Its been a few years since we've been here. For Super bowl weekend, we decided to get some pizza and wings, one more time for the season. Upon looking at various deals online, we decided to order it online and pick it up. As has happened many times in the past, parking was challenging, but it made sense as it was right before the Super Bowl. The pizza was good, and we also ordered hot BBQ chicken fingers. I am a HUGE FAN of the hot BBQ sauce. I'm not sure if I will go back for the pizza, but I definitely will order their fingers with the hot BBQ sauce. While ordering, I was surprised with the abundant variety of sauces we could've picked from. read more

I really don't know how this spot doesn't have a higher rating. Very well may be my favorite Buffalo-style pizza. Love the thick crust (has a bit of a garlicky flavor), sweeter sauce, and not overly-cheesy. They have the craziest concoctions, like a stinger sub made that uses two pep slices instead of a roll. Genius! I do love their hot bbq sauce for fingers when in a sub, but alone, it is a bit too sweet. I do wish they made their own blue cheese - Macy's can you consider doing this? This was my second pizza from Macy's. The first time I received it they under cooked it. They credited me for that pizza and I got a new one. That was very classy. This pizza was much better. Cooked well. The sauce is on the sweet side, dough is pretty thick, good pepperoni but only because I asked for it well done. Overall, it's a fine pizza. Nothing to write home about. read more

Macys used to be our go to every weekend for a really long time. I'm not sure what's happened over the last few months but every single time, I've been disappointed. And reading reviews, I wouldn't dare try to complain. The quality seems to have drastically declined. The breads changed, it's harder, smaller. The sub ingredients are bare and whether it's steak base for chicken based - it's been dry. Any wing flavors that are charred after being fried, are so dry you could choke. Pizza slices are so dried out the cheese is hard. Even worse when the order is wrong. This place went from being the best, most favorable and sloppy - to disgusting, bland and dry. Stopped by and put in an order for a basic cheese/ pepperoni pizza. Interior front counter area was clean and service was fast and friendly. Kitchen area, all the tiles were yellow from what I'm sure is years of use / pizza oven heat, fryers etc. Pizza was pretty average though. Unfortunately there aren't too many fantastic words for describing pizza. Nothin I'd travel out of the way for. This is a place that is always pushing the boundaries of what pizza can be. They do this for likes and notoriety. I find it gimmicky and sad. It doesn't matter though because when you make the best straight and normal pizza in Buffalo, a place that loves pizza more than anywhere else, you can do what you want. Macy's place is known for their over the top creative pizza's. I'm an old school type of guy, so anything other than pepperoni is to exotic for me. But I was quite pleased with my order. I will come again Pizza- (pep/cheese) sauce is the sweet kind, which I really like. Cheese is the thicker type, and not the stringy bite and pull cheese. I want to like this place. but I have yet to have a single good experience. the first time I ordered delivery, it just didn't show up. we waited an hour and a half before the order was suddenly cancelled by the store with no call or reason. then, when I wanted to give them a second chance I ordered a Caprese. the wrong pizza arrived. it was a white pizza with onions. I hate onions so I had a replacement pizza ordered. a different looking pizza arrived, something that looks more like a caprese- except it had onions all over it and white sauce. WHO PUTS ONIONS AND WHITE SAUCE ON A CAPRESE PIZZA? a caprese pizza is red sauce, tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella. The description of the pizza says literally nothing about onions. so, the first time I ordered we wasted over an hour and a half waiting for dinner for a 90$ order, then the second time I ordered I payed 42$ for two pizzas I don't want. read more

