I would give Madame Pho 5 stars. I tried them for the first time last weekend and was pretty impressed. They have a bigger sized menu with plenty of options, not only Pho - they also have stir fry plates, Asian appetizers like egg rolls, desserts, teas etc. I got to try the Shrimp Pho and the Rare Beef Pho - both were delicious. They have a larger size bowl for $2 more - you can easily have leftovers if you get the big bowl. Great flavors of the food and our waitress was friendly and the food came out in 10 minutes after ordering. There is also plenty of seating inside if you want to dine in. I'd recommend a visit if you're in the area.!

Stopped by Madame Pho after hanging out with my sister and was pleasantly surprised to find Vietnamese food in Kenosha! I ordered the cơm sườn trứng (grilled pork with rice and egg), and it was really delicious! The dish also came with a side of pho broth which was super flavorful. The owner is really sweet and speaks Vietnamese too which was helpful. Staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Definitely coming back to try their other dishes next time!

I love this place. Today I actually had Phő Ðăc Bięt. I have had it before so I knew what to expect. The meatballs, tendon and sliced round was delicious. I still have not acquired a taste for tripe. I don't notice any taste to it. But it does pick up hoisin nicely. The people here are delightful. They see me hobbling in here depending on what I've done to myself. It's a casual and welcoming. Kid friendly as well.

I absolutely love the food at this place. The food, service, and staff are so good. I usually get the Pho rare beef soup to go. I decided to dine in since it was pouring rain outside. I ordered Appetizer #9 which was an appetizer combo consisting of the following: 2 Egg rolls, 2 Spring rolls, 2 Rocket shrimp rolls, and 3 Crab Rangoon. The Crab Rangoon is the best that I've ever had. I live in this area and feel lucky to have found this gem of a restaurant in this small strip mall. It's located in between J Nails & Starbucks. I was checked on often to refill my water and make sure my food was to my liking. I'll be returning soon.

Through a word of mouth, I decided to give this place a try. Nice variety of Vietnamese food on the menu. Sit down or carry out. Of course by their name, their specialty is Pho. I decided to order the spicy beef noodle soup. The broth has such great flavor. It's amazing! Considering how busy it was and the work that each dish requires, I was served promptly. Check schedule to make sure it is open, because they take days off during the week. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area.

Found this little gem in Kenosha right off the highway. The restaurant is cozy and there's plenty of parking. We stopped by during lunch time and there was a decent amount of people. Service was quick. We ordered the Pho rare beef and brisket. The broth was on point. Soup was sizzling hot and the portion was a good size. Beef was tender and fresh. Can't wait to come back and try their banh mi's!

Great pho! Make sure to ask for chili oil to put in your pho. Spring rolls were decent but they need a shrimp and pork combo.

Everyone needs a clutch restaurant. The place that always comes through. It's convenient,…read moreconsistent, and, most of all, incredibly good. I've had many clutch spots over the years as I moved around, but it took me a minute to find my North Shore go-to. But here I am, a local for half a year now, and my go-to is Ni's, 100%. Lisa, the owner extraordinaire, is friendly, engaging, and an absolute customer service star. Not to mention a formidable chef. She has an obvious passion for food and its cultural history, and I love talking with her about it. The whole crew at Ni's is awesome and always happy to chat or handle any dish alterations. They clearly care about their clientele, and it's one of the things that keeps me coming back. My "must have" is the veggie summer rolls. I get them every time. Really, really good. And after living in the Vietnamese neighborhood of San Francisco for a few years, eating out almost daily, I've had my fair share of summer rolls. The produce at Ni's is always fresh, and I love how they cleverly use jicama for crunch. The rolls come with peanut sauce, but Ni's makes a delicious vegan fish sauce in-house that I go with almost every time. Banh Mi, Veggie Pho, Crispy Tofu, Fried Rice, I've had everything on the menu that is vegan or can be made so, and I'll gladly order them all again and again. This is not an all-vegan restaurant by any stretch (fear not, meat eaters), but Lisa goes out of her way to have options, and I've never been anything but satisfied. Even my kindergartner is into the veggie Pho broth and summer rolls, and he's not the easiest to please. Wilmette is lucky to have Ni's. I hope everyone knows that. They're tucked around the corner from the busier area of Central Ave and Wilmette Ave, and I've been doing my best to spread the word. "You've never been to Ni's?! Get the hell outta here.." So, if you didn't know, now you do. You're welcome.

Got some pho from this Wilmette cafe. It happens to be a cozy place and was perfect for getting it…read more Ni's Kitchen is one of the overlooked places in this overlooked suburb. A lot of the classics to get. They also have a few vegetarian choices so there's plenty for all tastes. Came at lunch and it wasn't that busy. It's usually a bad sign. Thankfully it wasn't. A lot of the familiar things on the menu. There's of course the banh mi and pho. It's about $13 for the Veggie Pho Chay. This has bamboo and mushrooms. Has a few things to add on. There's basil leaves, bean sprouts, and jalapeños to give it spiciness. Has a great variety of Vietnamese classics. It's closed Tuesdays. There's a few things for vegans and vegetarians.
