I had high hopes for this place! Such a disappointment. Spent $100 for no game variety and games that didn't function or shut off while playing. At least three of the machines we used didn't work or shut off, even games like ski ball weren't functioning properly. Half the games offered are the coin drop games. There was no staff to assist us either. The most we were offered for the inconvenience were a few more game points to play more games that don't work. read more

I seriously think this place is more fun and cleaner than D&B. I honestly loves the food here. They had some really good entrees, appetizers and deserts to chose from. My fiancé and I ended up choosing a pizza, bacon fries to share. All which was very fresh and hot when they came to the table. The server was great she was friendly and quick in getting everything to us. The gaming was superb. We went on Monday where they had the deal for the unlimited gaming for the night after 4pm. For 12 dollars that was steal. I literally played every game there even though I didn't get to earn tickets. For the price and experience it was worth it. My fiancé and his friend had a blast playing halo and Jurassic park. My brother and I did a few of the virtual games. I would recommend for anyone to come here it's very adult friendly, kid friendly and great food options. Especially come Mondays if you want to just play games all night. read more

We reserved a Birthday party and was mentioned we could upgrade to the VIP bowling room which was a great addition we got to set up some decorations. The food was amazing and everything was scheduled so there was no need to wait around for the activities. We did bowling laser tag and Arcade for each kid. Allie was wonderful! My son and his friends had a Christmas gathering and she was patient and tended to all our needs. She helped all of us get what we needed and made suggestions for other activities for us to do. Everything was clean. Man, I know $50 won't let you spend an entire day at the arcade anymore, but geez! $20 gets you 140 credits, but games are anywhere from 8-25 credits APIECE! Too loud! Unorganized staff. Maybe they will have it together in a year. We prepaid and we're told it would be 45 minutes for a lane. After 45 minutes I checked our reservation and was told we had another hour and a half wait. Bottom line people book reservations and don't show up so walk ins half to wait. I love all the cool games here and the VR games are awesome. I like the monster bowling with my little niece and nephew. My favorite is lazer tag and the King Kong VR game. Im going to be writing two different reviews, this one is particularly for the girl working the bowling section. Her name was Fernanda or something like that and she was one of the rudest interactions I've had in a very long time. I was there for my nieces birthday party, and we decided to bowl after playing in the arcade section for a while, and when we asked her if we could extend our time for another hour, she very rudely told us that there was a wait list and if we wanted to play again, we would have to wait for 1-2 hours to be able to play again. That's perfectly understandable that there's a wait time, but she rolled her eyes and huffed as she explained it to me. When I came back to my group and explain them the situation everyone was like OK that's fine. We'll just leave. but then I told them how rude the bowling attendant was being. Our server was there and she heard me complaining to my family and she offered to get a manager And asked if there was anything she could do our server listened to me tell her everything that was going on and I think the attendant saw me complaining to the server and she came over and stood DIRECTLY in my line of vision, as if daring me to tell management what she had done, meanwhile giving me a death glare. THEN when the attendant walked away, she said something extremely disrespectful under her breath, and started making jokes about my family with her coworker, who was another bowling attendant. The server was a doll and she got us in contact with a manager, and my cousin took care of telling the manager everything. we all ended up just leaving ruining a perfectly good birthday. read more

To put it nicely, this place is discombobulated. Two experiences to share: First, the service and knowledge of the employees about their business and policies seems to be lacking. Our group showed up 15 minutes prior to our reservation as instructed and they seemed surprised and caught off guard we were there. We eventually get shown to our bowling lane that is supposed to include food starting at the beginning of our one hour time slot to bowl. The food is not there. After having to get multiple managers involved, the food shows up 45 minuets late. Because of this delay, some of our party is not able to use all of the included package items before having to leave. Not only is the food late, but it is wrong. Wings are not tossed in sauce as ordered. We have to ask multiple times for included drinks, plates, and condiments. It's like pulling teeth. When we ask for the included food refill we get an extremely surprised look and response from the staff. Again, not confident they even know what is included in these packages they sell. Second, when trying to book this event online we were unsuccessful because of the lack of their website's functionality. We were forced to call the location directly to book and even their employee admitted that their website is incomplete and non-functional. After receiving the bill for our event, we noticed an "Exclusivity Fee" (Reservation fee for events booked within 72 hours) for $8 a person or $80 total added onto the price. This is completely unacceptable due to the fact that if their website was working correctly we would have been able to book well in advance of this unknown 72 hour rule. Not only was it an inconvenience, but now we were getting punished with extra fees because of their inability to operate effectively and efficiently. As you can see, these are some pretty important points regarding service and money. Unless these are addressed and fixed, I don't see this place thriving or even surviving in the future. They certainly won't be getting our business again unless they can turn things around quickly. read more

this place is overpriced. skee ball machines are too close together. the claw games where you can win stuffed animals is weak. the claws got no power to them. all of the shooting games like halo and Jurassic park are dumb because you die so easily. also the second you enter the workers come up to you and ask if you have a card and if you don't they walk you up to the kiosk and show you how to buy it like you're 7 years old. bowling is $35 for an hr big round 1 is better and the lanes are just as nice. plus their was a shooting here, typical midvale activities. read more
