Alright not going to lie but I thought the Pandan was going to be sweeter, it's most definitely an acquired taste. I stumbled across this place right after dinner and loved it. It's a solid Vietnamese dessert spot. I ordered the PJ mix coconut Milk pandan jelly one and I thought it was okayyy, it was a really grassy. Would probably take me a while for me to get acquired to it but I give props to people who drink this, I'm sure its on the healthier side. My buddy got the Iced Tofu Brown Sugar Moon ball and this was great. Perfect sweetness for me and I really liked the custard ball sitting on the drink. I kind've broke it up and mixed it around to get that pudding/custard. If you don't like that grassy taste or haven't had a drink similar to theirs, I would go with this one!

Came back today to try the new cold tofu with pandan jelly. They had a promotion last Sunday for $3 during World Cup season and I heard that the line was crazy and they ran out of stock. I m not a fan of standing in line waiting so I decided to visit on Thursday around 10:30am and there was no one in the store. I am happy to pay the full price at $6.90 with no wait. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Now is the review for the new tofu dessert: Delicious and Excellent! Very refreshing and great for summer. If you like pandan, you will love this dessert. Ma juicy, Keep up good work!

It's an unusual grassy drink with coconut milk. Not too sweet. It's kind of an acquired taste. But it was refreshing and has alot of health benefits. The menu is all in Vietnamese so it's hard to pick / choose.

Was craving for some soft sweet tofu and they have special deal here for it on Sunday. Also got some Tofu & pennywort juice too. Parking is fine since it is a big complex plaza with good size parking. The place is open space, clean, and spacious. Small but enough for several high tables for dine-in and several tables/chairs outside. Nice & varies choices menu. Staff are nice and friendly. The drinks are nicely mixed and refreshing, the tofu is great & also refreshing with the syrup and coconut milk. Just simply yummy.

Really refreshing drinks! Their menu is pretty extensive with many different combinations as well so it may be a bit overwhelming to look at at first. I recommend the #6, it's their penny worth with Mung bean with coconut sauce and crunchy boba, pretty good! I also tried an original P7 penny worth with coconut and sugar cane. I thought it was decent, it was a little too sweet in my opinion and just didn't give me that refresh like at cococane. But overall the drinks are pretty good!

Honestly.... Pretty pricy but it's good - Only for the pennywort drinks imo. We stumbled upon this place in our way to the Vietnamese Che spot in the corner and I'm glad I did. The drinks are pretty sweet even at 50% sweet. The rainbow che was UBERLY sweet. I would not get that one again. Another one got #6 (I think) that's the pennywort with the mung bean and coco + pandan and crunchy boba (which is agar boba). That was really good and refreshing. Drink cost was $7.90. We got two other ones for my fam that I didn't get a chance to try. This is a nice unique place and I would come back here again despite the prices. Just more of a treat yourself place.

My friend recommended this drink spot, so we made our way over here after lunch. I haven't heard of them before, so I didn't have any expectations, but was pleasantly surprised! They're known for Pennywort juice, which is a popular Vietnamese herbal drink. I got the #4, which is Pennyworth juice mixed with taro/ube, coconut milk, pandan jelly & chia seed jelly. It was a delicious drink and I enjoyed it. If you love pennywort juice/rau ma, you'll want to give this spot a try!

I'm a huge water drinker. It takes a lot for me to drink anything other than water. Sugar cane is one of my favorite non-water drinks, specifically FRESH sugar cane. This location had Sugarcane juice with kumquat, which adds a nice slightly sour tang to the sweet drink. It was very refreshing. The ambiance is nice too - clean and bright with all its windows. It is the perfect drink dessert on a hot day, or any day really.

A bit pricey, but it's kinda understandable since they sell a specialty drink that's not often offered at other drink shops. Plus, their menu is huge. I ordered the rau ma drink with coconut water/meat and chia seeds. It was a bit sweeter than I was expecting. Still, it was refreshing and enjoyable. There were a ton of chia seeds in the drink, to the point that they all clumped together at the bottom of the drink, so it was hard to consume the chia after a while. That said, the service was friendly and quick. The vibe is chill, and I can see this place being a good hangout spot for small groups.

I came here to try their tofu dessert since I was craving and I'm so glad I did! They are usually popular for their pennyworth drinks but I'm not a fan of pennyworth but I'm sure they are delicious for people who like it. The service was pretty quick and they have some seatings. Maybe 2 larger tables for bigger groups too! I got two tofu desserts 1. Brown sugar (t2) 9/10! Super flavorful and the tofu is rly soft. It also came with agar boba on the bottom w the brown sugar which was very tasty. 2. Pandan tofu 10/10! This one was so unique esp since I love Pandan. It wasn't overly sweet. They did give me a ginger sugar on the side but I thought it was already perfect the way it was. The tofu was also very soft. I would def come back here if I was in the area for dessert!