I have had Macy's a handful of times in the last few years and was particularly pumped to hear About their clearance location, as they previously weren't able to deliver to my location and driving there during the dinner rush was unpleasant. I was, like many people I assume, drawn in by their cheeky Instagram captions and the incredible photos of their pizzas. They regularly have new ideas and flavors that they offer for a limited time and sometimes they make the permanent menu. I want to love my orders. Multiple times I've ordered the chicken and waffle pizza which tastes absolutely delicious on the first day but is lacking as a leftover. Maybe I just haven't mastered heating it up in a way that will restore its luster. Having said that, I ordered a Maui Waui for myself today. The flavor of the toppings was great, but when combined with the sweet tomato sauce, it was not tolerable. Otherwise the pizza was extremely soft as if it wasn't cooked all the way, (I would prefer a crispy crust) but the toppings were sometimes pretty crispy. Finally, I did find it difficult to find other pizzas I'd be interested in as many of their pizzas have some spicy elements- hot sauces, jalapeños, etc. or a large amount of fried toppings- chicken tenders, Dino nuggets, pizza logs, crab Rangoon, fries, pizza pockets, mozzarella sticks, etc. the pizzas themselves however are unique and creative. I wouldn't say that there's much of an ambiance in the Cheektowaga location because it's just a takeout joint. The service that I've received there wasn't incredible or friendly but I know they're extremely busy. Overall, this is probably the best place to get hangover or 420 friendly food, but I will have to be in a very particular mood to try an order from them again. read more

Oh. My. Goodness. I've been wanting to try this pizzeria for about two years because I've heard the most incredible things about this spot. I am so glad that we finally tried it out!! We ordered the large Spicy Square Boi pizza. It's a pie made with pepperoni, jalapeño, pecorino, Mikes Hot Honey, red sauce and mozzarella.... The flavors combined were literally unlike anything I've ever tasted before. This pizza is not for those who can't stand the heat because every bite brings the spice. However, the crust is coated with honey that makes your fingers so sticky and the sweet with the spice is amazing. I will say the parking lot is tiny and I had to park on a side street and double park - but it was totally worth the trouble. My husband and I demolished this pizza over the last two days and there was no crumb left behind. read more

Let me start with some positives. The pizzas and food here is great. We love the two tone pepperoni pizza and all of the Instagram pizzas are delicious. Different but delicious. We most recently tried the Nashville Hot Chicken pizza and it was amazing!! The only reason it's a 3 star review really comes down to service. Whether you order for pick up or delivery, it's never been ready or delivered on time. Granted, it's always busy in there but someday it'll hopefully be done sooner rather than waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for the food. read more

This review is for 2 separate occasions. 1st: 24K Gold slice 8/10. had macaroni and cheese, and chicken fingers. It was huge and really really good! I think it could have used some more cheese sauce or some cheese that's a little creamier on the bottom, since a lot of the cheese on the top was a tad crispy from baking. The bites with the more creamy scoops of Mac and cheese were the best. The chicken finger was cooked crispy and delicious. 2nd: Ordered delivery to work. My coworker and I both wanted to try the chicken burrata slice, but they gave us both a cheese and pepperoni instead? Upset because we paid the difference for the gourmet slice, and they gave us a regular slice instead.... That being said, the regular cheese and pepperoni pizza was still good 9/10. I like the sweeter sauce. The only thing is that the pepperonis were so spicy for me, I either needed blue cheese to eat them with or else I couldn't eat them. Went from being one of the best pizza places in Buffalo to a "not again." So much good pizza in Buffalo there's no need to waste your time or money here. Pizza was cold and soggy, wings the same. Maybe it's better as take out, but do not in any way get it delivered and expect to be happy. Macys went from the top on my pizza list to just a cool Instagram account. Hope they sort it out. I now know the reason why Domino's and Little Cesars exist, better pizza at 1/4 the price. read more

Updating my review as today was the first time ordering one of the crazy "Instagram" pizzas. After dreaming of this pizza forever and putting it off for whatever reason today we finally ordered takeout online. I got a small Lala land (chicken finger, burrata, waffle fries) pizza, and my husband got the Maui wowie - I cant speak for that one but I did post a photo. The Lala land was so good definitely worth the hype. The pizzas are on the higher end of pricing but you have to think how many toppings, how many styles and the effort they have to put into these so this is a special treat for us. On 12/14/2025 I placed an order for chicken wings. I was given a 25-30 minute pickup time. I came 35 minutes later and the elderly woman told me 5 more minutes. A young lady was also there waiting for an order 25 minutes. The elderly woman began showing her frustration by constantly complaining to the food preparers and upset about answering calls and tending the counter. A young woman with dark hair came out to help with phone calls but also listening to me and the other customer complain to each other, about the long time. The dark hair girl, while on the phone, interjected in our conversation, telling the customer, "well, why don't you just leave!" And the customer stormed out. Trust me , had I not paid, I would've left with her. That was so rude when we weren't even talking to her. I finally got my order from the young man who made them. He was very polite. I will continue coming as long as that young man makes my wings! THEY WERE AGAIN, AWESOME!!! I called about two weeks ago when he made them. He mixes the right amount of butter and sauce. Not too much and not too little. He has dark curly hair and I will come to know him in the future. He is great! As for the young woman and elderly woman, they need some training. read more

