I purchased a 2016 RV for my sister in June, by the end of July I had to replace the propane lines, repair a leak in the air-conditioner and the power connection on the RV shorted out and caused a fire. In addition all the nogahide furniture started peeling and had to be replaced. I spent a total of about $2000 within the first 3 months after the purchase. I talked to the owner of Magic Touch (DWayne), and he was not willing to pay for any repairs. He told me they did a through inspection prior to my purchase, and everything checked out fine. If they had done a through inspection why were the propane lines leaking? Magic Touch is not willing to stand behind their products, and I do not believe they did any inspection on my RV. Ever since I bought my 2021 Forest River Wildwood trailer its been a nightmare. The slider had to be repaired several times along with the time it took this company to repair it was ridiculous. Three months they kept my trailer ONLY to find parts missing out of my trailer. A phone charging outlet was missing along with the converter box. I just decided to take my trailer elsewhere where i know they wont steal parts off my trailer to put them in other trailers. Worst experience ever. I will never recommend anyone to this company. Is this actually a business? I couldn't be sure considering that I want to buy a trailer but was refused to be shown anything or given any information about the products they had. I was interested in an RV, inquired over the phone, then went in to see it in person. I heard the price incorrectly over the phone, and the initial trailer was out of my price range so I asked about the other rvs available, was told they had nothing else available? There were plenty of rvs on the lot. I asked about a trailer instead, was told my giant truck would be unable to haul it. Seems strange that they had NOTHING to sell me. I think the old white man helping me was being prejudice. I'm hurt and appalled at his actions. I'm definitely not everyone's type but I do my best to be polite and understanding. I informed him he was being rude and that I'm no longer interested in buying something. From his business. He said "Good.", how embarrassingly rude of him. We bought a brand new trailer from them & it had some major issues so we took it in to get fixed. they had it for 2 months & said it was ready but when we got there it wasn't ready. they kept it for another 2 months to fix what they were supposed to in the first place. this time we picked it up & our tv screen was now broken. worst service ever. would not recommend them to anyone read more

After a horrible experience at another RV dealer just north of Fresno my wife and I found a toy hauler at magic touch that we bought without any hassle. Devin the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had financing complete before we left and wanted some things done to the RV before pick up. I waited a few months to write this because I didn't want to publish anything while I was still fuming... So here it goes. The sales team was nice and not at all pushy. We were able to browse, and browse, and browse some more until we settled on an RV that was just the right fit for us. However the complaint is not with the sales team, it's the with the service department. The nightmare of an experience started when I had to call the service department in April of last year because our converter went out. The repair was covered under our 1 year warranty, but It took six weeks before we could take in our RV. On top of that it took over three months for the service to be complete. We were unable to use our brand new R.V. for the entire summer. That, however is not the worst of it... While the RV was waiting to be serviced at Magic Touch RV, we received a call informing us that the business had been broken into. Apparently, "thieves" managed to break in to their secure establishment, in the middle of the night and steal the battery out of our RV. I was pretty baffled by the call... I mean, who steals batteries out of RV's? We were informed that Magic Touch would NOT replace the battery that was stolen while our RV was in THIER establishment. To add insult to injury we were also told that if we purchased a battery from them they MIGHT consider installing the battery free of charge. Yes. You read that right... They MIGHT CONSIDER waiving the installation charge... Bottom line is: When you purchase a new RV from a dealership that dealership typically becomes your go to service center for your RV during the warranty period. Everyone that has owned a new RV will tell you there are always issues with a new RV that require service. If you decide to buy from these guys you will need your new Trailer or Motorhome serviced from a place that will take FOREVER to service your vehicle. You may NOT be able to use your RV for the entire summer, and you may even have your battery STOLEN in the process of having your RV repaired, in THIER ESTABLISHMENT. And one last thing. When I arrived to pick up my Travel Trailer found that not only was the battery missing but the cables were cut as well. So I couldn't even install the new battery that I bought earlier that day. I had to hand crank my RV to get it on the truck and then run down to Walmart to pick up a few battery terminal connectors for $7. The money was not the actual issue, the fact is that I had to replace and install a battery and connectors, (that were stolen and damaged respectively), while my RV was in THEIR ESTABLISHMENT, on my own. We found this place on our way home after driving over 300 miles to look at a trailer that had delamination not mentioned in the ad, and the dealer was full of "Used Car" Salesmen who started with the "What's it going to take to get you to buy this trailer today?" lines. We remembered seeing Magic Touch on the up so we pulled in after also stopping at Camping World as well. We were greeted by Devin who was the total opposite. Devin was not at all pushy, answered questions when we had them and gave us our space when we needed, he even offered our dog some water. I felt like Devin was honest and actually enjoyed our experience. We purchased a used trailer from Devin, the whole experience was amazing from sales, to finance (we had our own), to the walk through, even the parts department was great. A month later, after our check had long ago cleared, Devin still answers emails, texts, or phone calls whenever we have general RV questions. Sales great, Service Horrid We purchased a travel trailer here in spring of 2017. I have been an Rv(er) for over 10 years and spent quite a bit of time shopping the valley before deciding to do business here. The sales experience was great, we got a great deal on a decent trailer and the sales staff was very friendly and accommodating. That's where the good times ended. The service department is an absolute joke. For starters we negotiated having the weight distribution hitch included in the sale price but as soon as i was handed over to service they still charged separate. Later I brought the trailer in for service to have an optional component installed since I was unable to access the roof to install it myself. It was a 1 hour job. Two weeks after dropping it off *I* called for status and they told me the part I purchased was not recommended for my trailer. I told them the manufacture recommended the part I purchased and to install it anyways. They assured me the part wouldn't work however 3 weeks later when I picked the unit up for the 1 hour job it worked just as expected. The 3 weeks the unit was left to sit on their lot they left the batteries on and discharged them. I primarily dry camp and had an extra battery installed before I initially picked up the unit, I now have two batteries that won't make it through one night before discharging. I bring it back to them to have the batteries replaced (this unit is still in warranty) and they tell me nothing is wrong with them and deny replacement. While returning the unit home I arrive to find, a reflector has fallen off (third one the unit has lost due to improper fitment), and more a large bay door on the back of the trailer was left unlatched causing me to drop a 5 gallon bucket on the freeway full of supplies and a nice thick 50' power cord. I immediately return to their service department to tell them and am faced with the typical I don't knows, we didn't do it, and you have to talk to someone else. I also discover a large bow in the interior siding which I ask for them to fix we make an appointment and I prepare to wait another 2 months before getting service. An hour later ironically just as I get off the ladder from replacing the reflector that had fallen off of the front cap; I get a phone call from their office admin telling me that I need to send them a picture of the damage and they will do me a favor and fix it because the warranty doesn't cover interior siding. (The unit is less than a year old, and I also have an extended warranty). She seems completely oblivious to the overall experience I have had with their service department and I remind her that I showed the office staff a picture of the damage while I was there making the appointment. Sending the picture wasn't a big deal but the total lack of empathy leads me to cancel the appointment and promptly write this review. Completely unacceptable service on multiple counts and I really hope no one else has to deal with them. If you are looking for a good deal on a tow-able Magic has the best prices in the valley but I would avoid their service department like the plague. Suggest trying Express RV who has had shorter wait times and far more competent staff. read more

