The owner is super nice and really responsive and really cares about customers with food allergies (yes, they have GF pizzas and the dough is from a local GF restaurant, Kith and Kin!) To me, the food at Papa Leos is a perfect middle of the road. I don't know anyone who hates it, but I don't know many who thinks of if as their favorite place. It is more reasonably priced than some of it's competitors, so it gets value points there. I feel like they would be good for a party because of their price and agreeable quality. I do feel like their chicken cordon blue pizza is a little bit better than everything else on their menu, I'd give that a 4. Service is the same, no one is particularly warm, but I also feel taken care of. Can you guess what I am going to say about the atmosphere?... also adequate. Walk don't run to Papa Leos and grab a slice if you need something without breaking the bank. If you want higher quality taste and a have a little more money, their competitor a block away would get my vote. read more

Terrible customer service. About 3 weeks ago I had a terrible experience and called to talk to the manager and politely ask for a refund because the service and food were awful. I was told that he doesn't know how to do refunds and to call back "another time" to talk to a different manager who knows how to process refunds. Sadly, that was a mistake. I called the next day and talked to Emma who was an absolute ball of sunshine (not really, she was super rude and did not care about my experience). I politely asked for a refund and she said she would remake the food for me. I told her I didn't want that because my experience the previous night was so awful that I didn't really want to eat it again. She told me I could come pick up the cash refund (I paid with a card) that day, and that day only. Sadly I was at work so I once again politely asked for a refund to my card, which is how I purchased the food. She told me she had to call the owners, then call me back. I was told my refund would be processed in 4 days. Well, she's a liar. It's been 3 weeks and I never got it, so I won't be going back here any longer. The food is garbage and the employees that gave me the runaround are terrible at their jobs. I wouldn't recommend that you eat here. read more

I only give a 2 star rating because of the surprise to me they changed their prices, and they are still using menus with the old.prices and no signs up anywhere saying g prices have been adjusted, nothing on the menu. The price was quite an increase, it was three dollars.The taste wasn't bad but the amount was kind of subpar. I've paid less for othe places and gotten more ingredients on the sub. As far as the service that was very prompt and he was courteous and did his best to make sure that he was able to his job the best he possibly could. But I will say the management better get in the stick, one person there at 3:30 in t he afternoon. And this.poor guy got swamped with people, phone calls, trying to prepare food, and paying attention as new customers walked in. Kudos for him being able to do ot but that's half witted on the management that he was alone basically just before the start of what could be early orders for dinner, late day snacks or even preparing for the dinner time rush that could come. But he did quite well. But there definitely needs to be changes made. My visit was 3/30/2026. read more

We ordered a blt sub, and a turkey club sub. When we got them, neither sub had lettuce or tomato. I call them and get Emma (the manager) on the line. She says she will remake the blt, but I'm supposed to request lettuce and tomato for a club sub. How was Emma even hired as a manager? She clearly doesn't know the items on the menu. She blamed me for ordering it wrong, and said the guy making the sub just made a mistake on the blt. Leaving out 2 of the main ingredients on a sub isnt a mistake, its poor training and management. This old chunk of coal goes here often because my workplace is close by. We order from here at home too, because Papa Leos is the only city pizza place that delivers to the town. The employees are always friendly and service is always immediate. I especially recommend the wings. I like to watch TV. read more

Very good pizza. Liked the thin crispy crust, surprised by the sausage flavor, could taste some sage maybe? Would prefer cup & char pepperoni. I would give Papa Leo's 3.5 stars if I could. There's nothing really wrong with this place, I'm just not a fan of their pizza. So many better places in Lockport. They offer both traditional and sweet sauces and regular or cup and char pepperoni. Their sauce has always tasted a little peppery or herby to me which I don't like. The staff is always friendly and they always have deals and coupons available. Pretty good variety of lunch specials. And you can't beat their 59¢ wings on Wednesdays. read more

Ordered take out tonight from here. Had a coupon for an Xl one topping pizza for $10.99. Came to $11.87 with tax. It's not huge for an XL. Thought it would be bigger. Pizza is average. Nothing too special but it's still good. Crust doesn't have too much flavor. Had sweet sauce. Took 35 mins once I called. Didn't seem too busy. Guy who cashed me out was nice. They offer daily deals. Two slices of pizza and a pop for $5.55 daily special. Never had an issue here. read more

Papa Leo's has been a staple in the community for years, and the owner always strives to make things right if there is a problem (which is rare). The Employees are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is good. I had a lazy moment during the recent pandemic and requested a delivery of two subs; they came quickly and I was pleased to see the delivery driver exercising good precautions with a mask and gloves. It wasn't tough to tell he was smiling under his mask when my pups greeted him at the door. read more

We have a huge family party at my house every year and get pizza delivered. We always order early and always get it from somewhere different. This year we did Papa Leo's and I think we will just continue to use them every year. It arrived at our door hot and fresh and literally at the exact time I ordered it for. The delivery guy was awesome and the staff I ordered from was great too. They helped me pick a combo package that was perfect for the amount of people I had. I stopped ordering from Papa Leo's like 10 years ago, but I figured that maybe after so many years that it might be worth re-evaluating. I couldn't have been more wrong! I ordered a chicken finger dinner & a steak sub for delivery. It was expensive but not as much as some other pizza places around town. It took almost TWO HOURS to receive my order! By which time of course the food was no longer hot. The sub was super small, and the chicken fingers were nothing more than grease and breading, that made me sick all night. I came here to try hot wings; 50 wings for $24.99. I ordered 50 wings and the anti pasta salad. The wings were amazing! I was in the Buffalo area and tried other places wings and this was by far the best wing place for your dollar. The pasta salad was also very good. It was loaded up with a lot of meat and well worth $7. I loved this place so much I ordered 50 wings (froze them) to bring back to San Diego. I will be back next time I'm in the area. read more

The pizza here was ok, not spectacular but not terrible either. I came here for the $3.99 combo and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I sat down and waited for it to come out of the oven. 30 minutes later my boyfriend went up to the counter to see if it was ready. There were two pies sitting there and a few other orders for the same special. The restaurant was not crowded. The guy behind the counter asked us what we ordered. He also asked if we paid yet (we did). He gave us the order and asked us a third time if it was 'to go'. I think he was stoned. Terrible customer service. read more

Their white pizza is awesome! The wings are decent, as long as you order them extra crispy. But the downfall was when I ordered an antipasto salad. It was NOT an antipasto salad. It was a head of lettuce with pepperoni slices and black olives and just all the wrongness. My grandmother (straight off the boat) would roll in her grave if she saw me eating it (sorry grandma I was hungry). Otherwise, a good place to order delivery from.