I stopped into this place because it right down the street from me. The first time my husband and I grabbed 2 slices to go and it was so delicious. A little greasy but nonetheless, delicious. I went in again today and the young woman at the counter was so friendly. They had some specialty slices. I tried the "Walter White" and it had sausage, spinach, salami, and Barada cheese. Both pizzas were unique & had delicious flavor, however like many other customers. our order wasn't ready on time or even a few minutes after we were told they would be ready. We were also disappointed that the advertised items were not included (no sesame seed crust, no green onions) & the pizza we ordered 1/2 jalapeños was ruined for one person in our party who can not tolerate their heat because there were jalapeños hidden throughout the pizza. The last 3 times I have ordered from here the pizza has been grossly undercooked. To the point where it was falling apart and not edible. The dough was extremely underdone to where it didn't even look or taste like it was cooked at all. The wings were also extremely dissappointing this time around. Very thin with barely any meat on the bones. Both of those items for nearly $45 is outrageous for the quality. Kings of social media, maybe the best in the pizza game. Have had pizza and wings several times from here, some great, some mediocre. Severe consistency problems here. Seem to take way too many orders, and then tell people their food won't be ready for 40-60 min as quoted, even on pre orders. Service is a big factor for me since Buffalo has so much good food and I would give it a 1/5 here. Wings have been above average and are the star of the show. Recommend hot honey glaze and hot honey mustard. The chicken finger burrata is a must get if you come. It is a nice touch you can pick the sauce that goes on it. Really good Monday pizza and wing special is worth checking out. Would eat again if someone ordered it and brought it to me but I will not be making the trip myself. read more

Well .... I allowed the teen to select the restaurant we would patronize for our big night in and he chose Pizza and wings from Macy's Place. Having junk food wasn't my idea of fun ..but I have been letting him choose every other week so he feels included ... One of our favorite spots has been closed and he had been wanting to try this place so we went with a large pie with double pepperoni and a double order of wings with garlic parm and a spicy cajun Well I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the food. They have a simple online order process and they text you when your order is ready. We arrived and the parking lot was practically full. While sitting in the car several people pulled up and seemingly had a smooth pick up process. The gentleman approached my truck and asked my name and brought our order and a menu and sat it in the back of the truck. He was VERY courageous We got the pizza home and it was still hot. We are a family that likes our wings extra crispy and not drenched in sauce. We ordered and they accommodated well ... they also cut a hole in the top of the container to keep the steam from making the chicken soggy (amazing how many people don't get that) The pizza was great! The sauce a bit sweeter than I am used to but good. The wings were just the way I liked them in texture and flavor. They did have larger wings, which I personally don't like (I know , I know) but yeah ...well ... I can be a bit anal with my preferences. But all in all it was a good experience read more

First, as a city resident, I never would have found this place, if it wasn't promoted in my instagram feed. I was interested because their food looks way more interesting than the standard WNY pizzeria. It's a tiny place in the middle of Cheektowaga that, if you're not looking for them, you'll totally miss it! Me personally? I'll be back again! We got the Pepperoni Playboi (Extra Pepperoni, Chopped Basil, Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Crushed Red Pepper, Seasoning, Mikes Hot Honey, Shaved Parmigiana) and the Blue Velvet (Shaved Ribeye Steak, Gorgonzola, Garlic Butter, Mozzarella, Arugula, Balsamic Drizzle). Both were totally delicious. Sauce has a sweet spice to it, which is unique and fantastic! I don't know that they have kid-friendly pies, as it was our first time here. Menu is a little confusing, as there were instagram foods I was interested in, but I'm guessing they update frequently. Staff was nice and super professional. Dinner was ready right on time.
