We have a 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD that was beginning to look it's age. It was definitely time to show it some TLC. Omar and Martha "owners of Magic Auto Shine" transformed my truck into a thing of beauty. They performed a bumper to bumper full detail. Hand wash, clay bar, buff/polish the exterior. Carpets shampooed and all inside trim wiped down with something to make i th all shine like new. The wheels were covered with break dust to the point they were black. The wheels are now back to chrome and sparkle like new. The inner fenders were clean as well as the 8 foot bed. The engine bay... holy crap. Great place the shop owner and his wife removed a really bad tint job on a car i bought and left it super clean even vacuumed the inside of my car that was really dirty because i had been trying to remove the tint with a heat gun and razor for like two weeks little by little finally had enough and drove down to there shop and they took care of it that same day and also tinted a small window in the back seat to cover my sons face from the sun they use really good material and do a great job very happy with there work i will be returning to get my headlights tinted read more

In January 2022 I took my brand new Maserati MC20 to Magic Auto Shine to give it a full protective treatment. Omar Tapia, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, providing great advice on the alternatives that could be provided. In the end the entire MC20 was seamlessly clear-coated for paint protection, had UV protection on the windows together with screen protection, and then finally ceramic protection with lifetime annual reapplications. The job was done with tremendous professionalism and has worked as expected for the entire year. Yesterday, I called Omar, and asked him if he could do the annual ceramic application and a detail. His immediate response was "bring it in as soon as you wish". I came in today, in just over an hour everything was completed and I was happily on my way. Omar detailed my classic 1966 Chevy C10 pickup. This was an extensive detailing job. He detailed both the exterior as well as the interior, but went above and beyond polishing the wood bed as well as the engine compartment. He brought 30 year old paint back to life. Truck almost looks show quality after his incredible work. Omar is as honest as they come when working with. It's great to see these sort of professionals still exist today in the world we live in. I took my Ford Focus with these guy's a while back with the guarantee of life warrantee. They did an ok job until i saw a couple bubbles and semi chipped window tint. It had passed about 6-8 months and i went back to get a replacement. I was told I needed a receipt which I didn't have and told them they can check their records, they didn't even bother checking. Then they offered to do those windows for $200. They must be trippin'!!. They're not professional. Don't waste your time and hard earned money here. read more

I recently purchased a new 2016 Nissan Altima and as soon as I got home I immediately started looking for places to tint the windows online. I had saw Omar's shop in the past because he is in a complex where there are multiple services for cars, Smog shop, Exhaust, Auto Body etc. My buddy owns the Auto Body Shop at the corner so I was there when ever I needed something done. Remembering Omars shop I looked him up on Yelp and BAMM 5 STARS.... I got excited and called him up. The next day I was there to meet with him so he could see my car and show me the many shades of tint offered. This guy has patience! I must have asked him about 30 questions and he answered all of them without a hesitation or frustration. Seeing all the cars in the lot I asked him "whats shades is this, What shade is that red car?" etc.... answered every time. Now, Im usually never like that, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't tinting my new car with something too dark or too light and when they have those boards with the examples of the shades its so confusing! Omar was cool enough to pull out his tint rolls and place them next to my car for an example and that immediately helped me decide. I ended up going with a 20% on all the windows. What's also cool is he has a machine that cuts the tint perfect for the cars and this is not only neat and clean it makes their install faster. I dropped my car off at 5:30pm on a Thursday and picked it up 1hr later... He did have 4 guys tinting but shoot thats fast regardless! To end this long review lets just say.... Went there and had vinyl racing stripes put on my mustang. I walked ion for a quote and he looked at me and said "It'll be $900" I was first in shock and started to walk away. Every step I walked away he said 800? 700? I turned around and laughed at him and said that Wrap kings quoted me $450. He said, "Fine I'll do it for $450" These shear unprofessionalism of this place should have been the first red flag, but against my gut I decided to let em do it. The second red flag was when I came back to drop the vehicle off, the entire shop was hot boxed and smelled like marijuana smoke. Anyways, they did the stripes. When I picked the car up I thought I was on candid camera or something. The rear stripe was completely crooked. I again waited another hour or so while they re-did the rear. Finally I pad the man, and went on with my day. Here it is 3 months later and all the vinyl is already pealing off. This is not a daily driver, and never sees inclement weather. Must have been bad prep work. The cars has only had 800 miles put on it. Either way I was very disappointed in this place. I hear this place does great detailing work, but if you are in the market for any vinyl wrapping work, defiantly avoid this place. read more

