Call ahead for a reservation! This place is amazing and packed! Young man at the door was super friendly- Samantha served us perfectly. The pizzas were fresh and so tasty- both the Sicilian and Weekly special of chicken parm were winners!! It's loud inside but there are tables outside as well. Glad we finally gave this place a shot!

Enjoyed another Philly cheesesteak with tots! Service was excellent. Sat outside and our waitress was fantastic! I personal love the cheesesteaks and that they use coopers sharp. Cheesy and great! Very meaty. I'm only able to eat half and I take the other half home for the next night and heat up in the oven. Still need to try the pizza!

We have been here 3 or 4 times now and it just really is amazing! We first tried the Supreme, the 2nd we ordered half of what I wanted and half of what Ben wanted and the toppings from my side that I didn't like we asked to make sure they made it onto Ben's side. It doesn't make any sense when ordering a pizza and you want only have to have pepperoni that the other half of the unwanted can't just be put on the side that wants it. Our 3rd time I ordered the Stromboli without pepperoni and black olives. OMG, it is so good. I love love love Stromboli! The left overs warmed up just fine as well. For our latest visit earlier this year, I had a friend in town and wanted her to experience this amazing pizza. She also loved it. It was a great night of awesome food and drinks.

This place is a perfect little gem when you're visiting Dunedin. When you walk in, you immediately see many different TV's to stay connected to your teams while enjoying the "winter". The menu is fairly straightforward but good luck making a decision. It all sounds so good. The pizzas all looked great but next time I go, I think I have to try a calzone. I ended up settling with a Philly and did not regret my decision at all. It was great. I couldn't eat the whole thing in one setting and definitely took it back to finish the next day day. The service is great. Our server, Sam, was amazing. She gave enough time to look at the menu and contemplate while also never being too far away.

Ordered take out last night - been wanting to try this place for a long time . Outside very welcoming with outdoor seating and lots of diners had their dogs with them....I like that . Inside first thing I noticed was the big bar that dominated the space... very nice . Second thing I noticed there were too many empty dirty unbussed tables ....several waiters chatting with each other should have been cleaning tables....not good . Pizza was ready and waiting for me . Got it home and it was very good . I know pizza is a personal thing and to my taste the crust was a little too thick for my taste - I prefer a thinner crust . Ordered the meat lovers and it had a little spice to it ...very nice .

Stopped in and this place once again proved it does not miss! Drinks: Tried the Apple Pie Old Fashioned and the Blackberry Margarita -- both were excellent. The margarita had a perfect balance of sweet and tart, while the old fashioned had that cozy, fall-inspired twist. Food: * Chicken Nuggies with the Five Boroughs sauce -- crispy, juicy, and that sauce is ridiculously good. * Mozz Sticks -- classic and perfectly fried with a great cheese pull. * Cheesesteak -- loaded, flavorful, and hits the spot every time. * White Pizza (added chicken on half) -- perfectly baked with great texture and flavor. Madison Avenue Pizza continues to be one of the most consistent spots around. Great drinks, great food, and always great service.

House made Five Bouroughs Sauce - wings. Top 3 wing sauces I've ever had. Juicy wings.

First off, I want to talk about the aesthetics of the restaurant. Freshly renovated. It has a a classy laid back atmosphere with beautiful wall art. Kelsey was incredibly friendly & always wore a smile when we talked to her. The owner Sean was also very nice as he came to our table a few times to talk to us, and give us recommendations about what's the most popular pies. Had fun chopping it up with him! Kelsey was very attentive as our drinks never hit rock bottom & was constantly anticipating our needs. The Chik Fil A pizza was insane!!!! A one of a kind creation with everything made from scratch minus the authentic CFA sauce. The flavor was intense! Very much a Sunday craving, satisfied. Only available sporadically, btw The other pie we ordered was a Chicken Florentine on a cauliflower crust. Super clean, light & tasty. Low carb. Lower kcal. Delicious! Finally, the WINGS. Their signature sauce - Five Borough. Topped with diced garlic. Incredible. Top 3 best wing experiences I've ever had. Really!!! Overall I had such a good time visiting Madison Ave. 11/10. I absolutely recommend visiting if you're in the Pinellas / Hillsborough county areas! Signed & sealed, GTB

