unfortunately after coming here for acrylics for about half a year, i decided to stop being a customer due to the declining quality of services from my first few appointments up until my last. my nail jobs became more and more rushed as time went on, and the quality of work was really inconsistent depending on how busy the salon would get. most times i felt like just another cash cow. I didn't appreciate the way they seem to just makeup prices to gouge as much out of you as possible--still thinking about the time they charged me extra for top coat...or when they would charge me $10 to fix two broken nails they had just replaced a week before. my nails would break or lift to the point of falling off so easily even after getting them refilled just a couple days before. i thought this was disastrous and a simple reflection of how poor of a job the refills were. it was great while it lasted, and thankfully i get to retire acrylics now. i've moved on to another nail salon nearby that is dedicated to being thorough, detailed, and concise and never sacrifices quality for more customers. if you low key dgaf or don't do acrylics you could probably still come here (the prices are hard to decline), but as someone who is notices the little details this place falls short for me. read more

A little bit of a wait I arrived at 3:20 and did not get seated till 4:00 - the lady doing my full set did a great job with the shape and buffing however as the salon got busier she took on other clients and someone else finished me up. This place gets super crowded in the evenings - I waited 1-1.5 hours to get my nails done, so I would definitely try to come in off-peak hours if you can. 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish they had a better way of managing the line - everyone was confused on who was next in line. Maybe have a paper where people can sign in or some kind of electronic system to keep track. However, my nails were done very well! After the fill my nails started lifting at 2.5 weeks, were falling off at 3 weeks, and completely ripped off at 3.5 weeks. They got the shape and style correctly but it could've lasted longer. Their prices are fair compared to city pricing. I pay $22 for a gel manicure plus tip; which lasts up to 3 weeks from here. Usually it's $40 plus tip and it starts chipping in 10 days. They're a typical chop shop, nothing fancy and nothing special. Just their prices, and obvious diligence with painting my nails. They do take their time, but I definitely prefer that over being rushed. They give you a nice couple minute massage as you're drying and it's a nice touch to their customer service.
