Sharlene greeted me and checked me in as I walked in, which was nice because she also did my pedicure. She was very sweet and patient with me since I had a few requests during my pedicure. She was also gentle and did a great job! I booked my GelX manicure with Tyson since I noticed he did a lot of the nail art on their social media. Let's just say he NAILed my inspo (pun intended). I am so happy with how it turned out. He was also patient with me since I had to pause mid artwork to use the bathroom (& yes I did use the bathroom the moment I arrived too). I appreciated that he would ask for my opinions on the artwork because I opted for gold detailing compared to my inspo pic. I had a great experience and I look forward to coming back for future nail appointments!

I have been a loyal customer at M Nail Bar since they opened, mostly satisfied with the service, especially from Celine. However, my recent visit with Steven left me extremely dissatisfied. I booked a same-day appointment, and despite the lengthy two-hour process, the result was subpar. Steven seemed inexperienced, leaving a nail almost broken in half, chipped polish the same night, and a sloppy French tip. I paid $80 for a service that did not meet the usual standards. I reached out with concerns that night but received no response. The next day, I called and scheduled an appointment. Upon returning, a tech (possibly a co-owner) approached me, yelled at me, and blamed me for choosing Steven, insinuating I was overly picky. I explained the broken nail and chipped polish were not acceptable. Instead of addressing the issues, she aggressively insisted I pay half the service cost for Celine's time to fix it, amounting to $25. This lack of accountability is disappointing, especially when paying premium prices. I didn't appreciate being yelled at in front of staff and clients. The whole experience was embarrassing, and I won't be returning. read more

Jessie gives the best pedicures and always makes the experience so relaxing and enjoyable.
