Everything bagel with plain cream cheese and bacon.
Angelique A.

Super fresh bagels and so quick for online ordering. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese and added bacon and the bagel was pretty thick and tasted like it was just made that day. The bagel shop is pretty small (maybe two small tables built into the side to sit at) but it smells like lovely fresh baked bread. I ordered online and the system said it would take 30 minutes but I came in maybe 10 min after ordering and it was already done. If you order online and live close, I would just head over because they might have your order ready then. To order your bagel online with spread, write the details of the bagels (what type of bagel you want, the type of meat, etc.) in the "notes" portion.

Bagel Broker is a long standing family owned bagel shop in Los Angeles' Fairfax District since 1987. The bagel shop is located directly across from the CBS Studio. [Parking]: The shop has a small and free private parking lot which is a rarity in this part of neighborhood near the Grove / The Original Farmers Market. I had no issue finding a parking spot on Sunday morning. [Atmosphere]: Old school bagel shop vibe with several indoor tables to sit. No outdoor patio tables and no public restroom. [Menu]: Hot egg sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese is a popular option. Some of top Yelp highlights include cheese onion bagel, jalapeño and cheddar bagel, and bialy bagel. Buy a dozen bagel and get 2 bagels free. [Bagel options]: Water (Water Bagel or Plain), Everything, Sesame, Onion, Poppy, Egg, Cheese Onion, Jalapeño, Jalapeño Cheddar, Cinnamon Raisin, Raisin, Blueberry, Wheat, Garlic, Salt, Pumpernickel, Corn Rye,Marble Rye, and Bialy. [Cream cheese options]: Plain, Lite, Chive, Lox, Cheddar Jalapeño, Veggie, Strawberry, and Honey Walnut. *** Lox & Cream Cheese (cheese onion bagels - $13.50): The bagel sandwich also has sliced cucumber and onion + a side of potato salad - I thought both lox bagel and potato salad tasted just alright. *** Personally I wouldn't drive out of the way just for their bagels. This might be a fine stop to visit 20+ years ago, but there are just too many good bagel shops in Los Angeles now.

Cheddar Jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cheddar spread. Bagel average (where's jalapeños) spread amazing. Best I've had .

A little bit disappointed. For the cost/price I was expecting more, but Bagel broker is still a good choice to meet all your morning cup 'o joe /bagel nash needs. I ordered a basic jalepeno/cheddar based bagel with the jalapeno cream spread. This was Around $6.50 cents in 2026. Right off the back, I noticed the size of the bagel. It was smaller than expected. It was a little hardened too instead of bouncy/doughy -- my preference. The bagel had a few half-cut jalapenos, but it was imbedded a little too deep in the surface, when the bagel shouldn't be afraid to unleash those beauties and let it dazzle for all of us to see! The thing carrying the bagel was the absolutely delicious spread. Instead of a white creamery spread, it was It was creamy and cheddary in color too ! The spicy kick made the schmear finger licking good. Honestly, I'd rather come back here and purchase solely the schmear. It was excellent. Too bad the bagel was about as average it was gonna get. $6.50 is way too much as well!

This is the closest to those old bagel factories of yesteryear. They are fresh and reasonably priced. Good size too. They have a menu for sandwiches too. Buy 6 get 1 free. Buy 12 get 2 free. Nice!! The put plenty of toppings. Everything bagels are completely covered. Their cheese bagels are the best and so soft the next day too. Cheese jalapeño and cheese and onion. Parking is tough even with their own lot

THE BEST BAGELS IN LA. Period. They're authentic and perfectly dense and chewy. An explosion of deliciousness, and well-priced! I've tried literally every bagel here and not once have I thought "hmm that one's not that good." To top it off, the employees are fantastic and always so lovely. They move the line quickly and remember you! There isn't a better bagel shop out there, trust me! 10/10

If I wasn't a fan of bagels, I am one standing in front of the display case with these brokers. It was like spinning a wheel of chores if it meant I get to pick 5. Landed on the cheesy jalapeño toasted with egg and cheese. Came out before I could even fill my coffee and I hate that it took me restraint to make the sandwich last as long as it did. The line gets insane in this tiny plaza but moves fast, even if you have to stare at a fellow bum, grime on cheeks, eating his steaming bagel sandwich too. It's worth it.

This place is ALWAYS busy. The staff works fast and are always pleasant. The parking is cramped, so I park in the metered parking just east of the shop. I gotta be honest, the bagels themselves are fine...as in not the low quality of Western Bagels, but not the "eat the bagel right out of the bag" goodness of Pop's Bagels. They're somewhere in the middle. The place located in a convenient, well populated area. They have a lot of regulars. Me? I'm just passing through, looking for the best bagels in town. If you're like me, I'd say give this place a try, but be open to other bagels in the neighborhood.

