I had the guava margarita - refreshing and yum - as well as the quesadilla (brisket) and chicken taco. Both were devoured. delicious. no notes. I would say the only thing that is keeping my rating in the 4.5 range is the smaller menu, some things were sold out, and got a little bad vibe from one of the workers when picking up my food. I also tried the Kathy Valentine taco because I'm a sucker for roasted poblano peppers. It was excellent, sweet from the corn, a little spicy from the peppers, and tied together with plenty of cheesy goodness. I'd happily order it again. My son ordered the Eldorado Burrito. He's usually not a big eater, but he put away a surprising amount of it. I stole a few bites myself and completely understood why. My girlfriend had the Uchingon Bowl, and she finished the whole thing. The crispy carnitas added a ton of flavor and texture. I've also had their coffee, the guava house margarita, and even the vegan Crunchwrap on previous visits. The Crunchwrap especially exceeded my expectations. What I appreciate most about Eldorado is that the food feels real. Nothing seems overly complicated, just quality ingredients prepared well. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. The interior is comfortable and welcoming. We've usually had a bit of a wait to be seated, but they make it easy by offering chips, salsa, and drinks outside while you wait.
