I ordered online and the system said it would take 30 minutes but I came in maybe 10 min after ordering and it was already done. If you order online and live close, I would just head over because they might have your order ready then. This was a great bagel shop! They had a huge variety and the staff is super helpful with helping you choose all your flavors. If you buy six bagels, they give you a seventh for free and if you buy a dozen they give you an extra 2 bagels. We really liked all of the options with cheese on the top. The cinnamon raisin bagel is also really good. My favorite bagel was the poppyseed bagel. The parking lot is super small but there is street parking on the road next to the shop it was pretty busy inside. This review is long overdue. I have used bagel broker over a dozen times for catering at the office. I have also ran in for a personal breakfast and some family brunches delivered to the home. Every time they knock it out of the park everything is so fresh. Their vegetable platters are absolutely reasonable and cut to perfection. The fruit platters always are filled with ripe and tasty visually perfect fruit. Even at their busiest, they're all very helpful behind the counter, running around willing to help anyone and acknowledging you as you walk in the door. I can't recommend The enough. The most unappetizing bagel I've ever purchased. What a disappointment. The bagel itself was dry and tasteless and the strawberry cream cheese had an overwhelming artificial taste. I am surprised they are still in business. Also, the hygienic practices that I witnessed from the employees in store, was very off putting. Yeah, sure there's the popular Einstein Bagel and Noah's Bagel close by; but why do I prefer Bagel Broker? It's definitely not for their ambiance. They could use an interior decorator, maybe play some nice background music, upgrade their staff's uniform, invest in better looking signage, a more appealing store front: It's all about their bagels. In California the bagels are either the NYC bagels with their chewy exterior; or the really huge, puffy doughy bagels. I prefer mine somewhere in between: a bagel with a exterior that has a little chew to it with a soft, slightly puffy middle. I ordered the (Black Forest) ham and swiss cheese sandwich with all the fixings (lettuce, tomato, purple onion, mayo, Mustard) served on a toasted jalapeño and cheese bagel, with a pickle spear, olives and a small container of potato salad on the side. Beating the lunch rush, I got my order quickly. I appreciated that they cut my sandwich in half and secured each half with a toothpick. It was so much easier for me to eat without having the sandwich fall apart. The sandwich and potato salad were delicious!
