Ernesto has done work that I never thought could be achieved in just two hours! I got quoted at other places for 700 dollars and above and they beat them out of the way with 525! Made this vehicle look like the two wholes were never there in my car. I asked around so many "top notch" and "experienced" body shops that denied my request to fix two simple wholes, but magic touch said they could and at a better price than the other guys could. I take it to John and he said he can get it done for $1000. He finished fixing up my car in less than a week and I got it back very clean, and running better than it had before. Management, is good, a really nice patient person!! However the paint service is simply horrible! After getting rear ended by a cell phone user (while driving!!) She found this place, I'm guessing the price convince her!! However he convince me, when he said they've been in business for 28 yrs!! Also that he said it would be a 3 day job! Ended up being 2weeks... Sight... NOPE, THE PAINT JOB WAS HORRIBLE, HONESTLY I CRIED WHEN I SAW MY CAR! This was after 3 days. Well I ended up taking it BACK!! This time it was there almost one week!! They still didn't get it right! So it stayed they're for another 3 days!! After this ordeal, I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to this place until he gets a good painter that knows what he's doing!! SMH my car's paint is now ruff, all over!! I'm guessing they didn't cover it completely and it got mist from spray paint!! IDK I'm just not happy or pleased with this painters job!! read more

Took my BMW 535i there, one of the best body shops I've been too. Had my car ready within a few days which I thought would take at least a week. I took my car to get repaired on June 2022. Mr Olvera, quoted me $6000 to get my car repaired and said it will take 3 weeks to get fixed. When the 3 weeks were up, he said he needed another 2 weeks. Then it became another 2 weeks. Then it turned into 6 months. Around 4 months into it, I went to check up on the car unannounced and the car was exactly the same way as it was when I took the car there. I asked to get the car back and a refund but then he claimed he will have the car ready soon. On the day he said the car will be ready we went to go pick it up and the car was not ready and he wanted another 3500 to finish the car. We decided to take the car back without him finishing it and it turns out they did not do anything to the car. All the parts he had "fixed" were not replaced and were the same old parts the car already had. The front hood was from another car he had cut to make it fit my car. The car was horrible and I wasted $6000 for nothing and now have to pay another shop to actually fix the Car the way it's supposed to be fixed. Horrible service!! Do not recommend taking your car to get fixed here. Waste of money! read more

Very friendly and nice staff that would try their best to make the customer happy with not only the result ,but, also with the price as well. Hossein had helped to fix my car and repaired it like the fist day. I returned my car to Honda and they've never figured it out that I had the car accident and it was a damage on the back of my car. This review is extremely overdue but since I recently had to take my car to another body shop I thought I'd leave one anyway. I had a pretty bad accident 2 years ago where I was rear ended and was told to bring my car here. Long story short, I was told to pick up my car 3 times and each time I left it there because it wasn't really finished it looks terrible even to this day the paint doesn't match for my white car, he left TONS of overspray and put used damaged parts on my car and I had to tell him and show him to get a new one. This shop seems to pay ZERO ATTENTION to detail and cut lots of corners. I tried to have him stop the service completely so I could take my car elsewhere but he told me "please let me try to fix it and that's not how insurance works". Anyway my preferred body shop sent me pictures of he HORRIBLE job done by magic touch and I was upset all over again it was almost $4000 dollars worth of damage DONT GO HERE because they don't care and they don't do a good job read more

I honestly don't have the words to express my happiness and satisfaction with magic touches quality of work and the owner John's kindness and welcoming personality, who has been there 32 years in business. He went over and way above my expectations for my car and the service that he provided me. He performed more than $1200 of extra work on my car for $150.00 for some previous damage to make it look beautiful as it was before I got T- boned in an accident. My car was done within 2 weeks which is unheard of to me because I have waited months for the same kind of service to be completed. John even took his time to take me back-and-forth to the rental car companies to get a rental car with no complaint whatsoever and I didnt even need to ask, he actually was the 1st to offer. In this day and age of fast service and shoddy work I was skeptical of how it would come out at first when he said it would be ready in only 2 weeks. But I am overwhelmed by the quality and care he took with my car and in getting it down to the details. I was already pleasantly surprised with his help getting to the rental car places which was a small hurdle in itself during a time when everything felt so overwhelming since my injurious accident that turned my whole world upside down in a flash. John and his crew helped put some of my world back in order by doing exactly what he said he would, in the time he said he would with no prolonging excuses. I thought it was not going to be possible to fix my mangled car that I love but they did and they absolutely have the right name, The Magic Touch! If you ever have your world turned upside down and need your car repaired to perfection by an honest, forthright business/man I can't recommend a Magic Touch auto body enough. I am deeply touched by his kindness and thoroughness of beauty and perfection in his work. He even worked on the side that wasn't hit just to "make it look nice" . So if for whatever reason I ever have another accident I know I have a honest and secure place to take my car. I am overwhelmed with his kindness and attention to detail. My car looks so much better than it did even before the accident. I can't say enough about their service and quality of work and honesty. Then also how promptly it was completed, John said it would be done in 2 weeks and it was, and it was looking better than ever. I am so grateful to this man for normalizing part of my life that felt like it was in shambles. As I said I can't thank them enough for all they did for me and my car. And believe me as a single woman new to the area, who knows little about these types of things, honesty is hard to come by especially in times of crisis with a situation such as this. Their honesty is nothing but priceless when they could have easily taken advantage of me in my situation! I wish I could give them 10 stars and two thumbs up. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone, no to everyone! who needs expert auto body work and a beautiful paint job along with awesome service!! I've found my go to auto body and paint business for life. John also offered a lifetime warranty on the work done which I dont believe will be necessary as it's nothing but pure good old-fashioned quality work and service that I received! I had been hit on the passengers side, which left a huge dent in the car. My uncle recommended this auto shop, he has been a customer for years. John, the owner, was so helpful and personable. The job was done in a timely manner, just two weeks exactly (as he quoted). Him and his team managed to maintain the color of my car - which is a unique gold/silver. The only drawback is that paint got on the inside of my car and I can't get it off. Other than that, John is a good person that holds true to his word.