As a gift my brother got my bumpers and hood a protective covering, I didn't exactly know what he was talking about. But I made my appointment and came down anyways. The shop manager explained everything to me, they were all so nice and worked with my schedule. It's hard to get car work down having a 9-5 job, and they let me take it in after work and they were very quick with the process. The first time I went to Omar was accidental. After getting overpriced quotes and no help wrt levels of tints, trying things out etc from the usual places, I was cruising around for a better deal and noticed his place, tucked into the back. That was three years back for my wagon. Just went back with the second car, earlier this week. Same experience as last time. He didn't remember of course, so it wasn't as if I was a preferred customer or anything. But he took the time, helped compare levels and the lot. A family run business from people who care about the cars, and care about their customers. I have a '99 sedan, and after they get done with the bumper to bumper detail, it looks better than the day I bought it!!! Magic Auto Shine was nothing short of amazing. After leasing a new VW GTI about two months ago, I really screwed up by using the windshield brush at the gas station on the body of my car in an effort to clean up some of the debris from the automatic car wash that I never should have gone to in the first place. Needless to say, I ended up making things worse by scratching the clear coat. I went to the guys at Pacific Car Wash and got a clay bar wax job done, but it was only moderately successful in terms of removing the scratches. After asking the dealership about it, they told me that their practice was to send this kind of repair job out to Magic Auto Shine. I would have left my car in the dealer's hands to do this today since I was there addressing another issue with my tires, but they couldn't do it on Saturday so I decided that after I finished at the dealer I would just go stop by Magic Auto Shine myself - and boy am I more than glad that I did. Omar was a pleasure to work with. He inspected my vehicle and knew exactly what it needed, and explained to me the three machines that he would be using to buff out the scratches and restore the clear coat surface. He initially quoted me a price of $280 just for the areas with the scratches, which were on the two right side doors and also on the trunk panel. Then he dropped the price to $250 and even gave me use of his own car so that I could go run to the bank to get the money (he only accepts cash), which was really nice of him. He also informed me of the various businesses in the area that I could go to get a bite to eat (it was just around lunchtime) while I waited for him to finish the job, which only took about 45 minutes. While he was working, he came out and told me that it would look strange if he only buffed half of the car, which made total sense. At that point he said he would do the job on the entire car for the same price that he had quoted me earlier ($250)! I was really pleasantly surprised at this since he really didn't have to do that. After about 45 minutes to an hour (I can't remember only because I spent the time talking to friends on the phone - but either way it was not that long of wait at all) my car came out literally better looking than it had when I initially drove it off the VW lot when I had first leased it. All of the scratches were literally completely gone, and in addition, the clear coat really truly looked better than it ever had. Omar was so helpful and hospitable, and I will be returning to Magic Auto Shine for all of my future detailing needs. He also let me know that whenever I needed a car wash, I should just come there and he will give it to me for $20. After my experiences at all of the other car washes, I can safely say that Omar and Magic Auto Shine is the only place that I will ever be taking my car to in the future for any and all exterior cleanings, polishings, and detailings. I enthusiastically recommend Magic Auto Shine for all of your auto detailing needs. Don't miss this place - it's truly the best. read more

Not only is the staff friendly but also did an amazing job on my car. I normally dont detail my car that often but decided to pay the extra bucks. They did such a great job that my 2008 Prius was looking like new inside out. I can tell they took the time to go thru every single detail in my car. The owner who is the woman with the long hair was very nice and accomodating. I also ended up getting my windows tinted. They gave me a great price and they came out super nice. Worst experience. Had my windows tinted there and a friends both cars did not come out right. My vehicle had tint peeling and missing tint. Called them back and had them fix both cars my friends tint was fixed but on my vehicle had one of my windows that was still not fix right was missing tint still. Called Omar back and set up date for them to come pick my vehicle up and fix the tint. Omar did not call me or picked up my vehicle on the day of my appointment that we both set . My window is still not fix I do not recommend this place for tinting at all. read more

I'm so happy with my tints, I had to write a review! I'd gotten tints done by Magic Auto Shine a while back in 2005 for my Camry. I was pretty happy with them. The installers did a great job and for the lowest price. I tend to shop around for price. Sadly, I had to retire my Camry this year and got a Tacoma. I didn't think twice about who'd I take my car for tints. I was so happy to know that Magic Auto shine had the same phone number. Magic Auto Shine has upped their game! More shades, they gave me a ride to and from work while my car was getting worked on, and they cared about what I needed and provided options. They don't have the lowest price I.