Hot day? REFRESH HERE!! Their sugar cane and coconut water, is so refreshing and good!! Even after all the ice had melted, it never once tasted watered down. I love getting Ma Juicy, and #9 with durian is so good ! We normally order online from this location , but after our most recent visit we probably won't come to this location. We love the convenience of ordering online and picking it up. We've never had an issue ordering online through their website, But at our last visit, the cashiers said they needed proof of order and wanted to see the confirmation email which is fine and we provided it. Then they asked for order name& phone number and requested to see the card for proof? I'm not sure how many modes of confirmations they needed for TWO drinks. We purchased with Apple Pay, since I didn't have my card info and we told them we didn't have the card but showed it to them on my phone. They didn't want to accept it since they said it's not the original card. They gave my husband such a hard time. I'm not really sure what happened but I always pay with Apple Pay and have never had this issue. SO PRO TIP: if you are ordering online, pls bring in your email confirmation, and the physical card of payment because they might ask for both. read more

We ordered Iced Tofu - Brown Sugar Moon and I instantly fell in love with it. It reminds me of Philippines' Taho but that one uses warm brown sugar. The servers were nice and music was good. There's ample seating and some cute decor. Three of us initially shared it but I ended up getting one to go all to myself. Hahaha. Will totally go back! read more

Woah, it's as if everytime I move or leave a place, it gets an upgrade. After having nam an chicken across from Ma Juicy, decided to grab desert. I've never seen Pennywort mixed with other ingredients before. Although it sounds really good, I decided to get plain pennywort which was perfect. Happiness guarantee? It's nice to say you have a policy as such but honoring it is another thing. We picked up our drink drove off a while and realize they made a mistake on our drink. Came back to file a complain but they refuse to do anything about it besides making me pay for the same drink but they'll make me two? I don't need two drinks. Full refund means pay for a new drink and we'll throw you an extra drink you don't need? It was 10pm does it look like I need two drinks? Came in originally to get a replacement green tea and my daughter said to buy a drink because she feels bad coming in just to get a free drink. Now we had to pay for both and my drink tastes like crap and if they can't honor the policy for a mistake they made they definitely wouldn't honor the satisfactory policy. read more

The ordering process was simple, but be wary of the wait time. We ordered a drink and a dessert che and waited over 35 minutes in their indoor seating area, which had a decent number of chairs and tables. The ambiance was fine--a TV and music were playing indoors, similar to any other cafe spot. I understand there was a large order ahead of us, but once that order was delivered, we noticed the staff fulfilling other orders without calling them out. After waiting another 5 minutes, I had to inquire about my order, only to discover it had already been prepared and was sitting on the counter. Three other customers were also complaining around the same time, and they had placed their orders after us, so we really tried to keep our patience. The process felt disorganized, resulting in unnecessarily long wait times. It really shouldn't take 40 minutes for a drink and dessert order. I hope management can implement a better system to streamline operations. 2/5 for service, the staff was overwhelmed. 4/5 for food, drink was good but not worth 40 mins. read more

Hot tofu with coconut milk is very delicious. The tofu is soft and smooth, it melts in your mouth. The coconut milk is rich, creamy, and lightly sweet. When eaten hot, it feels warm and comforting. I got the #2 Rau Má and it was so refreshing and flavorful -- the perfect balance of earthy and slightly sweet It tasted super fresh and honestly felt like a healthy treat without compromising on flavor! What made it even better was the pandan jelly topping -- soft, chewy, and full of that nostalgic pandan flavor I love It paired so well with the drink and added the perfect texture. I noticed an ad about their new third location, so I decided to check it out. I ordered my favorite drink, #7, along with T2, and a delicious croissant with chocolate and almond filling. Both drinks were fantastic, and I love that they maintain great consistency across all their locations. The croissant was unique--tasty, though it left me a bit thirsty, but that's why their drinks pair so well with it! They had a weekend promotion offering 50% off, but since I prefer avoiding long lines, I went during the weekdays and still enjoyed a 15% discount on my entire order. The staff was super sweet and helpful throughout, and the store itself was clean with adorable decor. Plus, there was plenty of free parking! I can't wait to come back. read more

I've been here 3-4 times to study, and everything has been great. The staff is friendly, and the prices for a drink here are very reasonable. Besides that, I also tried the tofu pudding and flat croissant here--the sweetness of everything was just right and suited my taste. The café's space is also quite spacious and bright.
