Don't ever order from this place. They forgot nearly half of my order, and when I called to get it fixed, I was basically told there was nothing they could do. No solution, no replacement, no effort to make it right. I paid for food I never received and was expected to just accept it. Mistakes happen. What makes this a one star experience is how they handled it afterward. If you're going to take people's money, at least make sure they get what they paid for or try to fix the problem when you mess up. Huge waste of money and an even bigger waste of time. There are plenty of donut shops that can actually manage to fulfill an order and provide basic customer service. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else. read more

Cute family owned spot. The kids that work there are really nice... but, they could move a little more efficiently. Also food prep is inconsistant. Wrong bagels prepared, wrong toppings added, not toasted enough, etc. This place has a lot of potential though. It's also extremely inexpensive. This place is delicious but I just waited 35 minutes for half a dozen donuts on a Wednesday morning with no apology or explanation that the wait was not their norm. Seems excessive. Need to staff up or improve their efficiency in some way. I saw multiple people have to cancel their orders and walk out and peoples orders were being skipped making them wait longer.
