Had an appointment at 10am and happened to get there 30 minutes early. They told me you are in luck, we can take you now. I was there for an alignment. They test drove the car first then popped it up and completed the alignment. They drove it again afterwards and I was good to go. My alignment was off on two of the tires. Contacted Mac's Auto Care because I was buying a car. I drove out to view it and test drive it here. Miguel was very friendly and not pushy at all like other salesman. I noticed a few issues with the car which he offered to fix, and he did. I purchased the car from Mac's Auto, which was a real smooth process. It's about time I update my review. I've been coming here for over 3 years now. I don't love going to get my car fixed because that means spending $$. However, Larry and the team work really hard to help me save money anywhere I can without compromising fixing my car. They really are outstanding and honest mechanics who are willing to work with you. Larry takes the time to explain how things work and why the repairs are needed. They also never try to upsell me or convince me I need an expensive procedure. Since coming here to have maintenance performed or repairs made, I haven't had any major kinks and feel really confident with my car. When I get major work done, they go above and beyond to replace any tubes and/or do minor maintenance free of charge. Basic oil changes are around $30, which includes tire rotation and air in the tires. read more

This was the first time I've used Mac's for an alignment on my old BMW. They were professional and patient with me when I said the most important thing was to make sure my steering wheel was straight, because no shop was ever able to do that, usually blaming it on "free play." But the crooked steering wheel was driving me crazy! Jorge tested it and fine-tuned its position after setting the tire alignment into spec, and now not only does the car no longer pull to one side, but the steering wheel is dead-on straight. After reading some of the good reviews I took my vehicle to them for a wheel alignment only to find out the outer tie rods and the rack and pinion bushings needed replacement. I thanked them for checking. Two other reputable shops looked at the vehicle and found absolutely nothing wrong with the aforementioned Items. The rotors and front pads were the main cause. I had them replaced and now the truck drives like a dream. If other folks have had good impressions: good for them. This is unacceptable behavior from these individuals. It's dishonest and has taught me to use caution when dealing with these type of clowns. You get taken and that's your choice. I'm not too sure about this place. They wanted $2,000 to replace my manual transmission and another shop just said the clutch fork had to be greased for a total cost of $67. Also they charge me $90 each for Mazda brake rotors when pep boys has the same part for less than $60. Mazda Miata brake rotors are cheap because they are so small. read more

I had a wheel alignment today and it couldn't have gone better. Although I had an appointment, I got there about a half hour early. The moment a bay opened they got me right in and in about 20 minutes...done. Knew I needed an alignment when I saw the uneven wear on my tires. Found Macs auto on Groupon. Life got busy and I was unable to get alignment done before it expired. I called Macs hoping for a small charge for accepting expired voucher and was so happy when they told me they would accept it with no additional fees. Alignment was scheduled within a week. Now the part every woman dreads.... Going to a mechanic and being dismissed, unnecessarily upsold, made to feel stupid, or just taken advantage of. None of that happened at Macs!! I was asked a few questions when I arrived for my appointment and they listened to my answers! I was told it usually takes 30-60 minutes to do the work. I sat in the waiting area anxious about what other problems would be found with my over 20 year old vehicle. After 45 minutes they asked me to mark my Groupon redeemed and explained which of my wheels was out of alignment and that all my wheels were now perfectly aligned. I was handed my key and told to have a nice day. Fast and easy! Felt great and very relieved as I drove home. Very rude employees. Larry said my truck would fit for an alignment and when I got there one of the employees greeted me with "That's too big". He followed it up with "I know it's too big but I'm going to show you anyway." And then began telling me what type of vehicle I have: "That's an F-250. That's a diesel. That's a 6.7 powerstroke." Yes, I know what I own. Yes, I'm a woman and I know that I purchased a large diesel truck, I don't need a man telling me what kind of truck I own. It would've been a much better experience if he had just said: "Hey, thanks so much for coming in today. I understand you're here for an alignment. I'm not sure yet, but I'm worried your truck is larger than we can handle here but let me double check for you." Wouldn't have been difficult and I would've left disappointed but understanding and willing to recommend this shop to people with smaller vehicles. Instead, I left p*ssed off and telling everyone I know to avoid this shop, especially women. I do want to give credit where credit is due though, Larry is very nice. I'm at lost for words. Never have I received such amazing car service. My left rear tire got a huge nail stuck to it and my TPMS was going off. After I did a little research, I decided to go here because it was closer to me compare to Crevier. It was raining so I didn't wanna drive too far with a flat tire. I put some air into it and drove here. I just parked my car and went inside to ask if they could help me fix the tire. Larry and his staff took my car inside their garage, lift it up and started working on it right away. I went and wait in the lounge. About 15min later, my car was done. Then I came out and I asked him how much so I could pay. He said free of charge. I couldn't believe my ear. I don't really wanna share this information because I don't want others to abuse this. But whattt??They just helped me fix my tire for free?? I was so shocked. So I asked him if he was serious and he said yeah. It's like a gift on Valentine's Day or something idk. I'm still in aw at what happened as I'm writing this review. Never have I received such kindness and great service. Next time if I ever need anything done with my car, I definitely will come here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my car here to get service. Car was there for about 3 days had a check engine light and said they had found the issue. They had called me car was ready and once I made a turn out of the shop the check engine light turned back on and called them immediately, but all tech told me it would go away once I drove it a few miles. It never did and didn't want to fix it anymore and cost was 850. Had to take it in to toyota and they found the issue right away. Screw this place they just like jacking peoples money. read more

As a former Marine I understand being on time. Well this time I was 15 mins late and called ahead stating I would be. The guy on the other end said I would have to reschedule. I let him know I'm driving from at least 45 mins away... no good. Now mind you this is after I called the previous week and he said you can come in on Monday I called weds... when I came in on Monday he stated I needed to make an appointment. Well hell why didn't you tell me that last weds when I called . So fast forward to weds I'm 15 mins out and they could not squeeze me in. Won't be coming back. I bought Groupon as thinking a great deal even though it was far from my place. I made an appointment with this shop at 4pm on a work week day. I got few minutes late due to traffic and guy (Aaron) told me I am late and won't honor it. I requested I drove from very far, if you can adjust will be quite appreciable and I said I can even wait while your mechanics are on other car. I saw his mechanics were busy and no space available to park, I had to park on neighbor's place. It was quite congested lot and hard to go near his shop at end. It wasted extra 5 minutes just to find parking. In pictures on Groupon it looks a nice place but surrounding was really bad and full of other cars.. I am pretty sure if I would have made at 10 minutes before 4pm he would never started at 4 as I saw his workstations were all busy. I wish he would have mentioned on Groupon, if you are late by a minute even then customer loses spot and rebook. On top he said I don't make money with Groupon. I guess that was his main reason not to take job as other people were there already there with full price. Why would such merchant put offers on Groupon then, maybe just to get free attention. When I said I will let Groupon know my experience and may be on Internet, guy started saying its your Karma. He became very rude and said I am the owner and I don't want to do Groupon now. In my life I never saw a scenario when a merchant denies an opportunity to take a business. What a character and uncourteous person? I hope he gets some senses some day. I don't know about the quality of service but I can say I would never go to such unreasonable and rude person for any car service where you may never know you get guarantee of satisfaction or not. read more
