Beautiful wood and metal work on the way to the upper floor.

The lattes were AMAZING. We lived in Seattle area for nearly 20 years, and these measure up to what were used to there. Thai chicken salad and salmon eggs Benedict were really, really good. Cajun tots were tasty and portions were generous. Service was excellent. Cute little spot; go explore the upstairs while you're there. We'll be back!

Our new go to! This restaurant and bar is so fabulous! The warm atmosphere, great service and delicious food knock it out of the park. Their coffee is my number one! I can't say enough about the quality of their ingredients and presentation. Delish!!!

    Pastrami! So good!

We were in Silverton for an event and needed a place for lunch. This place fit the bill. It's fairly roomy inside, dark with few TV screens. The service is friendly. The food is good! I tried the pastrami with side salad and my husband got the patty melt. Both were very good and i really loved the swirled rye. Crispy on the outside the patties were not over cooked. This is a solid place and I'd come back if I was in town.

Chicken fried steak and eggs Benedict!

Everything was amazing!! Really enjoyed the atmosphere, had a great little table next to the window! The food was sooo good but the star of the show was the speciality coffee made by the best barista ever, Mahala! She took such great care of us and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

So far, excellent! The restaurant is right next to the coffee shop. It is the same business. We came inside, looked over the menu, and then chose our dishes. Our server is so cool! Her ponytails are adorable :-) she has the best energy, and we noticed the other customers have lots of healthy food on their plates. This is always a plus for me. I ordered the chicken wrap with chicken lettuce tomato Pepper Ranch. And then they grill it. Exciting :-) The verdict is in - it was amazing. The service was fast! Probably only 7 to 10 minutes. My wrap (with salad on the side) wasn't only huge. It was stuffed with vegetables, seasoned chicken, and bacon. This is a delightful restaurant that we will bookmark. Because of the menu, the atmosphere, the hospitality. It's all great.

Arrived at 10am on 9/15, were sat outside and waited about 10-15 for a waitress and then went inside to order. No biggie, they are busy. After finding out we didn't have a waitress assigned to us one told us she would be out to get our order. Then the hostess came out with water and asked for our drink order which we ordered two cappuccinos and asked for sugar. Waitress then came out and took order and coffees came relatively quickly. Fast forward to 10:45 and we still didn't have sugar so I went inside to ask for it and also check on our order. Inside I asked the hostess three separate times for sugar and finally a waiter was gracious enough to get me some and check on our order which he said was still about 15 minutes out. I had mentioned possibly leaving but that wait seemed manageable. While inside another customer said he waited an hour for his food but that it was good and worth it. I went back outside and put sugar in what was left of my coffee and mixed it with my finger because I didn't have any silverware. Then my waitress came out (for the first time since taking our order) asked if we were staying and then said, "I told you there were several orders ahead of yours" which may have happened but I can't remember exactly. Regardless, the attitude was not necessary. Food arrived at 11:03 and was good (though we were missing toast). Service was decidedly icy after the earlier interaction. At 11:22 with no waitress in sight the hostess was seating another group so I asked her for a box, our bill and our missing toast. At 11:27 with no waitress in sight to take my card for the bill I just left cash on the table and left. I 100% understand being busy but that shouldn't equate to a total lack of customer service. The stars were purely earned by the food and the waiter who finally got me sugar after requesting it four times. It's obvious that Silverton needs another option for a full breakfast restaurant.

We decided to meet in Silverton as it was a halfway stop between me and my friend's house. We wanted to get a bite somewhere downtown and I Googled this spot. It's really nice here. A bit loud on the overall noise level when there were a few people in there but the food was great. I had the Thai peanut salad it was huge and so tasty. It had chicken in it as well it really made it come alive. Service was quick and the server was very friendly. She kept checking on us to ensure we had all we needed. My friend had the $12 spaghetti special and described it as like you would make at home. She had enough to take home for later. All in all a nice stop and I would definitely come back here again

The barista was nice and accommodating as well! We went during our stay in Silverton, and we all felt that the food was just ok (outside of the donuts - those were delicious!) and the coffee was perfectly adequate. The service was pretty quick - even whenever it got busy. The coffee didn't rewrite any history books and won't be added to a list of best shops in Oregon, but it's a great space to support a local shop and get a decent cup that's worth the price. Strong suggestion to order any latte half sweet - it'll be a good level for more serious coffee drinkers!

Although the woman behind the counter said she didn't make many cortados (even though they're on the menu), she said she'd give it a shot (see what she did there? ). It was tasty but had too much foam on top (cortados are equal parts espresso and steamed milk without foam), although now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't foam at all but simply the steamed milk bubbles rising to the top. Typically a cortado is served in a clear glass large shot glass but since they didn't have any of those, it was served in a small espresso cup. In any event, the drink was good and the bite-sized frosted mini doughnut was a perfect mouthful. I'd give them 5 stars if they had had a cortado cup, especially since it's actually on the menu, but overall, a charming place to stop for a pastry and a coffee. With several comfy nooks, tables for your laptop, live-edged wooden bars at the front windows, and a nice selection of pastries, I'd definitely come back here... and maybe next time they'll have cortado cups

Our server came over and asked if we needed anything. As I started to answer, she interrupted me before I could finish speaking, turned to another customer beside us, and started a conversation with them. I was completely talked over and ignored. All I needed was some ketchup, which happened to be sitting right next to her, so I grabbed it myself. After I had already gotten it, she looked back at me and said, "Now what was it that you said?" There was no acknowledgment that she had interrupted me or ignored me. It's unfortunate because the food was genuinely great, but customer service is just as important. That interaction completely changed the atmosphere and took away from what otherwise would have been a very enjoyable meal.

My parmesan crusted halibut was a little more dense than I would expect for that type of fish -- it was bright white, but was not flaky at all. The flavor was good, but it felt very heavy with the provided tartar sauce. The fries had great flavor, but they could have stayed in the fryer a little longer, as they were rather pale. The veggies were obviously frozen and reheated, and didn't have a lick of seasoning on them -- definitely needed salt & pepper. I ordered soup with my meal, and it didn't make it out before the main courses. Not a huge deal, as they just brought it out after I mentioned it. The soup was okay, but nothing special. The best part of the meal was dessert -- Dutch Apple Pie. It was just what an apple pie should be, with a nice flaky crust. I would definitely go back, but might try something other than seafood. Our experience was in the high 3-star range, but not quite a 4.

To complement this enormous steak was eggs, a biscuit & some smashed Yukon potatoes..like they were literally small potatoes they just smashed which was really different to me because I've never seen that before. I also had to order the infamous cinnamon roll pancake I been seeing floating around on other people's reviews.
