The calcium levels in the pool were very high and it was time to get calcium buildup off. I called and he came by with his employee to give a quote quickly. They were friendly and professional on this day. On the day of the cleaning they arrived 1 hour late and the 2 workers began to clean the tiles. They took about 45-60min to blast my 40x20 pool- it was very fast. (previous time it took them 2 hours) They wet the tile down when they finished and sprayed down the sides with power washer. They were in/out of my property gate in about 90 minutes. I noticed when they power washed that the tiles were not sprayed just the pebbletec. They put the hose in the pool and left. The next day I noticed there was still a white haze on the tiles (which can't be seen when wet). I called Juan and asked him to fix this and he said they would. It was over the weekend so they came back Monday to make it right- which I greatly appreciated. Juan supervised the work this time and the tiles looked better after the second round but there was so much of the dust/debris in bottom of my pool now and I had paid $300 for them to drain it and have clean water and filters and now both the pool and the filter/pump was filled with junk. They had me run the vacuum and then they came back a few days later to clean out my filter pump, which left a huge mess all behind it when the debris drained from my pump. Ever since this happened, we have been having a lot of problems with the pump sucking in more air and shutting off unexpectedly. The skimmer baskets will suck the water down below water level and make loud noises- this never happened prior to them draining my pool. They fixed the air being sucked in when they came back the second time by trying to bleed air out of the lines but it just happens again after running the pump for several hours. Juan told me the pump had a bad seal but it was just replaced in November and we never had issues with it until they serviced the pool. I think what bothered me most was that we went to use the hot tub about 10 days after they serviced the pool and the hot tub light wouldn't work. So I called Juan to see if he could come back to troubleshoot the light not working and he got very angry on the phone with me telling me he "didn't like my attitude" and he was extremely defensive and started yelling at me. He refused to come back out and take a look at the problem, saying it was working when he left so the light must have just burnt out. We had paid them to change one of the main pool lights when the pool was drained and when the pool was re-started the hot tub light was constantly flashing through the light cycles and wouldn't settle on a single color. After I synced the pool lights, the hot tub light then would not work /come on at all. I called Juan to ask him to come and see what the light problem was- I figured maybe the wiring is loose or perhaps I am not syncing it properly? But early in the phone call, Juan got very defensive and verbally berated me and then raised his voice and started yelling at me. At some point he said we "should part ways" and that "he didn't want to do business with me" and then promptly hung up on me. THE WORST SERVICE and treatment I've ever received. The irritating part is that he wouldn't even let me explain the problem but was very defensive about everything. I can NOT recommend this company. Look elsewhere. I don't know if it's because I am a woman or if he just got angry that I was wanting another thing on the job made right, but either way- I won't be able to hire them ever again after being treated so rudely and with such disrespect. These problems only came after they did the work.......

Any time i need something or there is a leak or a weird noise, Juan and team show up same day to take a look. He is a fantastic communicator even with his busy schedule. He is a true business owner. Most times when I have an issue Juan comes out himself and fixes it. Pools are not always fun, and I have had my fair share of issues with mine, but Juan always finds a way to figure it out. In looking around at other online groups, I noticed that he was the owner of a pool business. I checked reviews everywhere and everyone loved his friendliness and expertise. We had a broken pump and needed it replaced quickly in the Phoenix heat. Shawn answered my questions and gave me recommendations outside of business hours and scheduled our repair to happen in 36 hours. He came out this morning, was fast, efficient and super friendly to work with. We now have a great new pump and the pool is clean again! He sent me a receipt for my payment the same day and also filed for a rebate for me. Gold star service. He knows Hayward and Pentair and I'm sure he works with others too. He also has a year round pool cleaning service (which I haven't used, but I'd recommend just based on Shawn being in charge of it). Thanks again, Shawn. We needed some cleanup work done on our pool before the start of the season. They came out, gave us a quote we were happy with and started the work on schedule. All of the work performed was done well and on time. The new vacuum, however, was a different story. First they took our old hose and attached it to the new vacuum and left it in the pool hoping I wouldn't notice. I sent a text to the tech and asked where the box for the vacuum was with the new hose, instructions, warranty card and other attachments that the unit was sold with. He sent back a text saying that the vacuums don't come in a box with hoses, etc. and offered me a digital copy of the instructions (note that they also asked to take my old vacuum off of my hands for me too which I'm guessing they rebuild and sell to unknowing customers as new) When I called the office they said that the owner would come out with a brand new unit the next day. While I did end up with the new eventually, the owner never came by to discuss. While the majority of the job they did was wonderful, the shady vacuum situation ruined our impression of the company as a whole.

