Creationz food truck, the person at the register asked if I spoke Spanish and if I could help translate for an elderly woman standing in front of me. She wanted to know if the food was free or if she had to pay. I translated her question, and without hesitation, the cashier smiled and said, "For you, it's free. What would you like?" They were part of a Food Truck Mafia even in Fremont and hope they come back. Started in 2018, they are family owned and operated. Their food truck had a nice easy to read menu and ordering was quick and easy, we had the pleasure of meeting Sonia at the window and their daughter! #1 smash cheese burger: the quality of meat and technique are superb, it's smashed incredibly thin so you get a lot of those crispy, beefy, bacon like bites that are delicious. Tried this food truck today at Fremont street eats and they had a big line when I got there. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with hot peppers and the guy said it'll be 20 minutes (which is already a long wait when pulled pork is usually already cooked) I walk back over and they shout out the 2 numbers before and 10 people after me. Between the 10 people that got their food I asked if they were working on 38 - they said yeah - I ended up waiting even longer. And their pulled pork sandwich is mediocre - nothing special about it, standard pulled pork and sauce. I also tried the burger because my friend had it and it was dry and bland - the other trucks had tasty and flavorful burgers. Anyways bummed about my experience and wouldn't come back. read more

The sauce overpowered all the other flavors though, and a better balance from the onions and mushrooms would have made it a lot better. The garlic fries were super disappointing. My go to is the morning star burger (10/10). Today I wanted to try something different and ordered the space cowboy - unfortunately they were sold out of onion rings BUT! As usual they suggest maybe swapping the rings out for bacon or fries and they suggested why not both. F**k it why not! And damn!!! Let me tell you this was a damn amazing burger. I was worried it would be too much but it was absolutely perfect. Crispy fries soaked up some of the bbq and their spicy sauce. Brisket was Smokey and tender. Bacon was crispy and just the right amount of saltiness. The patty was great too -juicy with a nice crust. Amazing 10/10 would recommend. My wife and I were lured to the MAD Creationz stand at the Niles Farmers Market by the delicious smell of the burgers being fried and the number of people standing in line waiting to order. We ordered two Royales with Cheese and one order of garlic fries. The total came out to $42. The drive home was torturous as the scent of the burgers had us salivating, and we couldn't wait to get home and dig in. When we got home and opened the to-go boxes, we couldn't believe the size of the burgers -- they were so... small? WTH? We paid $14 per SLIDER that was bathing in grease? The Smashburger chain's burgers aren't this greasy, so we couldn't understand why these were so greasy. The disappointment didn't end there as we opened the next box and were greeted by pale and undercooked fries. The centers were still firm instead of "fluffy", and the exteriors were soft and mushy. While the "sliders" were tasty and we finished them, we ended up tossing out the French fries as they were inedible. I would rather have spent the $42 at Bronco Billy's across the street from the farmers market where they serve up some delicious pizza and ice cold beers. We will not be ordering from MAD Creationz again, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone. read more

Went to a farmer's market and while I was picking up produce, I kept smelling this heavenly delicious scent that seemed to be following me through the different booths. I finally made my way back up front and found this stall. I took a minute to decide, as all the options sounded so so good. I decided on avocado toast with egg as well as the breakfast sandwich. Ebony, who took my order, was such a delight. She was so friendly and approachable. When I got my food, it looked incredible and was super fresh. One bite of either dish and I was in heaven! So much flavor in EVERY bite. The sandwich had both sweet and savory going for it, and it was a perfect balance. Before I tried this food truck at our local Livermore farmers market, I had a couple smash burgers from other places that I was not crazy about. The other ones were burnt, or wouldn't leave out the onions, or didn't have fries. All those are red flags so I cautiously approached this food truck, because it smelled so damn good. I timidly asked if it was possible to leave the onions out? The employee was super nice and friendly and gave an immediate "absolutely!". Now I'm hooked and I tell everyone about them. I went to the Farmer's Market last night for the sole reason to eat one of their delicious smashburgers and my hubby had the Royale with cheese. We also got their seasoned fries that comes with smack down sauce and they were amazing too! From the buttery bun, to the perfect sauce, to the patty that's somehow perfectly cooked and crispy without being burnt (a true skill, let's give it up to the ones killing it on the grill too,) to the amazing flavor- this burger is worth it, wherever you're driving from. The ratio of all the toppings is supreme perfection. It's rare that you find amazing food with amazing service, let's be honest, with most places you're usually choosing between the two.
