Communication is a breeze--the one time something was missed, they sent someone out to address it the next day. I thought our house was clean with our previous cleaners, but it's clear to me how much cleaner it is with Dazzle. Kai has been our cleaner for most of our sessions, and has done a FANTASTIC job--it feels amazing to come home after they clean. Everything is pristine. One of the great things about Dazzle is the consistently between cleaners. With our old cleaners, we hated when we had to have a new cleaner--there always seemed to be a few sessions where the house didn't get as clean until they got into their groove. With Dazzle, I can honestly say we can't tell the difference between cleaners--the house is sparkling every time. What we do very much appreciate is the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Dazzle is on the higher end in terms of cost of the agencies we looked at, which is part of why we initially went with another cleaner. Now that we're clients, we can say we appreciate that they pay their cleaners better, have higher retention rates, and seem to very much are about their cleaners' well-being (for example, reaching out about air conditioning options during the heat wave). We feel good about paying a higher price if that means the cleaners have a better job--AND we can confidently say we get a higher quality clean than we did before.

Annastasia listens attentively to customers and makes sure they get the best. I do love how professional and attentive to detail the crew is. They always take the time to discuss my specific cleaning needs and preferences before they start and do a walk through after cleaning every section of my home. To top it up I love how they use green cleaning products which are safe for my family. I highly recommend purple maids to anyone in need of a reliable and effective cleaning service.

I called and had a quote in just a few days, the job was scheduled within three weeks. They showed up on site and were professional and maintained a clean worksite. They pressure washed one day and they had to postpone the painting for a few days due to weather. They returned on time and worked full days finishing the job on time. They were very meticulous about the prep and caulking, prep took longer than the painting. I felt i got a fair price, great workmanship and a really good looking paint job.