As a long time customer, I was floored once the pandemic hit, I was home more so I saw the said repair- timed it-10 minutes- and was promptly billed an hour at $80. Now, you might think its a required minimum fee, but do that math, you realize they are smiling while screwing you. Its just wrong. Also, beware, in the middle of a seemingly great relationship, they may decide at one weeks notice to " change the service area" and stick you with a new pool company in your " area". Its a company they decided was good- without any notice or permission to give all your personal info, including phone number to. It was odd and awkward as a customer. These two situations, really sour what they present as a customer service focused company. Also, specifically Alyssa Brennan- she does all the scheduling, she is also sweet as pie until you actually are in need, and her communication over time gets less friendly and more demanding.

He gave me a price and had his assistant call to set things up. Things seemed good. A person did come out on Memorial Day to get the pool draining - so that was good. The assistant emailed me a quote to approve that was a lot more than the owner quoted me. (He quoted me around $800. Side Note - I felt that was high also, but the owner shared what they would do - clean, clean the housing, replace the filters, and get it all balanced. It felt like they would really put a lot of effort and care into this, and, I needed it done so I gave the go.) When I asked the assistant about this, she said, "well, he didn't know what you had." I moved forward as I needed to do something. I asked, in email, if the inside of the filter housing would be cleaned - and she said yes. The gentleman came out. Very nice guy, but, it quickly became obvious that there was a major communication barrier. I asked if he was going to clean the inside of the filter housing. He said "Yes I'm going to change the filters." I tried to ask in different ways with no success. I gave up; and just watched. He only changed the filters. No rinse and certainly no chemicals. I immediately emailed the assistant again (the only way to talk with this company - they never answer the phone) - and she emailed back and said "oh, no, we don't do that." The gentleman started cleaning the pool. No power washing. No scrubbing. Just acid down the side and then trickled the garden hose after. He spent maybe a total of three working hours at my house. Maybe. And he was gone. During all this I was emailing insisting the owner or a supervisor come out, but I got emails back saying "the supervisor is too busy covering his route." Yes, another guy came back two days later after I had to put the hose in the pool to fill it (The three hour guy did not do that - again - communication barrier). I barely saw him on camera (He was here about twenty minutes) and never saw what he did, but he supposedly put chemicals in and "balanced things." A day and a half later my son said "dad, you know there are no tabs in the floater, right?" I would have thought they would do that! It makes me wonder what "the return guy" really did? So, for three hours and twenty minutes of work, yes, the pool was not green. Yes, they came on "Memorial Day" (but the assistant said "we have guys who want to work," She made it clear that this wasn't a "special favor.") and yes, I did get my filters changed. I was charged $1,100. Later, without me asking, they did reduce the bill to $978. Still feels really steep. With reliving all of this, I want to reduce my review to "1 Star," but I did get a clean, no longer green pool." So, 2 it is. My personal recommendation is you steer clear of this company. There are PLENTY of better alternatives.

He lied and said my dogs were outside which they were not. The owner called me accusing me of having the dogs outside when they were clearly inside my home. I have camera footage showing the technician coming to my door and immediately leaving without even knocking or ringing the door bell to alert me of his concern. I offered to send the camera footage to the owner Kyle and he refused and hung up. Very unprofessional and lazy.
