    SJ treated my M3 with all the professionalism and experience you could ask for, everything went smoothly. It's awesome talking directly to the guy working on the car and getting in-depth detail about the repair firsthand. I felt more like a partner than a number (which happens at most shops) with the process. Jobs include ABS unit, coils, battery, diff rebuild and coilover install (Bilstein PSS10). Of course, very competitive and fair pricing especially since he went above and beyond for my requests.

I reached out and Kris Mang was the one who assisted me at the time. I went to take the vehicle for a test drive and I liked it. There was no pressure on taking the vehicle the day of my test drive either. So I went to test other cars but decided that I wanted that X5. I reached out to Kris again and made the deal a couple of days after test driving the vehicle (good thing it was still available!) Thw transaction is different from other dealers. It was straightforward, no getting passed around finance people to get extra items etc. And I really appreciated that. Fast forward to April 17, 2026, I wanted to get back to BMW (yes, I dabbled into other manufacturers) and the first thing that came to mind was BMW Concord and Kris! I looked into the website, found an iX that I liked and reached out to Kris. Test drove the iX and I loved it that I took the car home the same day! Krystal Souza was the finance manager assisting during the buying process and it really smooth transaction. No pressure on getting extra items and she even helped figure out why the contract was not getting displayed on my phone ! Victor (BMW Genius) walked me thru the vehicle. Quite a few things has changed since 2022 but there are still somethings that are similar. Toni (BMW Genius) also helped out with the connected drive activation! I thought I already accepted it thru email, apparently there is another link on the bottom of the said email that I had to click!

We ran numbers and they low-balled me on the offer for my car. KBB gave me a much better offer, and their KBB value estimate didn't even align with the one I received. I also asked them to give me a call once the stripe was removed so I could look at the car again and they didn't call. I received an email from them same day, but nothing regarding the status of the vehicle. If you say you're going to call.. you should.

Back in 2019, I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Concord as a gift for my wife, who had just reached an important personal milestone. It was a meaningful purchase. During the prep process, a detailer accidentally cut the front seat. The dealership repaired it at the time, and we drove away happy. Fast forward to 2026. The repair gave way. I'll be honest -- I wasn't sure what to expect when I stopped into the dealership. It had been years. But Eddie listened. He didn't make excuses or hide behind the clock. He looked into what happened, acknowledged that the original repair hadn't been done properly, and told us he'd make it right -- no charge. That kind of accountability is rare. Eddie treated us like people, not like a liability. If you're looking for a dealership where the leadership actually stands behind their work -- and their word -- this is it.

The service advisor informed me that spark plugs were optional at $413, however my invoice shows that 4 spark plugs were installed for $95.44. This discrepancy raises concerns about how services were presented. Additionally, I was charged for multiple additive services while a standard maintenance item--the engine air filter--was not replaced. I learned this after visiting my mechanic the next day. I attempted to resolve this with the dealership but am requesting Audi of America's assistance in reviewing the charges and helping reach a fair resolution.

    This is a nice dealership right next to the freeway…read more I was in the area, and spotted the Mazda logo. I wanted to get some OEM parts directly from a dealership. So I drove around the lot and found a "guest parking" area right in front. I went inside and asked the receptionist the location of their Parts Dept. She took the time to show me where it was. I rang the doorbell, and someone came out to help me. He was very careful that he had the right part. Year, engine, turbo vs non-turbo, etc. As he rang me up he noted- there's a fee for using a credit card. No fee for using a debit card. You have very thoughtful and detailed minded staff.

Told "no worries" rather than apologizing for taking so long. Will have to wait another 2 hours for them to fix something small that is under an extended warranty and a Mazda defect. Probably won't come back. Poor customer service and no communication. I live 3 hours away which I told them and which is why I made a morning appointment. Edit: now Mazda texted me that they forgot to update my module as was required by the service. They said I had to come back because the update was necessary. After talking to corporate to try to switch to Marin Mazda, Mazda Concord then said the module doesn't need to be updated. I am skeptical. Do yourself a favor and go to Marin Mazda to get your car properly serviced.