We where told to bring the cover there for warranty so we could get another because ours got destroyed so then we have to call the manufacture place and they wanted pictures so I ask them sense you guys have will you take the pictures real quick and they come back and want to charge me $50 to do it after we spent $30,000 on a trailer there never again will I send another person there. We have looked at trailers here and the sales staff are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We've never bought an RV here. We have brought our trailer for repairs and bought stuff from the RV store. I took my trailer here for a converter replacement and when I got it back the cover/shelve was bowed out. I had to take it a part and re-do it. I took my trailer there another time for body work when I had a tire blow out. It took 9 months to get it back. They kept telling me they couldn't find the parts because they no longer make our brand of trailer. It was the off season so I wasn't too concern. They took another brand and modified it. When I got it back it looked great and they took $250.00 off since it took so long. The RV store is full of everything you'll need. Located right off of Highway 99. read more

worst customer service ever! Called for appointment to repair RV, was told to come in at 0800 and would need to be there for 1.5 hours for evaluation of problem. Arrived at 0800 and was informed by office lady that service department did not open until 0830: she was very nice and told me where to park the RV and to disconnect from truck that someone would be out to assist/speak to me for work order as soon as they came in. At 0840 returned to parts dept(the only office open) and was basically called a liar for saying my appt time was 0800-0930 by some guy working in there. After 2 hours of waiting and frustration, I called my family to come and assist with rehooking trailer( had to be hand cranked as the REASON for service was ELECTRICAL issue). As we were finishing up the nice office gal approached me and asked if I had anybody speak to me regarding repairs. I informed her that I would not be using their services due to unbelievably POOR customer service. They lost out on a complete electrical overhaul at least a $3k job. Unbeatable prices. I went to a few other dealerships before Magic Touch, and these guys blew them out of the water. Their sales staff is friendly and informative; not pushy at all. The service department gets the job done right the first time. The only slight downfall which brings their star rating down for me is their parts department. A bit over priced and cluttered. And with Amazon.com same day delivery in my area, I only go in there to see what I need, then I go to Amazon and get it. Unfortunately that's the way it's going these days. Maybe if they had a bit more accessories in stock, displays, etc... I'd by over the counter. But, for RV sales, quality, and looks, Magic Touch is it, especially for the RV beginners. read more

They have had my RV all summer for a simple repair and when I went to pick it up they tryed to charge me for a covered repair. Lucky for me i had my extended warranty on me and they still tried not to cover the repair. Thats just the beginning of the nightmare. In short don't go there or you will be sorry. Okay since my last review we still have had issues with our trailer, but the newest issue was that our trailer was fading and it wasn't even a year since we bought it. Duane from Magic Touch called us to let us know about the problem and that they were already working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. It's been a few months now, and it has been clear that the real Problem lies with the manufacturer. Duane has been diligent about communicating with us on the progress of our trailer repairs. It's not a perfect situation, but Magic Touch is doing all they can and for that we appreciate their efforts. Looking forward to putting this behind us, but Magic Touch has been quick to respond to my phone calls and is trying to resolve this issue for us as soon as they are able. The latest is that the new caps have been shipped and our trailer is next to get fixed!! Yay! read more

Although they did treat me right and fit me in to repair my RV, after picking up my RV, I found I was missing the cap to my fresh water tank which will cost me over $10 to replace. After calling them they did not show concern or care about the fact that someone is stealing parts off of customers RVs. I personally will not go back even though they are less then 3 miles from me. I will be going to Fresno or Bakersfield to camping world instead. Please check your entire RV before leaving the lot with it. read more