6/18/25 Last night I had some of the best wings, that I ever ate, with a great sweet Thai chili sauce, they came with really good blue cheese dressing, not that bottled, or commercial stuff that a lot of places insult you taste buds with. We also ordered the Sicilian pie, this monster was saucy , cheesy , and delicious with a wonderful, pan baked, crispy crust, when I picked up a piece I could not believe how light it was for it's size, a definitely new pizza taste experience for me. Wednesday night is wing night, I'll be back with No 1 Florida cuz, for some more wings, and we want to try one of their famous cheesesteaks...

Our friends took us to Madison Avenue Pizza on a Saturday night before a night out, and it was the perfect way to kick things off! The place was packed inside, so we grabbed a table outside. Honestly, it ended up being a great spot to enjoy the evening. I started with the Greek salad with balsamic vinaigrette (super fresh and flavorful), and my boyfriend had the buffalo wings to start. He and his friend loved them. We all split their special pepperoni pizza with chili oil, and WOW. Spicy, crispy, cheesy goodness. Definitely a standout slice! I also had a glass of red wine, which paired perfectly with everything. The two guys had the rum buckets which I wish I got a picture of them because they were so cute they kept the cups as souvenirs HA! Great food, chill atmosphere, and a fun way to start our night. Would totally go back!

We often enjoy dining at Madison Avenue Pizza, and this visit was no exception. We started with a small Caesar salad and their homemade meatballs with marinara sauce, then added ricotta cheese it was delicious. We also ordered the New York Supreme stromboli, which was outstanding. Everything here is consistently excellent. It's always a very busy place with a great vibe, and for good reason. Highly recommend! Cheers!

Service was excellent, food was good. This place was packed on Saturday night. We went for Tampa Bay restaurant week, so it was a good deal and I've wanted to try them for a while. To be honest, it was good but not great, it's hard to go wrong with pizza tho. To be very picky, we wished that the garlic knots had more garlic. The sauce that came with them was delicious. Our pizza was ok, we wished it had the sauce that came with the garlic knots. It really didn't have any sauce, which technically I could've inferred from the menu description, so that's kinda on me. The pie was good, but it seemed like it was juuust thawed and maybe could've used about 5 more minutes. Otherwise, it is pretty cool they offer a full bar here-- that's not something I typically see at pizza places. And I think their speciality is more non-traditional pizzas, like I was eyeing their pickle pizza. Maybe that's what I should get if we come again. To top it off, our server Samantha was incredible! She was taking care of prob a total of line 30 people while we were there and kept our drinks full!

I am from the NYC metro area, so I'm always looking to find NYC pizza near me here in Florida. I know of a couple places here, but most places fall short. I will say Madison Ave Pizza has a great following. The place was busy. We sat at an indoor table & the service was very good. Our order was for a pizza topped with cupping pepperoni. The first thing we noted was that the pizza was a bit burnt, & the underside was very hard & stiff because of that. Some of the bites we took tasted like char. Additionally the pizza was exceptionally salty. It's now been 5 hours since we ate, & we both keep taking drinks to try to quell the lingering salt taste. The sauce on this pizza was pretty decent though. And as mentioned the service was very good. So it was all in all a mixed experience.

    Is there a full bar?

Yes! And tvs with sports on

Do they sell by the slice?

When we went there, we did not see a by the slice option so we ended up getting the 14inch option for our daughter. Even that size is good enough for two people though.

The service was great although we had a couple mixups with our ordering. We ordered a cheeseless pizza for my allergic husband but it arrived with vegan cheese (made with nuts, which he's also allergic to). They ended up attempting to correct the issue and were very apologetic but again the incorrect pizza came out only minus cheese so he was able to ultimately eat it. We didn't have the heart to tell our server it was wrong again and we were very tired since it was getting late. I ordered the fig pizza which was delicious albeit a little dry. I would ask for a dipping sauce next time perhaps. I think we will be back but it will take me convincing my husband it's a safe choice. We were also told that they were missing a lot of staff members due to their truck being over at The Sound.
