Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged by staff because they were too busy selling their hot dogs. Bought a $25 minifigure that had wrong parts on it. I emailed the owner, and he said they are sold as is. Yet they charge items as new from the Bricklink price guide. read more

I walked in search of some old Star Wars sets. Before entering here I did notice is was a slow day and not busy. First thing is that I can confirm that they do not greet everyone that walks in the store as I was not greeted when I walked in , which to be honest does not mean much anyways in how welcoming is a store, but what is important is how they speak and treat you when you walk up to the front counter and ask the employee for some help in question I had in what I was looking for.i can confirm yes the employee at this time was rude, and if this is a family own, I can understand why they are rude because they don't get fired if they are family or friends of the store owners. So this place is just a shiii show and I understand why they are empty most times in the day. To the owner, if you don't like Lego, just go away and work at Walmart. read more

So glad that Manteca has a place like this to shop for fun and educational toys! Steven was great and in no way pushy or salesy - just genuinely friendly and helpful. I was looking for a gift for my little one's 3rd birthday and had been thinking of starting her with a Duplo set. Steven recommended a couple of sets but also explained the bulk bags (fill the plastic bag up with blocks from the bin for a flat rate). I decided to get a dollhouse set since it came with a family of figures, including a dog and extra accessories, and I was surprise by how well priced it was. I love this place! My kids love this place! My wallet and car love this place when compared to driving to the big city and paying beaucoup bucks for kits. Here, there's new and used, and my kids can choose EXACTLY which bricks they want. Plus they have a little duplicate section, and a cute little play area for my toddler who wishes that Legos were a new food group! Ive been looking at pictures of this place for awhile and it didnt look like it wasnt going to let me down, except thats what it did. Pictures showed shelves full of lego star wars sets and there was seemingly none except for a starfighter. Also minifigure selection was pretty bad for being a bricks and "Minifigs" location. On the positive side there were plenty of bins of pieces that I needed. All in all, I wouldnt recommend coming here to please your lego star wars addiction. read more

I visited here with a couple of young knuckleheads and they had a great time. They made some custom minifigs, picked out a used set and a new set, and decided which nice set they want for their birthdays. The customer service was great, they helped me find a piece I needed to finish a different set also. Definitely will be back, hot dog store down the strip is a nice added feature as well. This is a great place for little kids! We brought our son in after hearing so many good things about it from people in his karate class. You can by bulk lego blocks, pre built bagged lego sets, brand new lego sets, minifigure build your own station and lots more for the kids to do. We will try out the kids lego paintnite next! Looks fun our son picked out a bag of legos $7.99 and built it in the lego building station. He loved it and we will for sure be back! read more

On the last day of the school year, my 9 year old son had his Farewell and Early Birthday Party with a dozen closest friends. A month prior, my husband and I stumbled across the store and knew right away it would be a hit. The idea of hosting a party away from home, without the worry of entertaining kids with video games, and having a large enough space to accommodate a gang of super excited boys (and a few gals) was almost a dream come true. We booked a 90 minute party, brought our own food (thanks Costco!), and sent all our guests home with a package of loose LEGOs as a party favor. Jason, the owner, is just amazing. He had a mission to bring play and creativity back to kids, through building LEGOs. The store has everything your LEGO lover would love to see, touch, and play with. There is basically nothing that is "off limits" in the store, and kids can truly just enjoy being curious. It gives me great joy to see my son's eyes light up; I'm glad we had a chance to experience this before we moved away. read more

I had my sons birthday party here. I wasn't sure what to expect. The party time seems short but was perfect for a 5 year old. Everyone had a great time. We built LEGO cars and raced them (3could race at a time) and then we had a break for food and cake. Then ended with making min-figures for the kids to keep. I also purchased the party favor package. It was a very easy party with minimum stress. We brought in a crockpot of hotdogs, chips, veggie tray and drinks for easy clean up. And brought our own ice cream cake. They do not offer food but I don't see that as a negative because you don't have to pay marked up prices. read more

I went there 2 times in the last week. The first time there was fantastic the clerks name was Mathew, he took me around the store describing things in detaiil answering any questions He had great enthusiasm he seems to genuinely love his job, he Was so passionate i thought he must be the owner alas he isn't but I appreciate his energy. I went there this last Sunday, there was 2 clerks there, and mind you the store was empty, one was a short teenager with dark complexion and some ink, the other was a young white guy with a trim beard and glasses and these 2 jokers were absolutely worthless, I wannderd the store for a good hour, would ask about specific LEGO parts and they had no clue, they told me a sale that Mat had told me would be continuing till Sunday (that day) was no longer available, they told me their LEGO club does indeed cost 10$ a month despite Matthew telling me it was free, when I laws checking out (Short guy waited on me) I had to ask about the free mini fig, was left alone to rummage, dude couldn't even botHer to give mee a custom tile read more
