The staff is great and understanding . there has been a few time where the female staff isn't friendly and want to have an attitude when asked questions. I want to say that Eddie is always helpful and a great service to the company. he is always very nice and friendly to everyone that he come to meet. This car wash is very convenient as I'm also going up and down vista way. I love how the workers hand you rags to wipe down your car after you go through the car wash. This time I came through they even sprayed down the back and the tires before I drove in. they need to be more consistent with doing that. . The free vacuums are easy to use and the mini air compressor is a so handy for getting in around the windows and the little crevases between the doors. The vaccuum area is also shaded too which helps in this hot days. If your looking for an unlimited car wash and are on vista way a lot I totally recommend this spot. The only downside is their hours. They close at 7pm. There's been a few times I've been in the area around 8 and wanted to get a quick wash and I'm like "darn just missed it!" read more

I'm soo shocked by this bizarre experience. Basically, I paid to get attitude and then scolded. Listen, most of us don't love to work, I get it. Im not a customer that needs over the top friendly service, I expect pleasance at the minimum. This girl had terrible stink face while taking my card - she wouldn't even return my smile or make eye contact after I said thank you. Toward the end I needed more towels. I walked through the very front entrance of the wash to grab some as I didn't see an attendant (my bad, it was dark). She screamed at me "did you need towels?!! ok next time you need to ask ME!" I said I didn't see her, and sorry about that... she didn't respond and she stormed away. I understand it's likely for safety/liability but there's always a way to correct something while maintaining bare minimum customer service. She continued to stare me down the rest of my visit... Very bizarre experience as a 32 year old woman to get yelled at trying to get a car wash, lol! read more

Don't go - not recommended at all, unless you like your car getting scratched. This car wash is either not correctly managed, not gentle enough, uses too strong of chemicals or maybe all of the above. Not sure what's going on with this car wash but I believe it has scratched 2 of my cars. It has left small scratches on my cars. Terrible read more

I asked them to use the hose to hose off some bird poop that I know doesn't usually come off in the wash and was told that the owner won't let them spray the cars anymore. He also said that the owner is a psycho who watches them on the camera all the time (weird). Also, something in the chemicals seemed to dull the shiny black panels. I recommend skipping this place and trying somewhere else. They used to spray the cars without even having to ask and have two towels. Now they only give one towel and that doesn't dry a whole suv. I'll continue to use the free services though! read more

I thought it was super convenient being so close so I signed up for a monthly membership. At first everyone was so friendly and helpful, they would give you two towels and wash down your car before entering THEN one day I go and there's this horrible girl there telling me that they only give you one towel now and their not allowed to give you more. It's kind of hard to dry your car with one towel and I'm paying like 30 a month so I expect the same service I got when I signed up for the membership. The ATTITUDE I received from this girl- She was literally fighting with me and I was like okay okay trying to de-escalate the situation.. After that I cancelled... But then again convenience won and I signed up again but this time I chose the lowest priced package ....THEN .....today I go to wash my car and after all the wind I really need it sprayed down before entering. I watched the girl shake her head no to the other girl and they told me they are no longer allowed to do that. Personally I didn't believe her and I think she was just being super lazy but regardless the inconsistency of the workers is just awful. The guys seem to be nice and helpful and the girls are just there with their heavy makeup being lazy jerks. I guess they don't want membership... and if the workers are telling the truth about the towels and not being able to spray down the car then shame on the owners of the location. read more

I feel sorry for busines owners today. when they find themselves apologizing to a lazy person. because they couldn't believe they had to get off their ass and participat. the to ones that leave bad review cause it wasn't exactly perfect are the worse. you can get your pass and go pretty much unlimited for $10, $20,$30. depending on what service you want. but 3 washes a day you get. not getting that anywhere else. plus free vacuum and free compressed air gun that blows any water or blows out a ton of different options. its really strong. and unlimited towels for drying Areas that might of got missed. read more

Don't waste your money. We bought an unlimited monthly wash and it said on the sign that lifts up when you pull in that the first month your price will be $9.99 on whichever plan you choose. That didn't happen I was charged the full $19.99 price. We have gone a couple of times, and the first two washes were good but today we had to go through twice because it was leaving soap on the backside of the car and isn't drying it good at all. You don't know till you try but we won't be renewing the monthly membership plan. read more

I don't recommend paying $30 a month for this car wash. My car never gets dried all the way so it leaves water spots every where once the water dries. I can't reach the middle of my windshield to dry the water so there are water spots down the middle of my windshield. The left and right side of my hood always has soap left on so I have to get out and wipe that off too. read more