Come here often. Maybe 4 or 4 times a month. Today ordered a blueberry toasted with cream cheese. And added an unprepared cheese and onion bagel. Both bagels were great. As always

This was a great bagel shop! They had a huge variety and the staff is super helpful with helping you choose all your flavors. If you buy six bagels, they give you a seventh for free and if you buy a dozen they give you an extra 2 bagels. We really liked all of the options with cheese on the top. The cinnamon raisin bagel is also really good. My favorite bagel was the poppyseed bagel. The parking lot is super small but there is street parking on the road next to the shop it was pretty busy inside. It seems like a neighborhood joint where people like to get their breakfast in the morning. We can't wait to go back! There was also plenty of seating inside if you wanted to eat there

It's a good location on the way to Cedars. Loved the bagel tuna sandwich. It tasted very fresh. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. There was a long line but it moves fast. The workers are nice and friendly. Parking is not the best but just be patient.

Bustling bagel shop that sells plenty of bagels and bagel sandwich varieties. Very busy on a weekend morning, but the line moved efficiently and the staff were helpful and friendly. I ordered the lox bagel sandwich and it was quite good, although I found the everything bagel to be a excessively salty. The side of potato salad was delicious.

The bagels were too airy and light. Tasted more like some sort of bread rather than a bagel.

Herby mayo, hot sweet peppers had a hint of spice, pastrami was soft and not too salty, egg was fluffy. It was a good bagel sandwich. However, I don't think I'd reorder this. LATKE Crispy and savory. The sourcream and apple sauce together was delicious. Absolutely loved the apple sauce, which had a beautiful texture and sweetness that was addictive. The star was the applesauce! SALT BAGEL, EVERYTHING BAGEL, CACIO E PEPE, EVERYTHING PUMPERNICKEL BAGEL All of the untoasted bagels except the Cacio e Pepe, had a firm outer texture, a bit hard to tear apart with hands. Inside the bagels were dense, yet had a light chewy texture and not dry either. Toasted, they were even better. The outer crust was beautifully crispy and the inside bagel was soft and chewy. The beet cream cheese was delicious with all the bagels! Cacio e Pepe was soft all around, unlike the other bagels. Cacio e Pepe had a light cheese and black pepper crust. It wasn't full of cacio e pepe flavor right off the bat, but still enough to know what you're eating. If you ate only the top bagel, I think you'll get the best of this bagel. Still good all around, even toasted. I think it will be great as a bagel sandwich. Everything Pumpernickle had a good pumpernickle flavor in addition to the everything seasonings. They did not skimp on the seasonings! Every inch of that bagel was covered in seasonings! Favorite Bagels: Salt Bagel, Everything Bagel BEET CREAM CHEESE Delicious! Smooth, creamy, almost buttery! This is whipped cream cheese with roasted beet puree. Light in beet flavor, it had dill in it too. I was hesitant in getting a tub because it was on the pricier side. But it was so good, glad I got it! SEATS / AMBIANCE It had a lovely East Coast diner feel when walking in. But still, the space felt a bit cluttered. There were booths, counter seats and outdoor seats too. It was packed inside on a Wednesday lunch. Got there before noon. CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall good, friendly service. Staff was smiling and that's always a good thing! Went on a Wednesday before noon, but it was nearly packed. PARKING Horrible. Just horrible. Street parking only. There's a few spots directly in front of Belle's, but it's metered parking too and also it was full. It's parking that always makes or breaks your experience when driving to LA. After driving around to find a decent parking spot, I finally found one close to Belle's, but after parking, I realized it was a loading zone. So hurried to get my food to go and just ate in the car. Overall, I enjoyed the bagels here and would love to return for their bagels and lunch offerings.

I saw that they now offer Buffalo wings, there were multiple 8 by 11 print-out photos posted inside letting customers know. Since I'm a practicing Trytarian, I need to try (almost) everything at least once, especially in regard to food (except the deadly blowfish delicacy of course, dog, or cannibalism). I have a soft-spot for wings, but discipline myself to eat them only on special occasions or when an intense craving arises. But I gave in to give this new menu item a try. However, while ordering them I was met with an unpleasant surprise. I found it deeply heretical that they only offered ranch and not the standard blue cheese. I know there's a lot of ranch enthusiasts out there, I went to a college with a high-amount of Midwestern representation, and I too would often find myself participating in their "dipping fries in ranch" ritual. However, when it comes to Buffalo wings, my philosophy has always been blue cheese and crispy or GTFO. Nonetheless, I found myself unexpectedly eating (despite no blue cheese) and enjoying these Buffalo wings at Bagel & Slice on a late-Monday afternoon. Props to offering 8-pieces over 6. That felt generous and comfortably iconoclastic. But please get your act together and offer blue cheese in addition to ranch (if you must). Even the guy who ordered wings after me, while I was eating them asked for blue cheese. Locals and nearby Oxy students will certainly appreciate having high-quality Buffalo wings close by. But I cannot and will not endorse these wings until they are served with the option of blue cheese dressing.
