    Contacted these guys on a Friday afternoon for a scratch repair quote via Yelp. They responded quickly and scheduled my car in on Monday morning. The details. Car - Entire back end of my car was scratched up from a large dog trying to get his toy off my trunk hood. Most of the scratches were minor (you could run your nail over them and not get your nail stuck), but they were in masses. Too much work to try and manage myself and I didn't want to spend a fortune to have it all repainted. Repair - These guys specialize in something called Sprayless Scratch Repair (Google it). Took my car in at 9AM and they had it done by about 10:30AM. All the scratches were gone and my car was as good as new. They even took the time to fill in other holes around my car where rocks had chipped away the body. Customer Service - Super friendly family owned business. Strolled in with a backpack in tow with my work laptop with plans to Uber to a bookstore/coffee shop and work while my car was getting worked on. The gentleman that helped me told me he'd be glad to give me a ride, but informed me that the repairs wouldn't take long and that I was welcome to use their WiFi and hang out in their waiting area (small, but cozy enough with a bunch of chairs, tv, coffee maker). He even went beyond that and offered me an empty desk to utilize! I accepted and happily plopped myself into the desk to work while my car was being repaired. TLDR: Quick responses, superb customer service, good pricing, quality work. Would definitely come back.

    MagicTouch IS the REAL DEAL!!!! I got helped by Roman, and he was so polite and willing to help. He offered to meet me 1 hour before he was supposed to come in today, but I told him that wasn't necessary, BUT, he offered. Met the owners and they are BOTH Amazing Guys. Brody went OUT of his way and his Wallet to do something to make things easier for me. He did NOT need to do and I appreciate it so much. He didn't hesitate (well maybe 1 second.. Ha Ha) but he took care of it without me having to ask!! All these 5 Star Reviews of this place are Legit!!!! I'm in sales and deal with customers everyday, and as we ALL know, Customer Service and going out of your way to Do the "Right Thing", even when it's Not Required, rarely happens in 2019. But here, they care about you and your car and give you not only Outstanding Service, but an Outstanding End Result, for a Fair Price!!! That consistency causes people like Me to write Reviews like this, which I rarely EVER do. Then they get more business from their best source, they own satisfied customer's referrals. I called this place yesterday solely based on reviews, but after talking to Roland in the phone, I Knew I was going to be treated right and drive there to have them look at my car. Fast forward to this morning, dropped my car off this morning and was Blown Away by my entire Experience! If you want great results, at a fair price, by people who care, come here and experience "The Magic" for yourself!!!!

    I visited Discount Kar Kare in Lewisville on June 3, 2026 to redeem a Groupon for a routine oil…read morechange. Instead of performing the service, I was told my vehicle required additional work, including an engine flush ($189) and a coolant flush ($99), before any oil change could be completed. I was informed the oil change would not be performed unless I agreed to these additional services. During the inspection, I was told (by Jeff) the oil was "black and sluggish," the coolant reservoir was empty, and that my brake fluid was low and my oil change interval had been exceeded. I questioned this because my last oil change was on January 17, 2026 at 118,985 miles, and my vehicle had 126,391 miles at the time of service--about 7,406 miles driven. This is still within Toyota's recommended 10,000-mile oil change interval under normal conditions. I also noted that the windshield oil change sticker reflected a lower mileage interval based on a prior shop's recommendation, not Toyota's manufacturer guidance. After leaving, I obtained a second opinion from another repair shop, which confirmed that a standard oil change was appropriate and that no engine flush or coolant flush was necessary. The coolant was simply topped off after cooling. I was also advised that a coolant flush would not be the correct solution if there is a suspected leak, as it does not address the underlying issue. Regarding brake fluid, I was informed that this system is sensor-monitored and would trigger a dashboard warning if levels were actually low. Overall, I found the experience concerning, as the additional services recommended were not aligned with manufacturer guidance or the second professional opinion. It also gave the impression that the situation was being used as an opportunity to upsell services and potentially avoid honoring the Groupon oil change as advertised. A formal complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General's Office (Case No. TCP-046644). I am sharing this experience so other customers can make informed decisions when using coupon-based or promotional services.
