We have always been very satisified to the timely responses from the office staff to the field techs whenever we encountered an issue outside our normally scheduled maintenance program. They are quick to respond even with their scheduled appointments. All the techs provide a quick summary of their visit if what they did, type & amount of pesticide applied around the home & yard (if necessary). One suggestion to add to the report is a little more activity info for bait statiions serviced. I feel so much better now that my ant problem has been resolved. They were coming in the wall of the staircase and I tried to get rid of them myself, but they kept coming back after a few days. We couldn't leave any food laying around for them to get because they always found it. Then my son spilled some honey in the pantry. Next thing I knew it was an ant invasion in there. I had to pull everything out and clean it, and this time I was not about to put things back until I got some professional help. I made several inquiries, and felt the most comfortable with Main Sail's price and knowledge. They told me to expect it to take up to five days for the ants to go away for good. Melissa performed the service, and though I was not home it was reported by my kids that she did all the areas I requested and paid special attention where special attention was needed. And from the moment she left, I have not seen one ant either inside or out. I could not be more satisfied with their service, from the initial phone call to the job completion. I have had a couple of exterminators from the area in the 18 years we've lived in Lake Elsinore, and discovered my expectations were pretty low. I had done my research, and found high praise for Main Sail. I first chatted with Amy, then Melissa about two weeks later, finally deciding to try them out. They sent out Jacob the next day, and while younger looking, was an absolute professional with a level of detail that made the corporate exterminators look like children. While the other companies seem to be in such a hurry, Jacob took such time to rid the outside of my house, to include ALL patio furniture, my security cameras, and even my Accurite weather station of spider webs. I was in awe that he took each and every chair of my eight-seat patio furniture set, propped them up, and de-webbed each one, then finished under the table. He left the chairs propped so he could precisely spray around the set afterwards. He listened too! While no ants were seen in the house, I told them where the 'traffic areas' were, and he hit each and every spot I asked for. In the beginning we were still finding a lot of bugs that were getting in the house. I would make one call and they would be out that same week to do another spray. Bees inside house (French Valley): Melissa and Avery arrived at my house at the appointed time and were very professional and courteous. Long story short, bees entered my house Saturday around noon, through laundry room fan vent, and in the process of sealing off said vent, I fell & ended up at emergency room with a concussion. Prior to the hospital visit amid chaos, I called my local bug guy who recommended Main Sail Pest Control re: bees. I called Main Sail and spoke with a kind lady who managed to understand my slow slurred speech after the fall, reassured and calmed me down, told me they could be at my house first thing Monday morning (which they did), and advised me to go to emergency (did that too). The reason for the story, I wanted to point out that kind lady I spoke with was Melissa who ended up coming to my house to take care of my bee dilemma. Melissa educated me about the bees and answered my numerous questions. Melissa also told me what to expect afterwards regarding the bees behavior. Melissa was also able to refer me to someone who could replace the vent covers with a metal screen that had smaller slots so bees could not enter again. I like having the bees in the yard to pollinate etc.... just not inside the house. As for pricing, I called several bee removal / eradication companies and Main Sail's prices were competitive and right on. I highly recommend Main Sail, they are professional, courteous, prompt, fair, and excellent customer service. Also, thank you to the other Yelp reviewers re: Main Sail as their reviews helped reassure me that I chose the right company.
