As much as I miss the "original", the flavor of these minis is spot on. It's so, so good with the Nuoc Mam dipping sauce. F-09 Whelks with Garlic Butter, $9.75 - 2 Stars These whelks are tough! My memory of eating whelks (long time ago) is not nearly as tough and hard-to-chew as these. These are not meant to be soft like field snails or escargot, but these are genuinely next-level tough. Maybe someone likes it that way, but it's a 2 stars for me, max. F-13 Razor Clams with Tamarind, $10.50 - 1 Star This was very disappointing for two main things. I couldn't taste the seasoning, and they weren't properly cleaned. Every clam has grit in them. I know it's a lot of effort to clean razor clams, especially if preserving them to stay in the shell and served on the shell. (This is why so many American versions are ripped from shell, easier to clean, then batter to fry meat pieces.) But this is far below bar to be serving these razor clams that are gritty with "gut stuff". A hard pass for future reference. Food summary, stick with the less risky food stuff. read more

Really love their sugar cane juice!!! Their traditional and their coconut! Can't wait to be in the area again and load up with a few more drinks! Service was friendly. We did try their food, and the egg rolls were very good. We tried some of their grilled razor clams... and those were passable. I would want to go back to try other options, while guzzling down a few sugar cane juices. The sit down is a self serve area which is super cute. They have low tables that resembles eating spaces in Vietnam. Luckily it didn't get too busy, and turn around time was super fast. This review is solely based on customer service and lack of a working bathroom. My family and I ordered 3 sugarcane drinks. All 3 were good. After finishing it I asked if I can use the bathroom. The cashier almost said yes but the guy in the back said no. Their bathroom has been out of service for 6 months. We all know that's a lie! I understand that the area is a bit rough but having a bogus sign for an out of order bathroom for a drink/desert establishment seems just as sketchy as the neighborhood. Horrible customer service. I haven't had any of their foods just yet - but juicewise... Sugarcane + just about everything makes everything so amazingly refreshing and good. At $8 to 9 a cup, it's not the cheapest habit and natural sweetener or not, it's also a good amount of sugar in each cup but nothing really beats it when you're thirsty for a good fruit juice type drink. I prefer this far over any smoothie or bubble tea. The only real issue is that it goes away too fast! Shocked by the average reviews. We loved the sugar cane juice here! It's a bit creamier than most cane juices I've had. Apparently they designed their own sugar cane extraction machine which you can see. Maybe that helps with getting more out of the sugar cane including the creaminess! Something about the natural sweetness and coconut that makes it so refreshing on a hot day. Keeps you wanting more! And there's also coconut meat to eat when you are done with the drink as well. This shop used to be called Fire and Ice but now has been rebranded as Mia and More. It's in the came corner location inside the Great Wall mall, but has an expanded seating area. This is a welcome addition since there wasn't any seating before. Additionally, they now offer food that you can order instead of just the drinks. I came here recently and ordered the tried and true Avocado and Durian Smoothie. It's definitely the best I've had in the Pacific Northwest Area. The drink is full of real chunks of avocado and durian, in addition to to the sugarcane juice. It's a must try if you like avocado or durian. I didn't have a chance to try the food, but from what I could see, it looks pretty tasty. I plan to come back again when I'm in town but this place is definitely on my top list of places to get Vietnamese food and drinks from in Washington. read more

We are regular customer, and we always want to support small business especially Vietnamese community. We bought 2 cups of sugarcane drinks and paid for it with tips. The cashier was not nice or friendly. We let the cashier know that we will come back later and pick up the drinks after we do some errands. When we got back to pick up the drink, we asked for the bag and 2 straws so we can carry it because I have my kid with me and it's hard to carry 2 drinks with a toddler running around. The guy's face was not happy when we asked for it. He showed some attitude and throw the straws and the bag to my face then said We are done. He did not even help me put the drinks and the straws into the bag. To be honest, I can just do it myself but I have my kid with me, and I also carry some other stuffs so it would be nice if they can just help put the drinks into the bag for us. If they are busy, they can just tell me nicely and not show attitude like that Honestly, we paid for the drinks, it's not like we beg for it or ask for it for free. Please show some manners and please at least be polite to your customers. I was craving something refreshing but didn't quite want a milk tea or boba drink. This helped me hit that craving. I got the durain cane (which most people might be turned off of). The sugar cane drink itself was fresh tasting (you can see them juicing it on the side) and the durian flavor was not as overpowering as you might think.
