This was the third transmission shop i visited for an estimate. both last shops were quoting me over $5000 for a rebuild. Meanwhile when i came to this shop Moe told me i dont even need a rebuild. ended up being such a simple fix that cost me $500!! one thing i can tell you is that this is the place to go if you doint want to get ripped off! Came here for a transmission fluid and filter change on my BMW ZF 8 speed transmission today. Mr. Moshe was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained the process and the need to change the fluid even though the owner's manual says it is lifetime fill. He quoted me a very fair price and even took a video of the process for me without me asking. Car shifts much smoother now after the service. Will make sure to stop by his shop and will tell others as well for any transmission related work that needs to be done. read more

Looked under the car to inspect and the transmission he claims is new is leaking like a sieve. Shame on Moshe this is my 3rd time drove 3 blocks around town not even a couple of hours to find out my transmission is slipping, leaking and in horrible condition blaming it on a computer problem you can clearly see the damage is in the transmission. I got this shop from Angie's list and was very pleased. They rebuilt my CVT (worst tranny ever) and most shops won't even try. The warranty is 3 years, and you have to have the fluid serviced every 10,000 miles during that, but most places won't even do a warranty. I did have to go back for a leaking transfer case, but that wasn't part of the problem. I go way out of my way to their shop because I am happy with their work. read more

Work is Ok but quality of parts is different story, especially torque converter and transmission mounts. The parts they put dont last more than a 4 months. But competing with other shops they re in a top few, because 3 year warranty. The other transmission shops are much worse and give you just 12 000 mi warranty!!! read more

Horrible service, Bad Temper!!, disrespectful, rip offs. My parents took my car to fix the transmission. They took the car back 4 times and it always came back with the same issue. Obviously they did not charge the 300 deductible, but my parents had to end up calling the police because the owner himself and his nephew started to threaten my parents. They were very aggressive and yelling at my mother and cursing at her. The nephew made gestures to fight my dad and my mom had to get in the middle, but the nephew began to blow kisses and use his hands around his neck like signaling he was going to hurt her...I don't comprehend the aggression...I don't recommend coming to this place . $1500 thrown down the drain. I have a police case number even the police told my mom to sign the release so she can take the car back home and never come back to this place. My car still has the same issue. They removed a part of the car which is in the back seat of my car. Thank you M & S transmission for ripping off my parents! People like you shouldn't be dealing with costumers. These people are rip offs. They lure you in with a 3 year warranty that don't mean a dam thing because they don't honor it. I had my transmission done January 2016 it gave out again November 2016 so I took it back and showed them the 3 warranty and was told it would be fixed. They called and said I had an oil leak and I needed a stabilizer which they rip off asses charged $380 to fix but I'm confused as hell if they fixed that then why in the hell is my transmission not fixed!!! Long story short do not take your vehicle in to them to be fixed. It's not worth the hassle and the so called year warranty is worthless, if I had the money I would take their asses to Judge Judy!! That dam transmission didn't even last a got dam year!! These people are bad for business!! read more
