It's actually quite entertaining to listen to him field phone calls while waiting for the service on your vehicle to be completed. He's a sweetheart when dialing out to vendors and business partners, but when the phone rings and a potential customer is on the other end of the line the elderly, unkept, stray dog of a receptionist shows his teeth. The work was finished in exactly the amount of time I was told it would take, the price seemed reasonable and the finished product is something to be proud of. I'm no stranger to taking my vehicles to the shop and the smells that come along with that, but when I hopped inside my vehicle there was a rather pungent odor that had to be aired out. Final statement: The seats in the waiting room have at least 200,000 miles + on them, my rear end was screaming by the end of the hour wait.

First off, I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and they were more than willing to squeeze me in before the holidays. When I arrived, I met Siwan, who immediately seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. This gave me a lot of confidence knowing my car was in good hands. Siwan's incredible work ethic and dedication to his craft really impressed me. Despite temperatures well over 100 degrees during an extreme heat warning, he worked tirelessly and was very communicative on the progress of the installation. He was very transparent about any precautionary measures that should be taken before calling the job complete and made sure I was completely happy with the car before sending me home. To make sure I had my car back for the holiday weekend, Siwan worked late and even came in on his day off (Independence Day) to finish the job. That level of customer service is incredibly rare and truly demonstrates how much he cares about his customers and quality of his work. If you're looking for a shop that combines technical expertise, honesty, outstanding communication, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction, I can't recommend Prime Care Auto enough. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. Sad to see there are services near me that take advantage of the elderly…read more I was trying to get my vehicle with from a dealer in N.C., safety inspected because they could not certify in Md. Had 11,000 miles on it. Environmental Auto failed it. Said it needed wipers and an oil change and wanted over $300.00 to do the service, what?? I declined and took it to the NAPA Store across the street, they said they wouldn't change the wipers as there was no need. Finally got the oil changed today as this was the recommendation on the sticker in the windshield. I took it back to Environmental Auto on the way home to get my sticker and they said nope, it's been 34 days since we did the inspection, we need another $119.00 dollars because it's over 30 days. I don't have another $119.00 to give them. Now I'm driving illegally waiting on my next SSI check to take it somewhere else.
