Manny was amazing! Called for a stalled kitchen sink and he arrived within an hour of me calling. He not only was able to diagnose and fix the issue of my clogged sink but he found an other issue with the way the kitchen sink pipes were initially installed and was able to remedy it. I also was asking to see if I could get a garbage disposal installed since it hadn't been working in almost a year, but he found that all it needed was a simple reset! The price for the service was incredibly reasonable, especially for something that I called last minute for. I was looking for a plumber in the area and saw that Magic Rooter and Plumbing had great reviews. I called them and a woman (sorry I can't remember her name) answered and took all my information. She was very polite and helpful. She said that the Service Department would call me with an ETA and cost of my repairs. Within 10 minutes I got a call from the Service Department. The gentleman that called was also very nice and answered all my questions (sorry I didn't get his name). He told me someone would be at my place between 3:00PM and 3:30PM (this was about 2:00PM). What happened....I got a call from the technician, Manny, saying he was on his way. He was at my place at the time stated. Manny arrived and again, he was very nice and polite as well. After he assessed the job, I told him that I would need him to come back tomorrow. We scheduled him to come back at 7:00AM. The next morning at 7:00AM, Manny arrived. We got the work that we scheduled in the time frame that he said. Magic Rooter and Plumbing also has great communication from talking to them on the phone, to them texting and emailing you updates and information. I am really happy with my experience with Magic Rooter and Plumbing! I don't think i've had that great of an experience with a plumber or other repair companies in the past. Used Magic Rooter twice this year, once in February and then again in March. Both times were emergency situations where we called extremely last minute on a Saturday, and nevertheless Manny answered and arrived to prem within one hour from when I called. 1st visit was for water not draining and backing into home. Needed to replace main drain towards sewer. Since it was late Saturday (He was willing to come out Super Bowl Sunday but we were not going to be in town) he scheduled for Monday morning. Manny then arrived by 8:30am with his crew and replaced about 45ft of cast iron pipe via trenchless method. Magic Rooter came in a timely fashion to our rescue by sending two friendly and respectful plumbers to address our sewer back-up. Daniel put cloth coverings over his shoes in order to enter our house even before dealing with our back-up. Daniel quickly unclogged the back-up and then verified that it was back to normal by having us stress the system with lots of water. He also suggested we have the pipes leading out to the street be inspected for roots using a camera. Manny performed the inspection using a camera - no problem roots were found. I had a clog in my kitchen sink which also affected the water drainage in the washing machine. Junior, the plumber, came right on time, was careful to put booties on when entering the house and put down mats to keep the sink area clean. He quickly found the root of the problem and fixed it! Afterward, he asked to check the pipes in the basement to see if they were leaking. Junior was professional, friendly, helpful and explained what he would do to fix the clog. Had an issue with water leaking from a pipe within the walls of our home and pooling in our basement.
