Beautiful wood and metal work on the way to the upper floor.

The lattes were AMAZING. We lived in Seattle area for nearly 20 years, and these measure up to what were used to there. Thai chicken salad and salmon eggs Benedict were really, really good. Cajun tots were tasty and portions were generous. Service was excellent. Cute little spot; go explore the upstairs while you're there. We'll be back!

Our new go to! This restaurant and bar is so fabulous! The warm atmosphere, great service and delicious food knock it out of the park. Their coffee is my number one! I can't say enough about the quality of their ingredients and presentation. Delish!!!

Located in the heart of Silverton. I would say it's more a Pub type of restaurant. Keep in mind that service can be really slow during busy times but the staff are super friendly and the place has a nice ambiance. Came in for lunch on a weekday and ordered the Patty Melt with a side chowder. The Beef in the Patty Melt was super dry and way overcooked! The chowder however was absolutely delicious! I could eat a bowl of it. Was chunky, hot and really flavourful. Washed it all down with an iced mocha. They didn't charge me for my Patty Melt and offered to make it right. That's service! I will be back to perhaps try other items on their menu.

    Pastrami! So good!

We were in Silverton for an event and needed a place for lunch. This place fit the bill. It's fairly roomy inside, dark with few TV screens. The service is friendly. The food is good! I tried the pastrami with side salad and my husband got the patty melt. Both were very good and i really loved the swirled rye. Crispy on the outside the patties were not over cooked. This is a solid place and I'd come back if I was in town.

Chicken fried steak and eggs Benedict!

Everything was amazing!! Really enjoyed the atmosphere, had a great little table next to the window! The food was sooo good but the star of the show was the speciality coffee made by the best barista ever, Mahala! She took such great care of us and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

So far, excellent! The restaurant is right next to the coffee shop. It is the same business. We came inside, looked over the menu, and then chose our dishes. Our server is so cool! Her ponytails are adorable :-) she has the best energy, and we noticed the other customers have lots of healthy food on their plates. This is always a plus for me. I ordered the chicken wrap with chicken lettuce tomato Pepper Ranch. And then they grill it. Exciting :-) The verdict is in - it was amazing. The service was fast! Probably only 7 to 10 minutes. My wrap (with salad on the side) wasn't only huge. It was stuffed with vegetables, seasoned chicken, and bacon. This is a delightful restaurant that we will bookmark. Because of the menu, the atmosphere, the hospitality. It's all great.

We decided to meet in Silverton as it was a halfway stop between me and my friend's house. We wanted to get a bite somewhere downtown and I Googled this spot. It's really nice here. A bit loud on the overall noise level when there were a few people in there but the food was great. I had the Thai peanut salad it was huge and so tasty. It had chicken in it as well it really made it come alive. Service was quick and the server was very friendly. She kept checking on us to ensure we had all we needed. My friend had the $12 spaghetti special and described it as like you would make at home. She had enough to take home for later. All in all a nice stop and I would definitely come back here again

A nice old building with lots of character. Coffee is so so, but I just got black coffee. Good scones. I liked it.

LOVE their mochas! This is a great place to meet friends and chat with coffee and lunch. I had a gluten free sandwich; it was awesome.

The barista was nice and accommodating as well! We went during our stay in Silverton, and we all felt that the food was just ok (outside of the donuts - those were delicious!) and the coffee was perfectly adequate. The service was pretty quick - even whenever it got busy. The coffee didn't rewrite any history books and won't be added to a list of best shops in Oregon, but it's a great space to support a local shop and get a decent cup that's worth the price. Strong suggestion to order any latte half sweet - it'll be a good level for more serious coffee drinkers!

Although the woman behind the counter said she didn't make many cortados (even though they're on the menu), she said she'd give it a shot (see what she did there? ). It was tasty but had too much foam on top (cortados are equal parts espresso and steamed milk without foam), although now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't foam at all but simply the steamed milk bubbles rising to the top. Typically a cortado is served in a clear glass large shot glass but since they didn't have any of those, it was served in a small espresso cup. In any event, the drink was good and the bite-sized frosted mini doughnut was a perfect mouthful. I'd give them 5 stars if they had had a cortado cup, especially since it's actually on the menu, but overall, a charming place to stop for a pastry and a coffee. With several comfy nooks, tables for your laptop, live-edged wooden bars at the front windows, and a nice selection of pastries, I'd definitely come back here... and maybe next time they'll have cortado cups

We stopped by this little religious bookstore to find gift items for our friends and family, but also to grab a latte since we were already in the area. Little did I know, this was part of Mount Angel Abbey Seminary. As you enter the Mount Angel Abbey grounds, you'll drive all the way up past the old cemetery, and the bookstore and coffeehouse is located right behind it. ~ The bookstore itself has everything from devotional cards, to rosaries, patron saint coins, lots of candles, books in theology, statues, various size crosses, and lots of other gift items. The coffee area also had Benedictine Brewery schwag, their bottled beers, as well as fancy coffee mugs that we purchased. The lady behind the counter was also very nice. ~ As for the coffeehouse, it was a little room that overlooks the trail and forest at the back of the store. The coffee menu was pretty decent in selection. They can even brew some tea if you like. I had the Chai latte, which I really enjoyed with a chocolate orange dipped biscotti. The tables were clean for the most part, and the lady that brewed our drinks was helpful and cordial as well. Overall, with everyone being sensitive about religion nowadays, I'm keeping my review as simple and respectful as possible. This may not be the place for everyone, but if you're Catholic or consider yourself Christian (my family is split, so I'm a hybrid), then I consider this to be a good place to grab something special or just relax and have some coffee. For the most part, for us, it was peaceful. ...and then go grab a beer at their brewery down the road ;)
