This place was so good i downloaded yelp just to write a review. Even though me and my friends are teenagers our waitress(Holly i believe) treated us extremely well. We were on a time limit and the service was fast for a sit down restaurant. The famous mac and cheese definitely deserves its name, and the tiramisu was the best i have ever had.(And i have had some really good tiramisu.) If your a bigger fan of more cake in your tiramisu i dont recommend it but otherwise it was absolutely fantastic. The service was seriously the best ive ever had at any other restaurant, the waitress even remembered my name, and made tons of jokes with us. The mocktails there are great, especially for people having their first one. If you visit ashland oregon I fully recommend this place. The ambience was also extremely beautiful and me and my friends couldnt stop taking photos. PLEASE GIVE HOLLY A RAISE!

Food just okay. Stay away from the minestrone soup. It's like eating tinned tomato puree, which I didn't (eat it)

We ended up just wandering around the area looking for an alternative and stumbled upon Osteria La Briccola; I'm always down for Italian, and it looked like there were some good options for the members of our group who were gluten free. There were 7 of us though, and we were told it would be about a 50-minute wait for a table. It was getting kind of late to be looking for somewhere else to go, so we were like okay, we'll just sit and wait. As we were walking away, the general manager Daniel rushed out and said if we could give him 15 minutes, he could have us set up in the private dining room. We didn't even know such a thing existed, but we said okay, cool. Reader, it could not have possibly been a better experience. We waited a bit (less than 15 minutes, even) and walked into this private space to find a large family-style dining table all set up for us, with candlelight and music and the whole bit. Our server Patrick was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the menu, able to answer all our questions, and had a great sense of humor. Everyone ordered something different and ended up trying bites of each other's food, and it was all delicious. Several of us even ordered dessert; I don't normally, but the salted caramel gelato sounded too good to pass up (and it was well worth it). It was such a great evening and was, I'm sure, 10x better than the other place we'd originally planned on eating at. Thank you Daniel and Patrick for taking such good care of us!

We wanted something easy, comforting but also delicious and this place nailed all three. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and my son who normally gets buttered noodles decided to try the fettuccine Alfredo. The service was wonderful checking on us enough that if we needed anything we didn't need to track them down to get it. But it wasn't so frequent that it felt intrusive. It was that nice balance that allowed us to enjoy our meal. We will be coming back here the next time we visit without a doubt.

My husband found this restaurant and even though it didnt have as many reviews as some of the other places in town, we decided to give it a chance and we are soooo glad we did!! The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauces fresh, and the portions just right! My kids loved their Alfredo (not pictured). My husband and I both loved our picks as well. Service was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly, it felt like home. The restaurant was very cute. Not overly fancy. Just clean, bright, and welcoming. If we are in Ashland again, we will DEFINITELY be back. If you are in the area and need what feels like a home cooked meal, this is the place!!

I'm really glad I listened to all the good reviews here on Yelp. Cocorico is a great restaurant. I…read morewas able to score a reservation for dinner about a week before we traveled to Ashland. Our table was in their patio space, which I actually like better than the indoor part of the restaurant. The patio space feels very open and has a lot of live plants in the planters that make space between tables. It was a little warm on the patio since it was 98 degrees outside, but they keep it relatively cool on this mostly enclosed patio. Our server was great. She was so friendly and fun to talk to. She helped us figure out what we wanted to order and checked in on us just the right amount. You can tell the food here is very fresh and homemade. We started with the Deviled Eggs, which are really special. I love how they serve them over a bed of crushed up potato chips as they give this dish some salty crunch. Next we had the Beet salad, which is marinated beets over a whipped cheese. The beets do have a strong vinegar flavor, but it's balanced out beautifully by the cheese. My wife ordered the Mushroom Bolognese, which was probably the best dish of the evening. This is an incredible, vegetarian dish that is so meaty without any meat. The finely diced mushroom sauce is so good along with the handmade noodles. Also, adding burrata to it gives it a perfect creaminess. I ordered the pork chop, which was also excellent and enormous. It did take me a lot longer to eat since it was a little hard to cut, the compote on top added a great sweetness, but I feel like it could've used more. Also, the polenta and grilled asparagus was awesome. Lastly, we got the Rice Pudding for dessert. It comes with a hazelnut crumble and a dolce de leche sauce. Normally, I feel like rice pudding has a kind of thin, milky consistency, but not this. It is think and has a wonderful texture. It is probably the best rice pudding I've ever had. The nuts give a satisfying crunch and the dolce de leche sauce is light and sweet. Disclaimer: we did order one dish we really didn't like. It was a special salad with endives and lentils. The server was happy to get us another dish.

Go for the lunch special and the vibes. A year or so ago they opened an outdoor bar area with a big…read morescreen TV with table-side service. It's developed a local cult following for sporting events. We watched most of the World Cup 26 games out there and enjoyed slices and beers. Maybe I'll see you there. Pro tip here is to not sleep on the salads. They are made really well, with balanced flavors and textures. It's a perfect meal to get the lunch special which comes with a salad of your choice (I recommend the Creekside salad) and a slice of pizza. The main issue is if you are a pizza snob (guilty as charged), the bakes on the pizzas are really inconsistent. They often don't use a cooling rack when the pizzas come out, so the crust instantly becomes moist from trapped steam. When the kitchen is slammed, the pizzas are flop city, and sometimes a soupy mess. If they set up quality measures to get a nice crisp crust, they could keep up with their cross-town rivals in the plaza. For now they trail on pizza quality due to inconsistency. Because of all this, I think of Creekside as more of a bar than a specialty pizza place. I enjoy it for what it is, which is pretty darn good.

Not only was the vibe fun (it really is "creekside") but the indoor space was cute, quiet, relaxing.
